Abstract
本发明公开了一种涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、退浆:将涤纶梭织面料先进行浸渍退浆处理,然后再进行连续退浆处理,处理完成后,用热水进行浸洗;S2、定型:采用烘箱定型机对面料进行定型处理;S3、染色:(1)将烘干定型后的涤纶梭织面料浸渍于染色池中,向染色池中加入染色促进剂进行浸泡处理;(2)向染色池中加入染色液进行染色处理;(3)将经过染色液处理后的面料进行烘焙定色;S4、还原清洗;S5、后整理;即得成品。采用上述工艺生产的成品面料染色均匀,布料间的色差小,色牢固度高,产品质量稳定可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品印染技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶梭织面料染整工艺。
背景技术
涤纶纤维因其具有强度高、耐磨性好、保型性好等优点而广泛应用于服装内衬、服装外衣料和各种功能面料中,但是涤纶纤维制成的面料吸湿性能差,穿着会有闷热感,易带静电,沾染灰尘。在实际使用时,通常将涤纶纤维与亲水性纤维如棉纤维等混纺加工形成面料,其兼具有两种纤维的优点又互补不足,其既具有优良的透湿性和透气性,又具有高强度、优良的耐磨性和挺括性,广泛应用于户外运动服装、休闲服、时装、工装的制作。
涤纶梭织面料中由于涤纶纤维存在染色效果差,色固牢度差等问题,影响到了面料整体的染色效果和染色效率。目前,涤纶梭织面料大多采用浸染工艺,产品色牢性差,而涤纶纤维和棉纤维两组分容易出现出现抢色、沾色现象,严重影响成品的品质。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,其生产的成品面料染色均匀,布料间的色差小,色牢固度高,产品质量稳定可靠。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、退浆:将涤纶梭织面料先进行浸渍退浆处理,温度为50-65℃,时间为20-40min,然后再进行连续退浆处理,温度为90-100℃,车速为40-60m/min,处理完成后,用热水进行浸洗,其中浸渍退浆处理及连续退浆处理过程中使用的退浆溶液成分包括:NaOH 5-10g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-8g/L、苯甲醇80-100mL/L、双氧水1-3g/L;
S2、定型:采用烘箱定型机对面料进行定型处理,定型温度为160-180℃,定型时间10-15s;
S3、染色:
(1)将烘干定型后的涤纶梭织面料浸渍于染色池中,浴比为1:(10-15),室温下向染色池中加入用量为1-5g/L的染色促进剂进行浸泡处理20-30min;
(2)向染色池中加入染色液进行染色处理;
(3)将经过染色液处理后的面料进行烘焙定色,烘焙定色的具体操作为:将布料放置于烘箱内,在50-60℃下烘焙5-10s,然后升温至80-90℃,烘焙5-10s,最后再升温至150-160℃,烘焙40-60s;
S4、还原清洗:将经过染色处理后的面料用依次经汽蒸还原、水洗、皂洗,使染料充分发色;
S5、后整理:将经还原清洗后的面料取出,加入后整理液浸泡处理10-15min,然后进行水洗、脱水、烘干处理,即得成品。
其中,所述步骤S3中,染色促进剂为质量比为1:(1-3)的聚氧乙烯醚与聚乙烯醇的混合物。
其中,所述步骤S3中,染色液包括以下组分:分散染料30-40份、防泳移剂2-6份、醋酸4-8份、硫酸钠2-4份、碳酸钠1-5份、蒸馏水60-80份,染色池中分散染料的浓度为1-3g/L。
其中,所述防泳移剂为丙烯酸共聚物。优选为月桂醇丙烯酸酯。
其中,所述步骤S5中,后整理液中包括吸湿排汗剂30-40g/L、亲水柔软剂10-20g/L。
其中,所述吸湿排汗剂为聚酯聚醚类化合物,所述亲水柔软剂为质量比为3:2的氨基硅油和二甲基硅油的混合物。
其中,所述涤纶梭织面料由质量比为(3-6):1的涤纶纤维和棉纤维组成。
其中,所述步骤S4中,汽蒸还原具体操作为:将面料在还原汽蒸箱内汽蒸还原,还原汽蒸箱内的蒸汽为饱和蒸汽,采用NaOH作为还原剂,处理时间为40-60s。
