本发明属于基布制备技术领域,特别涉及一种具有阻燃功能的基布生产工艺。
背景技术
随着时代的发展与进步,人们对纺织材料性能的要求不断提高,对于基布的阻燃性能也有所提高,而阻燃功能基布主要是通过对织物进行阻燃处理,从而使得基布制成的织物具有耐久性;
目前的具有阻燃功能的基布生产过程中存在缺点,其阻燃效果在使用中会慢慢减弱,阻燃效果不好或者阻燃性能不稳定,从而使得基布的耐用性不高,使用寿命不长,同时阻燃基布在生产过程中的阻燃材料不环保,给使用带来不便,为此,提出一种具有阻燃功能的基布生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有阻燃功能的基布生产工艺,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种具有阻燃功能的基布生产工艺,其特征在于,该阻燃功能的基布生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制成经纱、纬纱,首先将芳纶纤维经线采用双股单纱制成经纱,而后将经纱浸入一定含固率的丙烯酸类共聚物中,其含固率为30-50%,其次将阻燃涤纶长丝也采用双股单纱制成纬纱,而单纱的细度为186dtex,经纱与纬纱的密度为3000dtex,得到制成的经纱与纬纱。
步骤二、进行织造,将制得的经纱与纬纱放置在织机上相互交织成半成品基布后,将得到半成品基布进行退浆,将待要的水槽内投放生物酶,而后将半成品基布放入水槽内堆置,水的温度范围在40℃-60℃,时间为20-30min;而后进行水洗,烘干待用,得到半成品基布;
步骤三、进行浸轧和浸泡处理,将配制好的阻燃整理液投放在需要浸泡的池水内,而后将半成品基布放置在水池内进行两浸两轧,两浸两轧的轧余率为50-75%;再进行烘干,烘干温度在80-150℃,时间在3-5min;得到阻燃的半成品基布;
步骤四、进行定型处理,将得到的阻燃的半成品基布放置在烘房内进行拉幅烘干定型,焙房温度为140-180℃,时间为2-5min,冷却后即可完成阻燃功能的基布生产工艺,最终得到具有阻燃功能的基布。
优选的,步骤二中水洗时,首先采用浸渍同等温度的水进行漂洗8-10次,而后进行热水清洗,水温90℃-95℃,漂洗时长2-3min,最后采用冷水清洗,水温10℃-30℃,清洗时长2-3min。
优选的,步骤三中所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:阻燃剂10-35份,聚丙烯树脂20-25,氢氧化镁20-30份,表面活性剂0.5-2份,渗透剂5-8份,低温增塑剂2-3份,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2-5份,其中阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或多种组合,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚渗透剂采用非离子渗透剂,低温增塑剂为己二酸二辛酯。
优选的,步骤三中的浸轧工艺中浸泡时间为60-180min,浸轧速度为15m/min,压力为0.5-2.0Mpa。
优选的,所述阻燃整理液的配制是先将阻燃剂、渗透剂、低温增塑剂以及表面活性剂按照质量比为500-600:50-85:1-3:4-7进行阻燃整理液的配置,而后依次加入聚丙烯树脂,氢氧化镁和聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚并进行充分的搅拌,搅拌时间为60-240min。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该阻燃功能的基布生产工艺,通过增加浸泡阻燃液步骤,使得基布的阻燃效果佳,在阻燃整理液中添加了表面活性剂和阻燃剂,当二者渗透到纱线内部时,使基布上均匀的带有高量的阻燃成分,从而提高了阻燃整理液的性能,阻燃性能高,而且通过增加聚丙烯树脂,树脂与经纱之间兼容性好,使得后续经纱织造时不容易出现断丝的现象,同时通过两浸两轧进行阻燃整理液浸泡,使得基布中的阻燃整理液成本更加的全面、更加的均匀,成本低廉,阻燃效果好,具有良好的应用前景。

生产时,首先制成经纱、纬纱,首先将芳纶纤维经线采用双股单纱制成经纱,而后将经纱浸入一定含固率的丙烯酸类共聚物中,其含固率为35%,其次将阻燃涤纶长丝也采用双股单纱制成纬纱,而单纱的细度为186dtex,经纱与纬纱的密度为3000dtex,得到制成的经纱与纬纱;而后进行织造,将制得的经纱与纬纱放置在织机上相互交织成半成品基布后,将得到半成品基布进行退浆,将待要的水槽内投放生物酶,而后将半成品基布放入水槽内堆置,水的温度范围在50℃,时间为25min;而后进行水洗,水洗时,首先采用浸渍同等温度的水进行漂洗9次,其次进行热水清洗,水温90℃,漂洗时长2min,最后采用冷水清洗,水温20℃,清洗时长3min,烘干待用,得到半成品基布;而后进行浸轧和浸泡处理,将配制好的阻燃整理液投放在需要浸泡的池水内,阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:阻燃剂35份,聚丙烯树脂25,氢氧化镁30份,表面活性剂-2份,渗透剂5份,低温增塑剂3份,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚5份,其中阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或多种组合,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚渗透剂采用非离子渗透剂,低温增塑剂为己二酸二辛酯,阻燃整理液的配制是先将阻燃剂、渗透剂、低温增塑剂以及表面活性剂按照质量比为500:50:2:4进行阻燃整理液的配置,而后依次加入聚丙烯树脂,氢氧化镁和聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚并进行充分的搅拌,搅拌时间为120min,而后将半成品基布放置在水池内进行两浸两轧,浸轧工艺中浸泡时间为100min,浸轧速度为15m/min,压力为1.5Mpa,两浸两轧的轧余率为60%;再进行烘干,烘干温度在120℃,时间在5min;得到阻燃的半成品基布;最后进行定型处理,将得到的阻燃的半成品基布放置在烘房内进行拉幅烘干定型,焙房温度为140℃,时间为5min,冷却后即可完成阻燃功能的基布生产工艺;
