本发明涉及面料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种尼龙66防红外面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断提高,在现代战争中许多军事目标常采用伪装隐蔽技术,为对抗敌方各种不同电子侦察与打击采用带红外线的侦察设备,将很容易暴露目标,因此需要对服饰、帐篷等设施面料进行防红外伪装效果处理,且各国的军队对此要求越来越高,不但要求具有防红外线功能,还要求具备防水、透气等卫生安全以及环保功能,防红外线面料也在逐步向尼龙等纤维发展。目前国内防红外面料为具有防红外性能的荒漠、林地、丛林等涤棉、涤维面产品,其波长范围小,制作需要的工艺复杂,且还需要一些特殊调节剂,从而导致生产工序长、复杂,成本高,所得面料色相一致性差,红外反射率不稳定。若是面料同时存在多种功能,面料多功能复合处理中部分性能会发生相互抵触和消减的问题。故急需一种尼龙66防红外面料的制作制备方法用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种尼龙66防红外面料及其制备方法,该制备方法流程简单,工序较短,能够快速制得波长在400-1200nm的具有防红外功能的尼龙66面料,有效解决了现有技术中红外反射率不稳定、面料色相一致性差和多功能复合相互抵触消减等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种尼龙66防红外面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原布缝头,然后采用两浸两轧的方式浸轧练漂工作液,得练漂织物;履带温度95-100℃,堆置时间55-70min,车速65-70m/min,带液率80-90%;练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB101 1-3g/L、氢氧化钠3-8g/L和双氧水5-7g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)所得练漂织物在190-215℃温度下定型拉幅,车速70-90m/min,落布温度低于40℃,落布幅宽150-160cm,然后打卷至无压绉痕迹,得定型织物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得定型织物浸轧轧染液,车速40±5m/min,烘干,得染色织物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得染色织物在170-190℃温度下烘焙1-3min,车速65-75m/min,得烘焙织物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得烘焙织物在100-105℃温度下蒸化,车速20-30m/min,得蒸化织物;
(6)将步骤(5)所得蒸化织物在60-70℃温度下浸轧皂洗液,然后在60-70℃温度下水洗,车速45-55m/min,得皂洗织物;
(7)将步骤(6)所得皂洗织物加入功能助剂在170-190℃温度下后整理,车速50±5m/min,落布幅宽151-155cm,得尼龙66防红外面料。
进一步,步骤(1)中,练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB101 2g/L、氢氧化钠5g/L和双氧水6g/L。
进一步,步骤(3)中,轧染液包括以下组分:酸性染料60-70g/L、涂料2-3g/L、尿素20-40g/L、网粘35-45g/L和20%防泳移剂10-20g/L。

1、本发明的制备方法流程简单,工序较短,以环保染料为主,制备成本较低,能够快速制得波长在400-1200nm的具有防红外功能的尼龙66面料,其色相一致性较好,且通过后处理添加不同的功能助剂,能够使得面料具有防水、透气、阻燃等功能的兼容性,应用范围更加广泛,有效解决了现有技术中红外反射率不稳定、面料色相一致性差和多功能复合相互抵触消减等问题。
2、通过将轧染液中不同染料与涂料的配合使用,从而使得面料能够最大程度上控制其反射率,从而起到防红外检测的作用。通过选择以环保、牢度好的染料、涂料配合使尼龙66织物的上色效果好,红外线反射率分别达到了黑色:20-35%,棕色:20-45%,绿色:45-80%,提高和改善了防红外面料的功能持久性和服用性。通过在尼龙66织物中加入防水性柔软剂、PU涂层面胶等功能助剂使织物在具有防红外线功能的同时具有防水,透气性,高强度等功能。
3、通过在染色时中加入涂料对尼龙66织物进行防红外检测整理以及经过防水整理,实现同一纺织面料上赋予多种功能的功效,改变了以前纺织面料上只能进行单一性的功能整理、缺陷多、服用性能差的问题,实现了面料从单一性到多功能性的转变,解决了面料的多功能复合处理中部分性能相互抵触和消减的问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种尼龙66防红外面料,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)(尼龙66 1000D*1000D 63″平纹大化)原布缝头,然后采用两浸两轧的方式浸轧练漂工作液,得练漂织物;履带温度95℃,堆置时间60min,车速65m/min,带液率88%;练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB101 2g/L、氢氧化钠5g/L和双氧水6g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)所得练漂织物在210℃温度下定型拉幅,车速90m/min,落布温度低于40℃,落布幅宽158cm,然后打卷至无压绉痕迹,得定型织物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得定型织物浸轧轧染液,车速40±5m/min,烘干,得染色织物;轧染液包括以下组分:中性兰S-R 6.16g/L、中性黑LD 30.25g/L、中性红S-BB 0.4g/L、涂料黑K-FBB 13.2g/L、网粘5133 40g/L、20%防泳移剂KL 10g/L和10%渗透剂JFC 10g/L;

(7)将步骤(6)所得皂洗织物加入功能助剂在180℃温度下后整理,车速50±5m/min,落布幅宽153cm,得尼龙66防红外面料。其中,功能助剂包括以下组分:防水剂DJ-HG20g/L、DH3665 20g/L、增强剂DJ-3913 2g/L和防水交联剂S-221 30g/L。
将本实施例所得尼龙66防红外面料在不同波段下测其性能,其结果见表1。

