本发明公开了一种用于面料的拒油整理方法,该方法将面料浸渍在整理剂,进行浸轧处理,浴比为1:20‑30,二浸二轧,轧余率70‑80%,60‑100℃预烘5‑30min;100‑160℃烘焙3‑5min;温度20℃,湿度为30%的恒温恒湿密封冷却房冷却15‑25min;最后30‑40℃温水皂洗,冷水冲洗后90‑100℃烘干。本发明提供了一种用于面料的拒油整理方法,该方法的整理剂具有较好的分散稳定性,应用在纺织品上具有较好的拒水拒油性;具有环境友好性,防水防油性能优异,制备方法简单,适合于工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于面料的拒油整理方法,属于纺织加工领域。
技术背景
面料后整理是通过化学或物理的主法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。现在面料后整理技术的发展朝着产品功能化、差别化、高档化,加工工艺多样化、深度化方向发展,并强调提高产品的服用性能,增加产品的附加值。近几年来,不断从其他技术领域引进借鉴各种新技术,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。随着人类对环境污染和破坏的关注,对健康越来越重视,提倡“低碳”经济,后整理技术要求进行环保“绿色”加工,生产“清洁”、“低碳”的纺织产品。面料的基本后整理方法有:稳定尺寸、改善外观的整理方法、改善手感优化性能的整理方法、使面料获得多功能、高附加值的整理方法、使面料高级化的整理方法、满足特殊要求的整理方法。
拒油整理是用拒油剂处理织物,在纤维上形成拒油表面的工艺过程。经过拒油整理的织物,兼能拒水,并有良好的透气性。主要用于高级雨衣和特种服用材料。通过采用化学整理,以提高加工深度,获得良好的整理产品。但是目前常用的短氟碳链拒水拒油织物整理剂,但仍有以下不足:成本高,操作苛刻,使用甲苯等有毒有害溶剂,不利于其在织物应用上的发展,从而限制了市场的推广。而随着环境保护和能源综合利用问题的提出,整理剂向着低能耗、无污染的方向发展。由于不同的整理剂会产生不同的效果,因此选择适宜整理剂及其添加剂助剂等,优化工艺条件,是提高面料拒油整理效果的关键。只有通过选用合适的整理剂和添加剂,进行工艺优化,对面料拒油整理,才可以达到高级服饰的要求。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种用于面料的拒油整理方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种用于面料的拒油整理方法,包括以下步骤:
将面料浸渍在整理剂,进行浸轧处理,浴比为1:20-30,二浸二轧,轧余率70-80%,60-100℃预烘5-30min;100-160℃烘焙3-5min;温度20℃,湿度为30%的恒温恒湿密封冷却房冷却15-25min;最后30-40℃温水皂洗,冷水冲洗后90-100℃烘干,其中,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氧乙烯二胺22-26份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵12-18份、含羟烃基聚硅氧烷5-10份、吗啉二乙基醚3-6份、乙二醇22-24份、槐糖脂3-6份、甘油5-8份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷10-14份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵3-6份、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯3-7份、醋酸锌1-2份。
进一步的,所述浴比为1:25,二浸二轧,轧余率75%。
进一步的,所述预烘温度为60-80℃,预烘时间为15-20min。
进一步的,所述焙烘温度为120-140℃,焙烘时间为3-5min。
进一步的,所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氧乙烯二胺24份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵15份、含羟烃基聚硅氧烷7.5份、吗啉二乙基醚4.5份、乙二醇23份、槐糖脂4.5份、甘油6.5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷12份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵4.5份、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯5份、醋酸锌1.5份。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种用于面料的拒油整理方法,该方法的整理剂具有较好的分散稳定性,应用在纺织品上具有较好的拒水拒油性;具有环境友好性,防水防油性能优异,制备方法简单,适合于工业化生产。
