本发明公开了一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂,按照质量份数由以下组份制备而成纳米材料15‑20份、生物酶6‑12份、易去污整理剂12‑16份、硬挺整理剂12‑15份、含氟整理剂14‑22份、防缩防皱整理剂14‑17份、壳聚糖20‑25份、渗透剂1‑3份、分散剂7‑12份、去离子水200‑300份;所用原料具有容易购买,环境污染性能小的特点,制备方法简单低能耗,使用本发明一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂进行处理的织物具有优异的免烫防皱性能和较高的强力保留,是一种具有很强推广价值的亲水整理剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及印染助剂领域,尤其涉及一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济水平的不断提高,越来越多的功能性纺织品被人们所熟悉和接受,其中近几年日益流行的免烫衬衫,以其穿着挺括有型的外形和洗后不用熨烫、方便护理的性能优势,得到了广大消费者的喜爱。
目前的免烫衬衫多以全棉作为面料,但是具有耐久性差的缺陷,多次洗涤后免烫免熨的性能下降较为明显。
因此,在衬衫的免烫整理工艺中需要一种制备简单,组分易得,处理效果好的有针对性的免烫亲水整理剂。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种组分易得,制备方法简单、具有优异的免烫防皱性能和较高强力保留的免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂,按照质量份数由以下组份组成:纳米材料15-20份、生物酶6-12份、易去污整理剂12-16份、硬挺整理剂12-15份、含氟整理剂14-22份、防缩防皱整理剂14-17份、壳聚糖20-25份、渗透剂1-3份、分散剂7-12份、去离子水200-300份。
更为优选的,所述纳米材料为纳米抗菌纤维、纳米高吸湿纤维以及纳米抗静电纤维组成。
更为优选的,所述生物酶为糖化酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶中的一种或多种混合。
更为优选的,所述易去污整理剂为羧基磺酸盐。
更为优选的,所述硬挺整理剂为聚乙二醇、丙烯酸酯类共聚物、柔软剂三者质量比为2:3:1制备而成。
更为优选的,所述防缩防皱整理剂为羟甲基基纤维素、丙烯酸、氢氟酸的混合物。
更为优选的,所述防缩防皱整理剂为羟甲基基纤维素、丙烯酸、氢氟酸以4:2:1的质量比制备而成。
更为优选的,所述渗透剂为碱性渗透剂。
更为优选的,所述分散剂为螯合型分散剂。

下面结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明:
实施例1:
一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂,按照质量份数由以下组份组成:纳米材料15份、生物酶6份、易去污整理剂12份、硬挺整理剂12份、含氟整理剂14份、防缩防皱整理剂14份、壳聚糖20份、渗透剂1份、分散剂7份、去离子水200份。
其中,所述纳米材料为纳米抗菌纤维、纳米高吸湿纤维以及纳米抗静电纤维组成;所述生物酶为糖化酶、纤维素酶质量比为2:1的混合物;所述易去污整理剂为羧基磺酸盐;所述硬挺整理剂为聚乙二醇、丙烯酸酯类共聚物、柔软剂三者质量比为2:3:1制备而成;所述防缩防皱整理剂为羟甲基基纤维素、丙烯酸、氢氟酸以4:2:1的质量比制备而成;所述渗透剂为碱性渗透剂;所述分散剂为螯合型分散剂。
实施例2:
一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂,按照质量份数由以下组份组成:纳米材料20份、生物酶12份、易去污整理剂16份、硬挺整理剂15份、含氟整理剂22份、防缩防皱整理剂17份、壳聚糖25份、渗透剂3份、分散剂12份、去离子水300份。
其中,所述纳米材料为纳米抗菌纤维、纳米高吸湿纤维以及纳米抗静电纤维组成;所述生物酶为糖化酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶质量比为2:1的混合物;所述易去污整理剂为羧基磺酸盐;所述硬挺整理剂为聚乙二醇、丙烯酸酯类共聚物、柔软剂三者质量比为2:3:1制备而成;所述防缩防皱整理剂为羟甲基基纤维素、丙烯酸、氢氟酸以4:2:1的质量比制备而成;所述渗透剂为碱性渗透剂;所述分散剂为螯合型分散剂。
:实施例3:
一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂,按照质量份数由以下组份组成:纳米材料17份、生物酶9份、易去污整理剂14份、硬挺整理剂13份、含氟整理剂18份、防缩防皱整理剂16份、壳聚糖22份、渗透剂2份、分散剂9份、去离子水260份。
其中,所述纳米材料为纳米抗菌纤维、纳米高吸湿纤维以及纳米抗静电纤维组成;所述生物酶为纤维素酶、果胶酶质量比为3:1的混合物;所述易去污整理剂为羧基磺酸盐;所述硬挺整理剂为聚乙二醇、丙烯酸酯类共聚物、柔软剂三者质量比为2:3:1制备而成;所述防缩防皱整理剂为羟甲基基纤维素、丙烯酸、氢氟酸以4:2:1的质量比制备而成;所述渗透剂为碱性渗透剂;所述分散剂为螯合型分散剂。
使用上述实施例1-3所得到的免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂对免烫衬衫进行整理工艺,同时设置传统整理剂的对照试验组,整理工艺包括浸轧工作液(轧余率75%)→低温烘干(65℃,20min)→高温焙烘(145℃,5min),得到的织物经过三次水洗后进行各种应用性能测试:a)按照AATCC124-2001标准进行防皱免烫性能测试,测定DP级别,级别越高表明织物的防皱免烫效果越好,原布为1.0;
b)参照GB/T3923.1-1997,测定织物的断裂强力保留率;
c)参照GB/T3917.2-2009,测定织物的撕破强力提升率;
本发明实施例1-5对应的性能测试结果如表1所示:
从表1数据可看出,使用本发明一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂对免烫衬衫进行整理后织物各项性能明显优于传统整理剂的处理,具有优异的免烫防皱性能和较高的强力保留,是一种具有很强推广价值的防皱整理剂。

1.一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂,其特征在于按照质量份数由以下组份组成:纳米材料15-20份、生物酶6-12份、易去污整理剂12-16份、硬挺整理剂12-15份、含氟整理剂14-22份、防缩防皱整理剂14-17份、壳聚糖20-25份、渗透剂1-3份、分散剂7-12份、去离子水200-300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂,其特征在于:所述纳米材料为纳米抗菌纤维、纳米高吸湿纤维以及纳米抗静电纤维组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂,其特征在于:所述生物酶为糖化酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶中的一种或多种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述易去污整理剂为羧基磺酸盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述硬挺整理剂为聚乙二醇、丙烯酸酯类共聚物、柔软剂三者质量比为2:3:1制备而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防缩防皱整理剂为羟甲基基纤维素、丙烯酸、氢氟酸的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防缩防皱整理剂为羟甲基基纤维素、丙烯酸、氢氟酸以4:2:1的质量比制备而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为碱性渗透剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种免烫衬衫的防皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂为螯合型分散剂。
