Abstract

本发明提供了一种柔软防水整理剂的制备方法,先将六甲基二硅氧烷、3‑氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、丙烯酸混合,在搅拌条件下滴加四甲基氢氧化胺、引发剂,加热反应,再加入三甲基硅醇、乳化剂、醋酸,在搅拌条件下加入水,继续搅拌,得到柔软液;然后在反应器中加入水、乳化剂,在搅拌条件下加入叔丁基苯乙烯、六氟丙烯、偏氟乙烯、丙烯酸十八酯,超声,滴加引发剂,加热进行聚合反应,得到防水液;最后将柔软液和防水液混合,加入分散剂、柠檬酸、稳定剂,分散,即得。本发明的柔软防水整理剂能明显改善织物的手感、提高织物的防水性能及防水连续加工性,具有较好的柔软整理效果和防水整理效果。

一种柔软防水整理剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于织物后处理技术领域,具体涉及一种柔软防水整理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
织物整理剂是纺织品生产过程中的一种后整理助剂。它作用于织物表面,使织物的表面性能发生重大变化,从而赋予织物功能性风格。这其中,柔软剂和防水剂是应用最多的两类织物整理剂。柔软剂能有效提升织物柔软性,使织物巧维表现出柔、软、滑、弹的织物手感,赋予织物差异化的风格,可明显提升产品质量与附加值以及服装的穿着舒适性。珪油乳液是当前市场上最为常见的织物柔软剂,Si-O-Si键键长较长,键角较大,Si-O-Si之间非常容易旋转,使有机珪聚合物的玻璃化温度极低。同时有机珪容易在纤维表面铺展,且其分子间的作用为小,柔软整理效果非常优异。防水剂主要是降低织物表面能的方法,在织物表面覆盖一层低表面能物质,从而使织物达到疏水效果。一般认为,含氟聚合物具有比其他聚合物更低的表面能,因此是防水织物整理的最佳选择。
随着科技的进步,许多智能化、复合化的产品不断问世,在纺织化学领域也是如此。如今,人们对纺织品的要求已经不仅仅停留在单一的服用方面,功能化、差异化的要求越来越多。因此,各类多功能、差异化、节能环保的纺织助剂越来越受到人们的青睐。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种柔软防水整理剂的制备方法。
技术方案:一种柔软防水整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将六甲基二硅氧烷2-5份、3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1-4份、丙烯酸3-7份混合,在搅拌条件下滴加四甲基氢氧化胺0.2-0.6份、引发剂0.1-0.5份,加热进行聚合反应,再加入三甲基硅醇0.8-1.5份、乳化剂0.6-1.2份、醋酸0.3-0.8份,在搅拌条件下加入水10-15份,继续搅拌,得到柔软液;
步骤2,以重量份计,在反应器中加入水10-15份、乳化剂3-7份,在搅拌条件下加入叔丁基苯乙烯2-5份、六氟丙烯1-4份、偏氟乙烯3-6份、丙烯酸十八酯2-4份,超声,滴加引发剂0.3-0.9份,加热进行聚合反应,得到防水液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将柔软液和防水液混合,加入分散剂0.6-1.2份、柠檬酸0.3-0.8份、稳定剂0.2-0.7份,分散,即得。
进一步地,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾。
进一步地,所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠。
进一步地,所述稳定剂为大豆卵磷脂。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
进一步地,步骤1中聚合反应条件为70-90℃、30-50min。
进一步地,步骤2中聚合反应条件为70-90℃、30-50min。
进一步地,步骤3中分散条件为2000-3000rpm、10-15min。
有益效果:本发明的柔软防水整理剂能明显改善织物的手感、提高织物的防水性能及防水连续加工性,具有较好的柔软整理效果和防水整理效果。

