本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种防远红外军用迷彩印花面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
随着军事力量的较量日趋科技化,在现代战争中许多军事目标采用伪装隐蔽技术,以对抗敌方各种不同电子侦察与打击。其中,作战用迷彩服若能够被红外线侦察设备察觉,则很容易暴露目标,因此,需要对迷彩服进行防红外伪装效果处理。虽然,防红外面料的研究已有半个世纪的时间,但国内的研究是从八十年代开始的,起步较晚,研究还较落后。防红外面料的工艺处理简单,实际防红外效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防红外效果、舒适透气的军用迷彩印花面料,以及它的生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防远红外军用迷彩印花面料,所述迷彩面料的经纬纱均采用棉涤混纺纱线,所述棉涤混纺纱线由55-65%涤纶,15-25%维纶,15-25%棉混纺而成。
进一步的,所述棉涤混纺纱线由60%涤纶,20%维纶,20%棉混纺而成。
进一步的,所述迷彩面料由30支混纺纱线并线织造成斜纹或破斜纹,所述斜纹的面料密度为72×49,所述破斜纹的面料密度为92×60。
一种如权利要求1所述的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)烧毛:采用烧毛机对坯布的正反面进行烧毛处理,烧毛车速为100-105m/min,一正一反,二道火口,火焰与布面的距离为2cm;
(2)退浆:采用双氧水-烧碱退浆法对烧毛后的坯布进行退浆处理;
(3)印花:将经退浆处理后的坯布置于印花色浆中进行印花处理,车速为50m/min,得到印花织物;
(4)焙烘:温度200-210℃,时间90-120s;
(5)定型:采用定型机对面料进行热定型处理,定型温度为185-200℃,时间为30s,落布幅宽为1.5m,无纬斜,并打卷使其无压皱痕迹,落地温度低于45℃;
(6)还原显色:采用还原液对面料进行还原显色,显色过程中,还原汽蒸设备的导布器与面料正面远离布置;还原时间为25-30s,温度为300-320℃;
(7)柔软拉幅:将面料浸轧于整理液中,并加入光触媒剂,在常温下一浸一轧,轧余率为60-70%,烘干后再经拉幅机高温拉幅;
(8)预缩整理:采用机械预缩整理法,先将织物经喷蒸汽或喷雾喷湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥,制得成品。
进一步的,所述坯布在烧毛之前还需经过坯布检测,摊布,缝头处理。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中退浆处理采用的浆料中包含:氢氧化钠35-40g/L、双氧水10-15g/L、壳聚糖3-5g/L、烷基磺酸盐表面活性剂2-4g/L、双氧水稳定剂10-15g/L。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中所用染料根据所染颜色,按JXUB3014-2012《三元混纺斜纹布规范》中迷彩布反射光谱值表选择相应光谱范围内的分散染料和还原染料。
进一步的,所述步骤(6)中还原液包括:保险粉80-150g/L、烧碱60-75g/L,余量为水。
进一步的,所述步骤(7)中整理液包括:亲水性有机硅油35-40g/L,非离子渗透剂3-5g/L,所述整理液的PH为5-6。
进一步的,所述步骤(7)中光触媒为纳米TiO2、ZnO、CdS、WO3、Fe2O3、PbS、SnO2、ZnS、SrTiO3、SiO2中的任意一种,所述光触媒剂在第一次浸轧过程中的添加量为5-8g/L。
上述技术方案产生的有益效果在于:本发明通过印染工艺顺序的重新组合和工艺参数的合理选取,从而得到了一套较完整的、伪装效果好的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料,在该工艺流程和工艺条件下,产品质量的重现性好,成品质量能满足需求。本发明提供的面料是由涤纶、维纶和棉混纺而成,穿着舒适,具备高强耐磨、阻燃、防水及防红外侦察性能。添加光触媒剂可以有效地降解环境中的甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨、TVOC等污染物,并具有高效广泛的消毒性能,能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理。