皂洗具体操作为:加入皂洗剂3g/L,升温至90-95℃,保温10-20min进行皂洗。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中通过选用特定组分配比的退浆溶液,对面料先进行浸渍退浆,然后进行连续退浆处理,有效去除面料上的浆料,使其后续更容易上色,色牢固度更高,在染色过程中,对经过染色液处理后的面料进行逐步升温式烘焙定色,进一步提升了色牢固度。采用本发明中染色工艺生产的成品面料染色均匀,布料间的色差小,色牢固度高,产品质量稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
S1、退浆过程如图2所示:将涤纶梭织面料先进行浸渍退浆处理,温度为50-65℃,时间为20-40min,然后再进行连续退浆处理,温度为90-100℃,车速为40-60m/min,处理完成后,用热水进行浸洗,其中浸渍退浆处理及连续退浆处理过程中使用的退浆溶液成分包括:NaOH 5-10g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-8g/L、苯甲醇80-100mL/L、双氧水1-3g/L;
S2、定型:采用烘箱定型机对面料进行定型处理,定型温度为160-180℃,定型时间10-15s;
S3、染色过程如图3所示:
(1)将烘干定型后的涤纶梭织面料浸渍于染色池中,浴比为1:(10-15),室温下向染色池中加入用量为1-5g/L的染色促进剂进行浸泡处理20-30min;
(2)向染色池中加入染色液进行染色处理;
(3)将经过染色液处理后的面料进行烘焙定色,烘焙定色如图4所示,具体操作为:将布料放置于烘箱内,在50-60℃下烘焙5-10s,然后升温至80-90℃,烘焙5-10s,最后再升温至150-160℃,烘焙40-60s;
S4、还原清洗过程如5所示:将经过染色处理后的面料用依次经汽蒸还原、水洗、皂洗,使染料充分发色;
S5、后整理:将经还原清洗后的面料取出,加入后整理液浸泡处理10-15min,然后进行水洗、脱水、烘干处理,即得成品。
其中,步骤S3中,染色促进剂为质量比为1:(1-3)的聚氧乙烯醚与聚乙烯醇的混合物。
在对面料进行染色前使用染色促进剂进行处理,聚氧乙烯醚与聚乙烯醇进入至面料的缝隙中并在面料表面形成膜层,在后续染色过程中便于将染料吸附至纤维表面,从而提高了染色和固色效果。
其中,步骤S3中,染色液包括以下组分:分散染料30-40份、防泳移剂2-6份、醋酸4-8份、硫酸钠2-4份、碳酸钠1-5份、蒸馏水60-80份,染色池中分散染料的浓度为1-3g/L。
在染色液中加入硫酸钠和碳酸钠,其可吸附至面料表面,增加染料与纤维之间的结合作用,起到进染色固色的作用,分散染料选用低温型分散染料和中温型分散染料,不适宜用高温型染料,否则影响上染率。
其中,防泳移剂为丙烯酸共聚物。优选为月桂醇丙烯酸酯。
其中,步骤S5中,后整理液中包括吸湿排汗剂30-40g/L、亲水柔软剂10-20g/L。
其中,吸湿排汗剂为聚酯聚醚类化合物,亲水柔软剂为质量比为3:2的氨基硅油和二甲基硅油的混合物。面料经吸湿排汗剂处理后能够导湿导汗,赋予面料吸湿排汗快干的特性;面料经亲水柔软剂处理,能够改善面料的手感,并提升面料的防污性能和耐摩擦强度。
其中,涤纶梭织面料由质量比为(3-6):1的涤纶纤维和棉纤维组成。涤纶梭织面料采用涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺而成,一方面,使面料具有棉纤维的舒适透气性;另一方面,兼具有涤纶纤维的高弹性和高韧性。
其中,步骤S4中,汽蒸还原具体操作为:将面料在还原汽蒸箱内汽蒸还原,还原汽蒸箱内的蒸汽为饱和蒸汽,采用NaOH作为还原剂,处理时间为40-60s。
皂洗具体操作为:加入皂洗剂3g/L,升温至90-95℃,保温10-20min进行皂洗。染深色时,要加强皂洗,要用分散能力强的皂洗剂,防止色牢度不合格。
实施例1
