Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗静电窗帘面料及其制备方法,所述面料包括抗静电涂层和织物,其中,所述抗静电涂层按重量百分比包括1‑3%抗静电剂、1‑3%粘结剂和1‑5%分散剂,余量为乙醇和水。本发明的抗静电窗帘面料具有优良的抗静电性能,所述面料经检测,电荷面密度最低可达5.4μC/m2,摩擦带电电压最低为59V,远低于传统的面料,且采用的制备方法简单易行,有效的降低了面料的生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料领域,具体涉及一种抗静电窗帘面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
所谓静电,就是一种处于静止状态的电荷或者说不流动的电荷。当电荷聚集在某个物体上或表面时就形成了静电,在人们生活的任何时间、任何地点都有可能产生静电。要完全消除静电几乎不可能,但可以采取一些措施控制静电使其不产生危害。静电的一大危害,是有可能因静电火花点燃某些易燃物体而产生火灾。窗帘作为一种易燃装饰品,由静电导致的火灾隐患不可不防。
传统的窗帘面料一般为棉纱布、涤纶布、涤棉混纺、棉麻混纺、无纺布等,这些面料一般都不具有抗静电性能,在环境比较干燥的季节,可能因静电的问题而产生火灾隐患。而现有技术中的抗静电面料也存在不足之处,CN 102514272A公开了一种抗静电透气面料,该专利采用传统纤维混织制成抗静电层,虽然具有一定的抗静电功能,但抗静电效果并不理想。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种抗静电窗帘面料及其制备方法,具有优良的抗静电性能和简单易行、实施成本较低的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抗静电窗帘面料,包括抗静电涂层和织物,其中,所述抗静电涂层按重量百分比包括1-3%抗静电剂、1-3%粘结剂和1-5%分散剂,余量为乙醇和水。
优选的,所述抗静电剂为烷基二羧甲基铵乙内酯或乙氧基月桂酷胺。
优选的,所述粘结剂为丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂。
优选的,所述分散剂为三硬脂酸甘油酯。
优选的,所述织物为涤纶面料或氨纶面料。
一种抗静电窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)准备织物作为基础面料;
步骤2)按重量百分比将1-3%抗静电剂、1-3%粘结剂和1-5%分散剂,余量为乙醇和水,总计100%的原料置于高速搅拌机中,1000r/min下搅拌30-50min,使原料充分混合,制成抗静电整理液;
步骤3)将步骤1)准备好的基础面料浸入步骤2)制得的抗静电整理液中,2-4h后取出,在常温下浸轧整理液,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,80℃预烘,150℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,制得所述抗静电窗帘面料。
本发明采用传统的涤纶或氨纶面料作为基础面料,采用在面料上涂层的方式使之达到抗静电的效果,而涂层在涤纶或氨纶面料上会存在皱着、不易平整、涂布不均匀且多次洗涤可能脱落的缺点,因此对涂层剂有一定的要求。针对上述问题本发明采用丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂作为粘结剂,用以解决多次洗涤易脱落的问题,且本发明在抗静电涂层中加入三硬脂酸甘油酯(HTG)作为分散剂,用以解决涂层在面料上不平整、涂布不均匀的问题。由此制得的抗静电窗帘面料具有优良的抗静电性能,所述面料经检测,电荷面密度最低可达5.4μC/m2,摩擦带电电压最低为59V,远低于传统的面料,且采用的制备方法简单易行,有效的降低了面料的生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
1、准备涤纶面料作为基础面料;
2、按重量百分比将1%的烷基二羧甲基铵乙内酯、1%的丙烯酸树脂、1%的三硬脂酸甘油酯(HTG)、5%的乙醇和92%的水,总计100%置于高速搅拌机中,1000r/min下搅拌30min,使原料充分混合,制成抗静电整理液;
3、将准备好的涤纶面料浸入上述整理液中,2h后取出,在常温下浸轧整理液,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,80℃预烘,150℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,制得所述抗静电窗帘面料。
实施例2
1、准备氨纶面料作为基础面料;
2、按重量百分比将3%的乙氧基月桂酷胺、3%的环氧树脂、5%的三硬脂酸甘油酯(HTG)、10%的乙醇和79%的水,总计100%置于高速搅拌机中,1000r/min下搅拌50min,使原料充分混合,制成抗静电整理液;
3、将准备好的氨纶面料浸入上述整理液中,4h后取出,在常温下浸轧整理液,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,80℃预烘,150℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,制得所述抗静电窗帘面料。
实施例3
1、准备涤纶面料作为基础面料;
2、按重量百分比将2%的烷基二羧甲基铵乙内酯、2%的环氧树脂、3%的三硬脂酸甘油酯(HTG)、8%的乙醇和85%的水,总计100%置于高速搅拌机中,1000r/min下搅拌40min,使原料充分混合,制成抗静电整理液;
3、将准备好的涤纶面料浸入上述整理液中,3h后取出,在常温下浸轧整理液,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,80℃预烘,150℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,制得所述抗静电窗帘面料。
实施例4
1、准备氨纶面料作为基础面料;
2、按重量百分比将3%的乙氧基月桂酷胺、2%的丙烯酸树脂、4%的三硬脂酸甘油酯(HTG)、7%的乙醇和84%的水,总计100%置于高速搅拌机中,1000r/min下搅拌45min,使原料充分混合,制成抗静电整理液;
3、将准备好的氨纶面料浸入上述整理液中,3.5h后取出,在常温下浸轧整理液,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,80℃预烘,150℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,制得所述抗静电窗帘面料。
测试例1
将实施例1-4制得的抗静电窗帘面料采用国家标准GB/T 12703-1991《纺织品静电测试方法》进行测试,结果如表1所示。

1.一种抗静电窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述抗静电窗帘面料包括抗静电涂层和织物,其中,所述抗静电涂层按重量百分比包括1-3%抗静电剂、1-3%粘结剂和1-5%分散剂,余量为乙醇和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为烷基二羧甲基铵乙内酯或乙氧基月桂酷胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为三硬脂酸甘油酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电窗帘面料,其特征在于,所述织物为涤纶面料或氨纶面料。
6.权利要求1所述的一种抗静电窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)准备织物作为基础面料;
步骤2)按重量百分比将1-3%抗静电剂、1-3%粘结剂和1-5%分散剂,余量为乙醇和水,总计100%的原料置于高速搅拌机中,1000r/min下搅拌30-50min,使原料充分混合,制成抗静电整理液;
步骤3)将步骤1)准备好的基础面料浸入步骤2)制得的抗静电整理液中,2-4h后取出,在常温下浸轧整理液,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,80℃预烘,150℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,制得所述抗静电窗帘面料。