具体实施方式
以下通过3个实施例来进一步公开本发明。
实施例1:
一种防远红外军用迷彩印花面料,所述迷彩面料的经纬纱均采用棉涤混纺纱线,所述棉涤混纺纱线由60%涤纶,20%维纶,20%棉混纺而成;所述迷彩面料由30支混纺纱线并线织造成斜纹或破斜纹,所述斜纹的面料密度为72×49,所述破斜纹的面料密度为92×60。
其生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)烧毛:采用烧毛机对坯布的正反面进行烧毛处理,烧毛车速为100m/min,一正一反,二道火口,火焰与布面的距离为2cm;
(2)退浆:采用双氧水-烧碱退浆法对烧毛后的坯布进行退浆处理;其中,所用浆料中包含:氢氧化钠36g/L、双氧水12g/L、壳聚糖4g/L、烷基磺酸盐表面活性剂3g/L、双氧水稳定剂13g/L;
(3)印花:将经退浆处理后的坯布置于印花色浆中进行印花处理,车速为50m/min,得到印花织物;所用染料根据所染颜色,按JXUB3014-2012《三元混纺斜纹布规范》中迷彩布反射光谱值表选择相应光谱范围内的分散染料和还原染料,优选的染颜色为;林地迷彩、荒漠迷彩;
(4)焙烘:温度205℃,时间120s;
(5)定型:采用定型机对面料进行热定型处理,定型温度为190℃,时间为30s,落布幅宽为1.5m,无纬斜,并打卷使其无压皱痕迹,落地温度低于45℃;
(6)还原显色:采用还原液对面料进行还原显色,显色过程中,还原汽蒸设备的导布器与面料正面远离布置;还原时间为25s,温度为300℃;所述还原液包括:保险粉125g/L、烧碱65g/L,余量为水;
(7)柔软拉幅:将面料浸轧于整理液中,并加入光触媒剂,在常温下一浸一轧,轧余率为65%,烘干后再经拉幅机高温拉幅;所述整理液包括:亲水性有机硅油36g/L,非离子渗透剂3g/L,所述整理液的PH为5-6;光触媒为纳米TiO2,所述光触媒剂在第一次浸轧过程中的添加量为5g/L;
(8)预缩整理:采用机械预缩整理法,先将织物经喷蒸汽或喷雾喷湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥,制得成品。
实施例2:

(6)还原显色:采用还原液对面料进行还原显色,显色过程中,还原汽蒸设备的导布器与面料正面远离布置;还原时间为25s,温度为300℃;所述还原液包括:保险粉125g/L、烧碱65g/L,余量为水;
(7)柔软拉幅:将面料浸轧于整理液中,并加入光触媒剂,在常温下一浸一轧,轧余率为65%,烘干后再经拉幅机高温拉幅;所述整理液包括:亲水性有机硅油36g/L,非离子渗透剂3g/L,所述整理液的PH为5-6;光触媒为纳米TiO2,所述光触媒剂在第一次浸轧过程中的添加量为6.5g/L;
(8)预缩整理:采用机械预缩整理法,先将织物经喷蒸汽或喷雾喷湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥,制得成品。
实施例3:

(2)退浆:采用双氧水-烧碱退浆法对烧毛后的坯布进行退浆处理;其中,所用浆料中包含:氢氧化钠36g/L、双氧水12g/L、壳聚糖4g/L、烷基磺酸盐表面活性剂3g/L、双氧水稳定剂13g/L;
(3)印花:将经退浆处理后的坯布置于印花色浆中进行印花处理,车速为50m/min,得到印花织物;所用染料根据所染颜色,按JXUB3014-2012《三元混纺斜纹布规范》中迷彩布反射光谱值表选择相应光谱范围内的分散染料和还原染料,优选的染颜色为;丛林迷彩;
(4)焙烘:温度205℃,时间120s;
(5)定型:采用定型机对面料进行热定型处理,定型温度为190℃,时间为30s,落布幅宽为1.5m,无纬斜,并打卷使其无压皱痕迹,落地温度低于45℃;
(6)还原显色:采用还原液对面料进行还原显色,显色过程中,还原汽蒸设备的导布器与面料正面远离布置;还原时间为25s,温度为300℃;所述还原液包括:保险粉125g/L、烧碱65g/L,余量为水;