本实施例中涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、退浆:将涤纶梭织面料(由质量比为4:1的涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺而成)先进行浸渍退浆处理,温度为50℃,时间为30min,然后再进行连续退浆处理,温度为95℃,车速为50m/min,处理完成后,用热水进行浸洗,其中浸渍退浆处理及连续退浆处理过程中使用的退浆溶液成分包括:NaOH 8g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6g/L、苯甲醇90mL/L、双氧水2g/L;
S2、定型:采用烘箱定型机对面料进行烘干定型处理,定型温度为170℃,定型时间10s;
S3、染色:
(1)将烘干定型后的涤纶梭织面料浸渍于染色池中,浴比为1:10,室温下向染色池中加入用量为2g/L的染色促进剂(质量比为1:1的聚氧乙烯醚与聚乙烯醇的混合物)进行浸泡处理20-30min;
(2)向染色池中加入染色液进行染色处理,其中,染色液包括以下组分:低温型分散染料35份、防泳移剂(月桂醇丙烯酸酯)3份、醋酸6份、硫酸钠3份、碳酸钠3份、蒸馏水65份,染色池中分散染料的浓度为1g/L;
(3)将经过染色液处理后的面料进行烘焙定色,烘焙定色的具体操作为:将布料放置于烘箱内,在56℃下烘焙5s,然后升温至85℃,烘焙7s,最后再升温至156℃,烘焙45s;
S4、还原清洗:将经过染色处理后的面料用依次经汽蒸还原、水洗、皂洗,使染料充分发色;
汽蒸还原具体操作为:将面料在还原汽蒸箱内汽蒸还原,还原汽蒸箱内的蒸汽为饱和蒸汽,采用NaOH作为还原剂,处理时间为50s;
水洗具体操作为:在平洗槽内,温度在70℃以上的倒流水中,对面料进行水洗:
皂洗具体操作为:加入皂洗剂3g/L,升温至90℃,保温10min;
S5、后整理:将经还原清洗后的面料取出,加入后整理液(吸湿排汗剂MCH-50935g/L、亲水柔软剂(质量比为3:2的氨基硅油和二甲基硅油的混合物)14g/L)浸泡处理10min,然后进行水洗、脱水、烘干处理,即得成品。
实施例2
本实施例中涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、退浆:将涤纶梭织面料(由质量比为3:1的涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺而成)先进行浸渍退浆处理,温度为60℃,时间为20min,然后再进行连续退浆处理,温度为90℃,车速为40m/min,处理完成后,用热水进行浸洗,其中浸渍退浆处理及连续退浆处理过程中使用的退浆溶液成分包括:NaOH 5g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5g/L、苯甲醇80mL/L、双氧水1g/L;
S2、定型:采用烘箱定型机对面料进行烘干定型处理,定型温度为175℃,定型时间10s;
S3、染色:
(1)将烘干定型后的涤纶梭织面料浸渍于染色池中,浴比为1:12,室温下向染色池中加入用量为3g/L的染色促进剂(质量比为1:2的聚氧乙烯醚与聚乙烯醇的混合物)进行浸泡处理20-30min;
(2)向染色池中加入染色液进行染色处理,其中,染色液包括以下组分:中温型分散染料30份、防泳移剂(月桂醇丙烯酸酯)6份、醋酸4份、硫酸钠3份、碳酸钠5份、蒸馏水72份,染色池中分散染料的浓度为3g/L;
(3)将经过染色液处理后的面料进行烘焙定色,烘焙定色的具体操作为:将布料放置于烘箱内,在50℃下烘焙10s,然后升温至80℃,烘焙10s,最后再升温至150℃,烘焙50s;
S4、还原清洗:将经过染色处理后的面料用依次经汽蒸还原、水洗、皂洗,使染料充分发色;
汽蒸还原具体操作为:将面料在还原汽蒸箱内汽蒸还原,还原汽蒸箱内的蒸汽为饱和蒸汽,采用NaOH作为还原剂,处理时间为40s;
水洗具体操作为:在平洗槽内,温度在70℃以上的倒流水中,对面料进行水洗:
皂洗具体操作为:加入皂洗剂3g/L,升温至90℃,保温15min;
S5、后整理:将经还原清洗后的面料取出,加入后整理液(吸湿排汗剂MCH-50930g/L、亲水柔软剂(质量比为3:2的氨基硅油和二甲基硅油的混合物)20g/L)浸泡处理15min,然后进行水洗、脱水、烘干处理,即得成品。
实施例3
