本发明公开了一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法,先通过各原料制备得到整理液;然后将干燥的涤纶织物放入整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25‑30℃,pH为6‑7.2,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为8‑15r/min,轧余率60‑85%;再将浸轧好的涤纶织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸处理;最后将汽蒸好的涤纶织物水洗,烘干,即可。本发明生产工艺简单,制作成本低,涤纶织物通过整理处理后可以保持毛晴织物原有柔韧性和手感,还具有良好的抗静电和抗菌,耐水洗,安全无害的特点。

技术背景
随着时代的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,健康与时尚是人们追求的一种消费方式。现有的普通面料已经不能满足人们的需求。舒适性、多功能、易护理的服装越来越受到消费者的青睐。因此消费者对织物面料的舒适性、多功能、易护理的要求也越来越高。涤纶是由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得的合成纤维,重量轻、耐腐蚀、力学性能和化学稳定性好,并且具有良好的折皱弹性和挺括性,被广泛用作纺织面料。但是由于涤纶纤维结构中缺少亲水性基团,亲水性极低,在干燥的气候条件下容易因摩擦引起静电积聚,给涤纶纤维的加工及涤纶织物的使用带来不良影响。在生活节奏极其紧张的今天,人们不愿花太多心思和时间在服装护理上。因此纺织企业不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,通过整理获得更舒适性、多功能、易护理的产品。整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。因此本发明提出一种低能耗、无污染的涤纶织物的抗菌抗静电整理方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数比,将二聚醇20-30份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯2-6份、醋酸乙烯3-6份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯3-6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-6份、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷4-7份、脂肪酰胺5-8份、肉桂油8-11份加入到20-30份水中,加热至60-80℃,搅拌均匀,制得A混合液;将氨基硅油2-6份、环氧氯丙烷3-6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、水50-100份混合并搅拌均匀,制得B混合液;将过硫酸铵2-6份、高氯酸铵4-7份、十八叔胺2-6份、三元共聚硅油3-10份、A混合液和B混合液混合加热至60-80℃,搅拌均匀,制得整理液;
(2)将干燥的涤纶织物放入整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25-30℃,pH为6-7.2,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为8-15r/min,轧余率60-85%;
(3)将浸轧好的涤纶织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸处理;
(4)将汽蒸好的涤纶织物水洗,烘干,即可。
所述汽蒸处理的汽蒸时间为8-15min,汽蒸温度为90-98℃。
所述步骤4中,汽蒸好的织物先用0℃冷水洗4-6min后,再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min。
所述二浸二轧时轧车的转速为10r/min,轧余率75%。
所述烘干时间为10-16min,烘干温度为60-70℃。

实施例1
一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数比,将二聚醇20份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯2份、醋酸乙烯3份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷4份、脂肪酰胺5份、肉桂油8份加入到20份水中,加热至60℃,搅拌均匀,制得A混合液;将氨基硅油2份、环氧氯丙烷3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、水50份混合并搅拌均匀,制得B混合液;将过硫酸铵2份、高氯酸铵4份、十八叔胺2份、三元共聚硅油3份、A混合液和B混合液混合加热至60℃,搅拌均匀,制得整理液;
(2)将干燥的涤纶织物放入整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25℃,pH为6-7.2,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为8r/min,轧余率60%;
(3)将浸轧好的涤纶织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸处理,汽蒸时间为8min,汽蒸温度为90℃;
(4)将汽蒸好的涤纶织物先用0℃冷水洗4min后,再用55℃的热水洗2min,在60-70℃温度烘干10min,即可。
实施例2
一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数比,将二聚醇25份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯4份、醋酸乙烯4份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4份、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷6份、脂肪酰胺6份、肉桂油10份加入到25份水中,加热至70℃,搅拌均匀,制得A混合液;将氨基硅油4份、环氧氯丙烷4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚13份、水80份混合并搅拌均匀,制得B混合液;将过硫酸铵4份、高氯酸铵5份、十八叔胺4份、三元共聚硅油6份、A混合液和B混合液混合加热至70℃,搅拌均匀,制得整理液;
(2)将干燥的涤纶织物放入整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度28℃,pH为6-7.2,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为10r/min,轧余率75%;
(3)将浸轧好的涤纶织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸处理,汽蒸时间为10min,汽蒸温度为94℃;
(4)将汽蒸好的涤纶织物先用0℃冷水洗5min后,再用58℃的热水洗2.5min,在65℃温度烘干13min,即可。
实施例3
一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数比,将二聚醇30份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯6份、醋酸乙烯6份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6份、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷7份、脂肪酰胺8份、肉桂油11份加入到30份水中,加热至80℃,搅拌均匀,制得A混合液;将氨基硅油6份、环氧氯丙烷6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、水100份混合并搅拌均匀,制得B混合液;将过硫酸铵6份、高氯酸铵7份、十八叔胺6份、三元共聚硅油10份、A混合液和B混合液混合加热至80℃,搅拌均匀,制得整理液;
(2)将干燥的涤纶织物放入整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度30℃,pH为6-7.2,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率85%;
(3)将浸轧好的涤纶织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸处理,汽蒸时间为15min,汽蒸温度为98℃;
(4)将汽蒸好的涤纶织物先用0℃冷水洗6min后,再用60℃的热水洗3min,在60-70℃温度烘干16min,即可。
Claims (5)
1.一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数比,将二聚醇20-30份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯2-6份、醋酸乙烯3-6份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯3-6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-6份、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷4-7份、脂肪酰胺5-8份、肉桂油8-11份加入到20-30份水中,加热至60-80℃,搅拌均匀,制得A混合液;将氨基硅油2-6份、环氧氯丙烷3-6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、水50-100份混合并搅拌均匀,制得B混合液;将过硫酸铵2-6份、高氯酸铵4-7份、十八叔胺2-6份、三元共聚硅油3-10份、A混合液和B混合液混合加热至60-80℃,搅拌均匀,制得整理液;
(2)将干燥的涤纶织物放入整理液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度25-30℃,pH为6-7.2,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为8-15r/min,轧余率60-85%;
(3)将浸轧好的涤纶织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸处理;
(4)将汽蒸好的涤纶织物水洗,烘干,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述汽蒸处理的汽蒸时间为8-15min,汽蒸温度为90-98℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4中,汽蒸好的织物先用0℃冷水洗4-6min后,再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述二浸二轧时轧车的转速为10r/min,轧余率75%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗静电涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烘干时间为10-16min,烘干温度为60-70℃。