(7)柔软拉幅:将面料浸轧于整理液中,并加入光触媒剂,在常温下一浸一轧,轧余率为65%,烘干后再经拉幅机高温拉幅;所述整理液包括:亲水性有机硅油36g/L,非离子渗透剂3g/L,所述整理液的PH为5-6;光触媒为纳米TiO2,所述光触媒剂在第一次浸轧过程中的添加量为8g/L;
(8)预缩整理:采用机械预缩整理法,先将织物经喷蒸汽或喷雾喷湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥,制得成品。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种防远红外军用迷彩印花面料,其特征在于:所述迷彩面料的经纬纱均采用棉涤混纺纱线,所述棉涤混纺纱线由55-65%涤纶,15-25%维纶,15-25%棉混纺而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料,其特征在于:所述棉涤混纺纱线由60%涤纶,20%维纶,20%棉混纺而成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料,其特征在于:所述迷彩面料由30支混纺纱线并线织造成斜纹或破斜纹,所述斜纹的面料密度为72×49,所述破斜纹的面料密度为92×60。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)烧毛:采用烧毛机对坯布的正反面进行烧毛处理,烧毛车速为100-105m/min,一正一反,二道火口,火焰与布面的距离为2cm;
(2)退浆:采用双氧水-烧碱退浆法对烧毛后的坯布进行退浆处理;
(3)印花:将经退浆处理后的坯布置于印花色浆中进行印花处理,车速为50m/min,得到印花织物;
(4)焙烘:温度200-210℃,时间90-120s;
(5)定型:采用定型机对面料进行热定型处理,定型温度为185-200℃,时间为30s,落布幅宽为1.5m,无纬斜,并打卷使其无压皱痕迹,落地温度低于45℃;
(6)还原显色:采用还原液对面料进行还原显色,显色过程中,还原汽蒸设备的导布器与面料正面远离布置;还原时间为25-30s,温度为300-320℃;
(7)柔软拉幅:将面料浸轧于整理液中,并加入光触媒剂,在常温下一浸一轧,轧余率为60-70%,烘干后再经拉幅机高温拉幅;
(8)预缩整理:采用机械预缩整理法,先将织物经喷蒸汽或喷雾喷湿,再施以经向机械挤压,然后经松式干燥,制得成品。
5.如权利要求4所述的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述坯布在烧毛之前还需经过坯布检测,摊布,缝头处理。
6.如权利要求4所述的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中退浆处理采用的浆料中包含:氢氧化钠35-40g/L、双氧水10-15g/L、壳聚糖3-5g/L、烷基磺酸盐表面活性剂2-4g/L、双氧水稳定剂10-15g/L。
7.如权利要求4所述的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中所用染料根据所染颜色,按JXUB 3014-2012《三元混纺斜纹布规范》中迷彩布反射光谱值表选择相应光谱范围内的分散染料和还原染料。
8.如权利要求4所述的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中还原液包括:保险粉80-150g/L、烧碱60-75g/L,余量为水。
9.如权利要求4所述的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(7)中整理液包括:亲水性有机硅油35-40g/L,非离子渗透剂3-5g/L,所述整理液的PH为5-6。
10.如权利要求4所述的防远红外军用迷彩印花面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(7)中光触媒为纳米TiO2、ZnO、CdS、WO3、Fe2O3、PbS、SnO2、ZnS、SrTiO3、SiO2中的任意一种,所述光触媒剂在第一次浸轧过程中的添加量为5-8g/L。