本实施例中涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、退浆:将涤纶梭织面料(由质量比为6:1的涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺而成)先进行浸渍退浆处理,温度为65℃,时间为25min,然后再进行连续退浆处理,温度为100℃,车速为60m/min,处理完成后,用热水进行浸洗,其中浸渍退浆处理及连续退浆处理过程中使用的退浆溶液成分包括:NaOH 10g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7g/L、苯甲醇90mL/L、双氧水3g/L;
S2、定型:采用烘箱定型机对面料进行烘干定型处理,定型温度为180℃,定型时间12s;
S3、染色:
(1)将烘干定型后的涤纶梭织面料浸渍于染色池中,浴比为1:12,室温下向染色池中加入用量为1g/L的染色促进剂(质量比为1:3的聚氧乙烯醚与聚乙烯醇的混合物)进行浸泡处理20-30min;
(2)向染色池中加入染色液进行染色处理,其中,染色液包括以下组分:中温型分散染料40份、防泳移剂(月桂醇丙烯酸酯)2份、醋酸8份、硫酸钠2份、碳酸钠1份、蒸馏水60份,染色池中分散染料的浓度为2g/L;
(3)将经过染色液处理后的面料进行烘焙定色,烘焙定色的具体操作为:将布料放置于烘箱内,在60℃下烘焙5s,然后升温至90℃,烘焙5s,最后再升温至150℃,烘焙60s;
S4、还原清洗:将经过染色处理后的面料用依次经汽蒸还原、水洗、皂洗,使染料充分发色;
汽蒸还原具体操作为:将面料在还原汽蒸箱内汽蒸还原,还原汽蒸箱内的蒸汽为饱和蒸汽,采用NaOH作为还原剂,处理时间为40s;
水洗具体操作为:在平洗槽内,温度在70℃以上的倒流水中,对面料进行水洗:
皂洗具体操作为:加入皂洗剂3g/L,升温至90℃,保温20min;
S5、后整理:将经还原清洗后的面料取出,加入后整理液(吸湿排汗剂MCH-50940g/L、亲水柔软剂(质量比为3:2的氨基硅油和二甲基硅油的混合物)16g/L)浸泡处理12min,然后进行水洗、脱水、烘干处理,即得成品。

本实施例中涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、退浆:将涤纶梭织面料(由质量比为5:1的涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺而成)先进行浸渍退浆处理,温度为50℃,时间为30min,然后再进行连续退浆处理,温度为96℃,车速为55m/min,处理完成后,用热水进行浸洗,其中浸渍退浆处理及连续退浆处理过程中使用的退浆溶液成分包括:NaOH 7g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8g/L、苯甲醇100mL/L、双氧水2g/L;
S2、定型:采用烘箱定型机对面料进行烘干定型处理,定型温度为160℃,定型时间15s;
S3、染色:
(1)将烘干定型后的涤纶梭织面料浸渍于染色池中,浴比为1:15,室温下向染色池中加入用量为5g/L的染色促进剂(质量比为1:1)的聚氧乙烯醚与聚乙烯醇的混合物)进行浸泡处理20-30min;
(2)向染色池中加入染色液进行染色处理,其中,染色液包括以下组分:低温型分散染料38份、防泳移剂(月桂醇丙烯酸酯)4份、醋酸5份、硫酸钠4份、碳酸钠2份、蒸馏水80份,染色池中分散染料的浓度为1g/L;
(3)将经过染色液处理后的面料进行烘焙定色,烘焙定色的具体操作为:将布料放置于烘箱内,在55℃下烘焙5s,然后升温至85℃,烘焙5s,最后再升温至160℃,烘焙40s;
S4、还原清洗:将经过染色处理后的面料用依次经汽蒸还原、水洗、皂洗,使染料充分发色;
汽蒸还原具体操作为:将面料在还原汽蒸箱内汽蒸还原,还原汽蒸箱内的蒸汽为饱和蒸汽,采用NaOH作为还原剂,处理时间为60s;
水洗具体操作为:在平洗槽内,温度在70℃以上的倒流水中,对面料进行水洗:
皂洗具体操作为:加入皂洗剂3g/L,升温至95℃,保温10min;
