Abstract

本发明公开了一种凉感空气层床品面料的一步染色法,包括如下工艺流程:坯布去油水洗→色浆配置→三浸三轧→烘干→焙烘→成品。本发明的针织水波纹提花空气层面料为三层提花结构,面丝为400D超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,底丝为200D涤纶长丝,中间为150D涤纶低弹丝,提花织造为水波纹格子,格子中间涤纶低弹丝产生凹凸感,有立体效果。本发明面丝采用400D超高分子量聚乙烯,有良好的导热性,热阻小,夏季导热快,表面柔滑凉爽,主要用作夏季凉感床罩面料。本发明采用超细涂料色浆轧染,一步法完成正面超高分子量聚乙烯长丝和中间、背面涤纶染色。本发明的生产工艺流程短,操作简单,成本低,节能降耗,清洁环保。

一种凉感空气层床品面料的一步染色法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织行业面料领域,具体涉及一种凉感空气层床品面料的一步染色法。
背景技术
超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维是20世纪80年代实现工业化生产的高性能纤维,又称高强高模量聚乙烯(PE)纤维。UHMWPE纤维的高相对分子质量、高度取向、分子链的高度缠结以及高结晶度等性能特点赋于材料极好的综合性能,具有密度低、模量高、耐磨、抗冲击、耐酸碱、导热快、强度高等特点,其中导热性能好,被用作夏天的凉感面料。
针织空气层水波纹提花,布料非常轻,中间留有肉眼难分的气孔,具有很好的透气效果。空气层提花针织面料运用在制衣行业,一般会制成夏季短衫或者是冬季内衣,穿起来柔滑如斯,层层透气,非常舒服深受市场客人喜欢,适合做保暖防寒的休闲外套服装。空气层提花布不但轻柔、透气,也具有很好的弹性。在一些运动服饰中也有一定的运用,目前有一种凉感空气层面料,应用在家纺领域,主要用于制作床罩,面层采用超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,由于该长丝导热快,热阻小,夏季有冰凉感。但是目前染色问题难以解决。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种凉感空气层床品面料的一步染色法。
技术方案:一种凉感空气层床品面料的一步染色法,包括如下工艺流程:坯布去油水洗→色浆配置→三浸三轧→烘干→焙烘→成品;其中:
所述的浸轧:
(1)一浸一轧
工艺处方和条件如下:
改性有机硅亲水性柔软剂:10-20g/L;
温度:20-25℃;
轧余率70-75%;
(2)二浸二轧
工艺处方和条件如下:
温度:20℃-25℃;
轧余率:50%-55%。
作为优化:所述的超细涂料粒径3-5nm。
作为优化:所述的坯布去油水洗的工艺处方和条件:
作为优化:所述的烘干工艺:定型机烘干温度为:100-105℃,烘干时间为:3-5min,门幅为:240-245cm。
作为优化:所述的焙烘:焙烘温度:130℃-132℃;焙烘时间:2min-4min;克重为:240g/m2-250g/m2;宽度为:240cm-245cm。
作为优化:所述的坯布规格如下:
面料为三层针织提花空气层结构;
面丝为400D超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,含量为15%;
底丝为200D涤纶长丝,含量为35%;
中间为150D涤纶低弹丝,含量为50%;
克重为240-250g/m2、宽度为240-245cm、厚度为0.5-0.6mm。
作为优化:在针距为14G的电脑提花机上,生产出水波纹空气层提花面料,幅宽为240cm、克重为250g/m2
有益效果:本发明的具体优势如下:
1、本发明的针织水波纹提花空气层面料为三层提花结构,面丝为400D超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,底丝为200D涤纶长丝,中间为150D涤纶低弹丝,提花织造为水波纹格子,格子中间涤纶低弹丝产生凹凸感,有立体效果。
2、本发明面丝采用400D超高分子量聚乙烯,有良好的导热性,热阻小,夏季导热快,表面柔滑凉爽,主要用作夏季凉感床罩面料。
3、由于门幅宽、克重高,普通溢流机染背面和中间层涤纶后回缩太大,手感变硬,门幅缩小,由于正面超高分子量聚乙烯不耐高温,不能高温预定型,因此本发明采用轧染机匹染,保持不回缩和尺寸的稳定。
4、本发明采用超细涂料色浆轧染,一步法完成正面超高分子量聚乙烯长丝和中间、背面涤纶染色。
5、本发明的生产工艺流程短,操作简单,成本低,节能降耗,清洁环保。

实施例
本发明采用成分及含量为:35%涤纶长丝、50%涤纶低弹丝、15%超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,在针距为14G的电脑提花机上,生产出水波纹空气层提花面料,幅宽为240cm、克重为250g/m2,面料为三层提花结构,面丝为400D超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,底丝为200D涤纶长丝,中间为150D涤纶低弹丝。将这种提花针织空气层面料,在定制的浸轧机上浸轧纳米级超细涂料色浆,三浸三轧,再烘干、焙烘。
具体实施例1
本发明的工艺流程如下:坯布去油水洗→色浆配置→三浸三轧→烘干→焙烘→成品。

面丝为400D超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,含量为15%;
底丝为200D涤纶长丝,含量为35%;
中间为150D涤纶低弹丝,含量为50%;

本发明的针织水波纹提花空气层面料为三层提花结构,面丝为400D超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,底丝为200D涤纶长丝,中间为150D涤纶低弹丝,提花织造为水波纹格子,格子中间涤纶低弹丝产生凹凸感,有立体效果。
本发明面丝采用400D超高分子量聚乙烯,有良好的导热性,热阻小,夏季导热快,表面柔滑凉爽,主要用作夏季凉感床罩面料。
由于门幅宽、克重高,普通溢流机染背面和中间层涤纶后回缩太大,手感变硬,门幅缩小,由于正面超高分子量聚乙烯不耐高温,不能高温预定型,因此本发明采用轧染机匹染,保持不回缩和尺寸的稳定。
本发明采用超细涂料色浆轧染,一步法完成正面超高分子量聚乙烯长丝和中间、背面涤纶染色。本发明的生产工艺流程短,操作简单,成本低,节能降耗,清洁环保。

1.一种凉感空气层床品面料的一步染色法,其特征在于:包括如下工艺流程:坯布去油水洗→色浆配置→三浸三轧→烘干→焙烘→成品;其中:

工艺处方和条件如下:
改性有机硅亲水性柔软剂:10-20g/L;
温度:20-25℃;
轧余率70-75%;
(2)二浸二轧
工艺处方和条件如下:
温度:20℃-25℃;
轧余率:50%-55%。