取制得的基布50cm,续燃在规定的试验条件下,移开火源后材料持续的有焰燃烧,将50cm基布试样置于规定的燃烧器下点燃,燃烧器火焰温度为980℃,测量规定点燃时间后,测定试样的续燃、阴燃时间及损毁长度;经检测,50cm基布试样的点燃时间为3s,移开火源后基布试样持续的有焰燃烧5s,损毁长度0.2cm。
实施例2
生产时,首先制成经纱、纬纱,首先将芳纶纤维经线采用双股单纱制成经纱,而后将经纱浸入一定含固率的丙烯酸类共聚物中,其含固率为50%,其次将阻燃涤纶长丝也采用双股单纱制成纬纱,而单纱的细度为186dtex,经纱与纬纱的密度为3000dtex,得到制成的经纱与纬纱;而后进行织造,将制得的经纱与纬纱放置在织机上相互交织成半成品基布后,将得到半成品基布进行退浆,将待要的水槽内投放生物酶,而后将半成品基布放入水槽内堆置,水的温度范围在55℃,时间为30min;而后进行水洗,水洗时,首先采用浸渍同等温度的水进行漂洗10次,其次进行热水清洗,水温95℃,漂洗时长3min,最后采用冷水清洗,水温30℃,清洗时长3min,烘干待用,得到半成品基布;而后进行浸轧和浸泡处理,将配制好的阻燃整理液投放在需要浸泡的池水内,阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:阻燃剂35份,聚丙烯树脂25,氢氧化镁30份,表面活性剂2份,渗透剂8份,低温增塑剂3份,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚5份,其中阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或多种组合,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚渗透剂采用非离子渗透剂,低温增塑剂为己二酸二辛酯,阻燃整理液的配制是先将阻燃剂、渗透剂、低温增塑剂以及表面活性剂按照质量比为550:85:3:7进行阻燃整理液的配置,而后依次加入聚丙烯树脂,氢氧化镁和聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚并进行充分的搅拌,搅拌时间为180min,而后将半成品基布放置在水池内进行两浸两轧,浸轧工艺中浸泡时间为120min,浸轧速度为15m/min,压力为2.0Mpa,两浸两轧的轧余率为70%;再进行烘干,烘干温度在100℃,时间在5min;得到阻燃的半成品基布;最后进行定型处理,将得到的阻燃的半成品基布放置在烘房内进行拉幅烘干定型,焙房温度为180℃,时间为3min,冷却后即可完成阻燃功能的基布生产工艺;
取制得的基布50cm,续燃在规定的试验条件下,移开火源后材料持续的有焰燃烧,将50cm基布试样置于规定的燃烧器下点燃,燃烧器火焰温度为1980℃,测量规定点燃时间后,测定试样的续燃、阴燃时间及损毁长度;经检测,50cm基布试样的点燃时间为1.2s,移开火源后基布试样持续的有焰燃烧5s,损毁长度0.3cm。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有阻燃功能的基布生产工艺,其特征在于,该阻燃功能的基布生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制成经纱、纬纱,首先将芳纶纤维经线采用双股单纱制成经纱,而后将经纱浸入一定含固率的丙烯酸类共聚物中,其含固率为30-50%,其次将阻燃涤纶长丝也采用双股单纱制成纬纱,而单纱的细度为186dtex,经纱与纬纱的密度为3000dtex,得到制成的经纱与纬纱。
步骤二、进行织造,将制得的经纱与纬纱放置在织机上相互交织成半成品基布后,将得到半成品基布进行退浆,将待要的水槽内投放生物酶,而后将半成品基布放入水槽内堆置,水的温度范围在40℃-60℃,时间为20-30min;而后进行水洗,烘干待用,得到半成品基布;
步骤三、进行浸轧和浸泡处理,将配制好的阻燃整理液投放在需要浸泡的池水内,而后将半成品基布放置在水池内进行两浸两轧,两浸两轧的轧余率为50-75%;再进行烘干,烘干温度在80-150℃,时间在3-5min;得到阻燃的半成品基布;
步骤四、进行定型处理,将得到的阻燃的半成品基布放置在烘房内进行拉幅烘干定型,焙房温度为140-180℃,时间为2-5min,冷却后即可完成阻燃功能的基布生产工艺,最终得到具有阻燃功能的基布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻燃功能的基布生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤二中水洗时,首先采用浸渍同等温度的水进行漂洗8-10次,而后进行热水清洗,水温90℃-95℃,漂洗时长2-3min,最后采用冷水清洗,水温10℃-30℃,清洗时长2-3min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻燃功能的基布生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤三中所述阻燃层由以下重量份的原料制成:阻燃协效剂10-35份,聚丙烯树脂20-25,氢氧化镁20-30份,表面活性剂0.5-2份,渗透剂5-8份,低温增塑剂2-3份,聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚2-5份,其中阻燃协效剂为三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或多种组合,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚渗透剂采用非离子渗透剂,低温增塑剂为己二酸二辛酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻燃功能的基布生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤三中的浸轧工艺中浸泡时间为60-180min,浸轧速度为15m/min,压力为0.5-2.0Mpa。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有阻燃功能的基布生产工艺的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述阻燃整理液的配制是先将阻燃协效剂、渗透剂、低温增塑剂以及表面活性剂按照质量比为500-600:50-85:1-3:4-7进行阻燃整理液的配置,而后依次加入聚丙烯树脂,氢氧化镁和聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚并进行充分的搅拌,搅拌时间为60-240min。