由表1可知,本实施例所得尼龙66防红外面料在750-1200nm波长范围内具有防红外功能,经过后整理同时具备防水、耐静水压的功能。
实施例2
一种尼龙66防红外面料,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)(尼龙66 160D*160D平纹)原布缝头,然后采用两浸两轧的方式浸轧练漂工作液,得练漂织物;履带温度98℃,堆置时间65min,车速68m/min,带液率89%;练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB101 2g/L、氢氧化钠5g/L和双氧水6g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)所得练漂织物在210℃温度下定型拉幅,车速90m/min,落布温度低于40℃,落布幅宽158cm,然后打卷至无压绉痕迹,得定型织物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得定型织物浸轧轧染液,车速40±5m/min,烘干,得染色织物;轧染液包括以下组分:酸性黄MGL 1g/L、中性红S-BB 0.45g/L、中性兰S-R 0.11g/L、涂料绿G61 0.89g/L、尿素5g/L、网粘5133 10g/L、20%防泳移剂10g/L和10%消泡剂DM8302 1g/L;
(4)将步骤(3)所得染色织物在170℃温度下烘焙2min,车速70m/min,得烘焙织物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得烘焙织物在101℃温度下蒸化,车速20m/min,得蒸化织物;
(6)将步骤(5)所得蒸化织物在70℃温度下浸轧皂洗液,然后在65温度下水洗,车速50min,得皂洗织物;皂洗液包括以下组分:退浆精炼剂AWR 3/L、烧碱2g/L和螯合剂0.5/L;
(7)将步骤(6)所得皂洗织物加入功能助剂在185度下后整理,车速50±5m/min,落布幅宽155cm,得尼龙66防红外面料。其中,功能助剂包括以下组分:DM3665 60g/L、增强剂DJ-3913 10g/L、防水性柔软剂T40 50g/L、PH中和剂1g/L和PU涂层面胶30g/L。
将本实施例所得尼龙66防红外面料在不同波段下测其性能,其结果见表2

由表2可知,本实施例所得尼龙66防红外面料在800-1200nm波长范围内具有防红外功能,经过后整理同时兼备抗皱、防水、防油、气密性好的功能。
虽然本发明的具体实施方式对本发明进行了详细地描述,但不应理解为对本专利的保护范围的限定。在权利要求书所描述的范围内,本领域技术人员不经创造性劳动即可作出的各种修改和变形仍属本专利的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种尼龙66防红外面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原布缝头,然后采用两浸两轧的方式浸轧练漂工作液,得练漂织物;履带温度95-100℃,堆置时间55-70min,车速65-70m/min,带液率80-90%;所述练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB101 1-3g/L、氢氧化钠3-8g/L和双氧水5-7g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)所得练漂织物在190-215℃温度下定型拉幅,车速70-90m/min,落布温度低于40℃,落布幅宽150-160cm,然后打卷至无压绉痕迹,得定型织物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得定型织物浸轧轧染液,车速40±5m/min,烘干,得染色织物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得染色织物在170-190℃温度下烘焙1-3min,车速65-75m/min,得烘焙织物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得烘焙织物在100-105℃温度下蒸化,车速20-30m/min,得蒸化织物;
(6)将步骤(5)所得蒸化织物在60-70℃温度下浸轧皂洗液,然后在60-70℃温度下水洗,车速45-55m/min,得皂洗织物;
(7)将步骤(6)所得皂洗织物加入功能助剂在170-190℃温度下后整理,车速50±5m/min,落布幅宽151-155cm,得尼龙66防红外面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的尼龙66防红外面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB101 2g/L、氢氧化钠5g/L和双氧水6g/L。
3.如权利要求1所述的尼龙66防红外面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述轧染液包括以下组分:酸性染料60-70g/L、涂料2-3g/L、尿素20-40g/L、网粘35-45g/L和20%防泳移剂10-20g/L。
4.如权利要求3所述的尼龙66防红外面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述轧染液包括以下组分:酸性染料65g/L、涂料2g/L、尿素30g/L、网粘40g/L和20%防泳移剂15g/L。
5.如权利要求1所述的尼龙66防红外面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述轧染液每100kg包括以下重量百分比组分:中性蓝28-29%、酸性黄19-20%、中性红1.2%;涂料绿0.1%、涂料黑2-3%、尿素1-3%、网粘3-5%和20%防泳移剂0.1-0.2%。
6.如权利要求1所述的尼龙66防红外面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)中,所述皂洗液包括以下组分:退浆精炼剂AWR 2-4g/L、烧碱10-30g/L和螯合剂0.1-1g/L。
7.如权利要求1所述的尼龙66防红外面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(7)中,所述功能助剂包括以下组分:防水剂DJ-HG 18-22g/L、DH3665 18-22g/L、增强剂DJ-3913 1-3g/L和防水交联剂S-221 25-35g/L。
8.如权利要求1所述的尼龙66防红外面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(7)中,所述功能助剂包括以下组分:DM3665 50-70g/L、增强剂DJ-3913 8-12g/L、防水性柔软剂T40 45-55g/L、PH中和剂1-2g/L和PU涂层面胶20-40g/L。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述的尼龙66防红外面料的制备方法制得的尼龙66防红外面料。
