本发明提供公开了一种PLA纤维/珍珠纤维混纺织物的染整工艺,包括步骤(1)烧毛;(2)退浆;(3)煮漂;(4)加白;(5)预定型;(6)丝光;(7)一次染色;(8)二次染色;(9)皂洗;(10)干燥;(11)浸轧;(12)烘干;(13)培烘;(14)定型;(15)轧光;(16)收卷。本发明在预定型工艺前增加了加白工艺,在对织物没有损伤的情况下,提高了织物的白度和整体性能,为后续步骤中的染色、浸轧、定型、轧光的稳定性及有效性提供了保障;又由于本发明根据PLA纤维与珍珠纤维所适合的染料不同分别对两种纤维进行染色,进一步优化染色效果。

背景技术
[0002] 随着人类对地球保护意识、能源枯竭意识、安全意识和服装卫生意识的增强,以及PLA树酯的大规模工业化生产和玉米纤维应用领域的不断拓展,已被众多专家推荐为"21世纪的环境循环材料〃,是一种极具发展潜质的生态性纤维。PLA纤维是以玉米、小麦等淀粉为原料,经发酵转化成乳酸再经聚合,纺丝而制成的合成纤维。PLA纤维是以淀粉制得之乳酸为原料,属于完成自然循环型,具有生物降解性的纤维。该纤维完全不使用石油等化工原料,其废弃物在土壤和海水中的微生物作用下,可分解成二氧化碳和水,不会污染地球环境。经测试,以玉米纤维制成的圆形针织布不会刺激皮肤,且对人体健康有益,并有舒适感。

[0005]但是由于PLA纤维熔点低,对温度敏感性大,且易于在强碱下发生降解,因此,PLA纤维的染色难度较大,而PLA纤维/珍珠纤维混纺织物的染色更是困难,对因此,研究出一种方法简单,且能够安全有效地染色是目前PLA纤维/珍珠纤维混纺织物需要解决的重要问题之一。

[0009] (2)退浆:将烧毛后的PLA纤维/珍珠纤维织物进行退浆处理,工艺温度为80-90°C,处理时间为20-25min,退浆配方为:退浆酶TF-162B 2_3g/L,淀粉酶l_3g/L,脂肪酶2_3g/L1NaCl 2-5g/L,渗透剂JFC l_2g/L,支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚3_6g/L,301精练酶
1.5-2.5g/L,双氧水10-12g/L,退浆处理后先经三道热水洗,再三道冷水洗;