S5、后整理:将经还原清洗后的面料取出,加入后整理液(吸湿排汗剂MCH-50936g/L、亲水柔软剂(质量比为3:2的氨基硅油和二甲基硅油的混合物)10g/L)浸泡处理10min,然后进行水洗、脱水、烘干处理,即得成品。
对比例1
对比例1为实施例1的对比试验例,对比例1与实施例1的区别点在于:对比例1中在对涤纶梭织面料进行退浆时,只进行浸渍退浆处理,并未进行连续退浆处理;在对面料进行经过染色液处理后的面料进行烘焙定色时,直接升温至156℃,烘焙57s,其余步骤均与实施例1相同。
试验例
对实施例1至实施例4、对比例1中制得的成品面料进行色牢固度测试,具体测试时采用GB/T8427-1998、GB/T 3921.3-2008、GB/T3920-1997测定染色后面料的日晒牢度、耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度,测试结果见表1。

由表1及图6可看出,对比例1中经染色后的面料的色牢固度明显低于实施例1至实施例4。可知,本发明中通过对面料先进行浸渍退浆,然后进行连续退浆处理,有效去除面料上的浆料,使其后续更容易上色,色牢固度更高,在染色过程中,对经过染色液处理后的面料进行逐步升温式烘焙定色,进一步提升了色牢固度。而且经过批量生产观察,采用实施例1至实施例4中染色工艺得到的面料染色均匀,布料间的色差小,产品质量稳定可靠。

Claims (8)
1.一种涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、退浆:将涤纶梭织面料先进行浸渍退浆处理,温度为50-65℃,时间为20-40min,然后再进行连续退浆处理,温度为90-100℃,车速为40-60m/min,处理完成后,用热水进行浸洗,其中浸渍退浆处理及连续退浆处理过程中使用的退浆溶液成分包括:NaOH 5-10g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-8g/L、苯甲醇80-100mL/L、双氧水1-3g/L;
S2、定型:采用烘箱定型机对面料进行定型处理,定型温度为160-180℃,定型时间10-15s;
S3、染色:
(1)将烘干定型后的涤纶梭织面料浸渍于染色池中,浴比为1:(10-15),室温下向染色池中加入用量为1-5g/L的染色促进剂进行浸泡处理20-30min;
(2)向染色池中加入染色液进行染色处理;
(3)将经过染色液处理后的面料进行烘焙定色,烘焙定色的具体操作为:将布料放置于烘箱内,在50-60℃下烘焙5-10s,然后升温至80-90℃,烘焙5-10s,最后再升温至150-160℃,烘焙40-60s;
S4、还原清洗:将经过染色处理后的面料用依次经汽蒸还原、水洗、皂洗,使染料充分发色;
S5、后整理:将经还原清洗后的面料取出,加入后整理液浸泡处理10-15min,然后进行水洗、脱水、烘干处理,即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,染色促进剂为质量比为1:(1-3)的聚氧乙烯醚与聚乙烯醇的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,染色液包括以下组分:分散染料30-40份、防泳移剂2-6份、醋酸4-8份、硫酸钠2-4份、碳酸钠1-5份、蒸馏水60-80份,染色池中分散染料的浓度为1-3g/L。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,其特征在于,所述防泳移剂为丙烯酸共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中,后整理液中包括吸湿排汗剂30-40g/L、亲水柔软剂10-20g/L。
6.根据权利要求5所述的涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,其特征在于,所述吸湿排汗剂为聚酯聚醚类化合物,所述亲水柔软剂为质量比为3:2的氨基硅油和二甲基硅油的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶梭织面料染整工艺,其特征在于,所述涤纶梭织面料由质量比为(3-6):1的涤纶纤维和棉纤维组成。