实施例1
一种柔软防水整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将六甲基二硅氧烷2份、3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1份、丙烯酸3份混合,在搅拌条件下滴加四甲基氢氧化胺0.2份、引发剂0.1份,加热进行聚合反应,再加入三甲基硅醇0.8份、乳化剂0.6份、醋酸0.3份,在搅拌条件下加入水10份,继续搅拌,得到柔软液;
步骤2,以重量份计,在反应器中加入水10份、乳化剂3份,在搅拌条件下加入叔丁基苯乙烯2份、六氟丙烯1份、偏氟乙烯3份、丙烯酸十八酯2份,超声,滴加引发剂0.3份,加热进行聚合反应,得到防水液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将柔软液和防水液混合,加入分散剂0.6份、柠檬酸0.3份、稳定剂0.2份,分散,即得。
其中,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾;所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠;所述稳定剂为大豆卵磷脂;所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
步骤1中聚合反应条件为70℃、50min;步骤2中聚合反应条件为70℃、50min;步骤3中分散条件为2000rpm、15min。
实施例2
一种柔软防水整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将六甲基二硅氧烷4份、3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷3份、丙烯酸5份混合,在搅拌条件下滴加四甲基氢氧化胺0.4份、引发剂0.3份,加热进行聚合反应,再加入三甲基硅醇1.1份、乳化剂0.8份、醋酸0.5份,在搅拌条件下加入水12份,继续搅拌,得到柔软液;
步骤2,以重量份计,在反应器中加入水13份、乳化剂5份,在搅拌条件下加入叔丁基苯乙烯4份、六氟丙烯2份、偏氟乙烯4份、丙烯酸十八酯3份,超声,滴加引发剂0.7份,加热进行聚合反应,得到防水液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将柔软液和防水液混合,加入分散剂0.9份、柠檬酸0.4份、稳定剂0.5份,分散,即得。
其中,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾;所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠;所述稳定剂为大豆卵磷脂;所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
步骤1中聚合反应条件为70℃、50min;步骤2中聚合反应条件为70℃、50min;步骤3中分散条件为2000rpm、15min。
实施例3
一种柔软防水整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将六甲基二硅氧烷5份、3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷4份、丙烯酸7份混合,在搅拌条件下滴加四甲基氢氧化胺0.6份、引发剂0.5份,加热进行聚合反应,再加入三甲基硅醇1.5份、乳化剂1.2份、醋酸0.8份,在搅拌条件下加入水15份,继续搅拌,得到柔软液;
步骤2,以重量份计,在反应器中加入水15份、乳化剂7份,在搅拌条件下加入叔丁基苯乙烯5份、六氟丙烯4份、偏氟乙烯6份、丙烯酸十八酯4份,超声,滴加引发剂0.9份,加热进行聚合反应,得到防水液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将柔软液和防水液混合,加入分散剂1.2份、柠檬酸0.8份、稳定剂0.7份,分散,即得。
其中,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾;所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠;所述稳定剂为大豆卵磷脂;所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
步骤1中聚合反应条件为90℃、30min;步骤2中聚合反应条件为90℃、30min;步骤3中分散条件为3000rpm、10min。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例3的区别在于:在步骤3中未加入柠檬酸。
一种柔软防水整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将六甲基二硅氧烷5份、3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷4份、丙烯酸7份混合,在搅拌条件下滴加四甲基氢氧化胺0.6份、引发剂0.5份,加热进行聚合反应,再加入三甲基硅醇1.5份、乳化剂1.2份、醋酸0.8份,在搅拌条件下加入水15份,继续搅拌,得到柔软液;
步骤2,以重量份计,在反应器中加入水15份、乳化剂7份,在搅拌条件下加入叔丁基苯乙烯5份、六氟丙烯4份、偏氟乙烯6份、丙烯酸十八酯4份,超声,滴加引发剂0.9份,加热进行聚合反应,得到防水液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将柔软液和防水液混合,加入分散剂1.2份、稳定剂0.7份,分散,即得。
其中,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾;所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠;所述稳定剂为大豆卵磷脂;所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
步骤1中聚合反应条件为90℃、30min;步骤2中聚合反应条件为90℃、30min;步骤3中分散条件为3000rpm、10min。
取实施例所得整理剂,配制成20g/L的整理液,用一浸一轧工艺整理涤纶春亚纺,轧余率控制约70%,于170℃定型3min。
由上表可知,经过本发明的整理剂整理后,织物的接触角较大,织物的防水性能及手感较好。实施例4中,由于未加入柠檬酸,导致整理剂的稳定性下降,织物的防水性能和手感也下降。

Claims (8)

1.一种柔软防水整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将六甲基二硅氧烷2-5份、3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1-4份、丙烯酸3-7份混合,在搅拌条件下滴加四甲基氢氧化胺0.2-0.6份、引发剂0.1-0.5份,加热进行聚合反应,再加入三甲基硅醇0.8-1.5份、乳化剂0.6-1.2份、醋酸0.3-0.8份,在搅拌条件下加入水10-15份,继续搅拌,得到柔软液;
步骤2,以重量份计,在反应器中加入水10-15份、乳化剂3-7份,在搅拌条件下加入叔丁基苯乙烯2-5份、六氟丙烯1-4份、偏氟乙烯3-6份、丙烯酸十八酯2-4份,超声,滴加引发剂0.3-0.9份,加热进行聚合反应,得到防水液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将柔软液和防水液混合,加入分散剂0.6-1.2份、柠檬酸0.3-0.8份、稳定剂0.2-0.7份,分散,即得。

5.根据权利要求1所述的柔软防水整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔软防水整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中聚合反应条件为70-90℃、30-50min。