1.一种PLA纤维/珍珠纤维混纺织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:包括步骤 (1)烧毛:将PLA纤维/珍珠纤维织物送入烧毛机进行双面烧毛处理,烧毛速度为80-90m/min; (2)退浆:将烧毛后的PLA纤维/珍珠纤维织物进行退浆处理,工艺温度为80-900C,处理时间为20_25min,退浆配方为:退浆酶TF-162B 2_3g/L,淀粉酶l_3g/L,脂肪酶2_3g/L,NaCl 2-5g/L,渗透剂JFC l_2g/L,支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚3_6g/L,301精练酶1.5-2.5g/L,双氧水10-12g/L,退浆处理后先经三道热水洗,再三道冷水洗; (3)煮漂:将退浆后的PLA纤维/珍珠纤维混纺织物进行煮漂,煮漂温度为90-10(TC,时间为55-65min,PH值为6-7,煮漂配方为:纤维素酶3_5g/L,角质酶2_6g/L、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚3-5g/L、碘化钾2-4g/L,双氧水12-15g/L,渗透剂JFC 3_4g/L,煮漂处理后先经4道热水洗,再经四道冷水洗; (4)加白:将煮漂后的PLA纤维/珍珠纤维织物进行加白处理,具体是用双氧水5 g/L,氧漂助剂INOBS 2-4 g/L,增白剂 ER 0.2-0.6 %(owf),芒硝 3 g/L,壳聚糖 5-10%(owf),渗透剂JFC 1.5-38/1,在60-65°(:的水浴中处理45-551^11,浴比为30:1; (5)预定型:将加白后的PLA纤维/珍珠纤维混纺织物通过预定型机作预定型处理,预定型过程中定型温度为100-110°C,车速为8-12m/min,超喂20-25%; (6)丝光:将预定型后的织物进行丝光处理,具体是用NaOH 4-10 g/L,渗透剂JFC 3-6g/L,在65-80 0C水浴中处理40-60min,浴比为30:1,然后在同浓度的溶液中进行第二次丝光处理,溶液温度为5-8 °C; (7)—次染色:将经过丝光处理的PLA纤维/珍珠纤维混纺织物进行染色,具体为将织物放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入染料,分散染料X用量为2-4%(owf),同时添加1-1.5 g/L的高温匀染剂,六偏磷酸钠1-1.5 g/L,无水乙醇0.5-0.8g/L,无水碳酸钠1.2-1.8g/L,精炼剂0.3-0.7g/L氢氧化钠0.2-0.6g/L,扩散剂O l_3g/L,通过醋酸调节pH值为5-6时,循环化料加料15-20min,染色机升温,升温速度为0.2-0.4°C/min,温度升到100-105°C时,保温染色20-30min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为0.8-rC/min,当温度降至45-55°C时,将织物放入45°C的清水中进行还原清洗,具体为在清水中加入还原清洗剂ECO 2-3g/L,保险粉1.5-3g/L,碳酸钠l-3g/L,HAC 2-38/1,非离子表面活性剂3-68/1,循环加料10-15min,将还原清洗溶液升温,升温速度为2-3°C/min,温度升到60-65°C时,保温15-20min,然后将还原清洗溶液排出,重新注入清水洗涤织物,清洗时间为20-30min,清洗温度为10-15min; (8) 二次染色:将染色后的PLA纤维/珍珠纤维混纺织物进行二次染色,具体为将织物放入染色机的清水中,在清水中逐渐加入染料,Drimaren HF系列中温型活性染料用量为2-4%(owf),碳酸钠3-5g/L,同时添加1-1.5 g/L的高温匀染剂,渗透剂JFC 2_5g/L,301精炼酶0.5-1 g/L,,扩散剂O 1-3g/L,PH值为8-9,循环加料10-20min,染色机升温,升温速度为0.8-l°C/min,当温度升高到70-85°C时,加入加入碳酸钠3_5g/L,保温染色20_25min。 (9)皂洗:将经过二次染色的PLA纤维/珍珠纤维混纺织物进行皂洗,皂洗温度为92-95°C,皂洗溶液配方为:皂洗剂2-4g/L,柠檬酸螯合剂0.8-1.3g/L,氧化聚乙烯蜡0.5_lg/L,皂洗温度80-90°C,皂洗时间20-2511^11,浴比为1:18。 (10)干燥:将皂洗后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干干燥处理,烘干温度为90-100°C,机车速为10-13111/111丨11,超喂10-13%; (11)浸乳:将干燥后的织物放入浸乳工作液中通过乳车进行一浸一乳处理,浸乳工作液的温度40-50°C,pH为5-6,一浸一乳是乳车的转速为8_12 r/min,乳余率80%,所述浸乳工作液包含以下重量: 防水剂:2-4 g/L; 渗透剂 JFC:3-5 g/L; 柔软剂:1.5-2g/L; 抗菌剂:0.8-1.3 g/L; HAC:1-2 g/L; 除臭剂 0.5-0.8 g/L; 甘油一硬脂酸酯:1.5-2 g/L; 醇醚磷酸盐:1.3-1.8 g/L; (12)烘干:将经过防静电浸乳粗合理后的织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为 100-11 (TC,机车速为 15-20m/min; (13)培烘:将烘干后的织物放入培烘机中进行培烘处理,培烘温度100°C,机车速为50-55m/min; (14)定型:将培烘后的织物放入定型机中进行定型处理,定型温度100-110°C,机车速为60_70m/min; (15)乳光:将定型后的织物放入乳光机进行乳光处理,乳光温度105-110°C,机车速为20_25m/min; (16)收卷:乳光结束后将织物进行收卷。
