Abstract

本发明涉及一种高支高密超薄防静电阻燃面料及其制备方法,属于纺织面料技术领域。本发明的阻燃面料采用芳纶原液、高强阻燃粘胶和导电纤维制成,由经纱和纬纱沉浮交织而成,其纬纱线为芳纶与粘胶组成的包覆纱,其经纱在包覆纱基础上间隔性加入导电纤维,芳纶为芯纱,导电纤维为内包覆纱,粘胶为外包覆纱。本发明的阻燃面料采用阻燃性能超优纤维芳纶和阻燃粘胶,芳纶采用原液纤维,大大提高面料的色牢度,特别是日晒牢度,阻燃粘胶的加入,大大改善面料的手感及穿着舒适性;植入导电纤维,使面料具有永久防静电性能,避免灰尘附着,不仅可替代传统阻燃面料的行业防护用途,更可广泛运用到民用服饰、家纺用品,集美观和安全于一体。

一种阻燃面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前传统的阻燃面料主要分为两大类:一类为后整理阻燃面料,用后整理方法将阻燃剂涂层在织物表面或渗入到织物内部,在织物的内部形成永久性的交联,因而使其具有阻燃性能,并能保持织物的原有性能。但这种工艺的弊端是:面料强力差;阻燃性会随着洗涤次数的增加衰减;同时助剂本身会有一定的化学气味,从而带来不愉快的穿着感受。另一类为本质阻燃面料,将有阻燃功能的阻燃剂通过聚合物聚合、共混、共聚、复合纺丝、接挤改性等技术加入到纤维中,使纤维具有阻燃性,即阻燃纤维,最主要特点就是具有较强的耐洗性能。但总体来说,目前行业市场中以上两类面料均在180g/m2以上,且手感粗粝,质感粗笨,助剂中含有甲醛等有害物质,大多通过阻燃助剂整理,面料克重加重,并伴有一股难闻的气味,撕破强力≤12N。
随着国民消费升级,安全意识的提升,在目前提倡产业用纺织品的“军用转民用”号召下,开发一种如普通民用织物般轻薄、舒适且具有本质阻燃性能的面料,成为工业用织品转型为衣着用纺织品的必经之路。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种阻燃面料及其制备方法。本发明的阻燃面料采用阻燃性能超优纤维芳纶和阻燃粘胶,芳纶采用原液纤维,大大提高面料的色牢度,特别是日晒牢度,阻燃粘胶的加入,大大改善面料的手感及穿着舒适性;植入导电纤维,使面料具有永久防静电性能,避免灰尘附着,不仅可替代传统阻燃面料的行业防护用途,更可广泛运用到民用服饰、家纺用品,集美观和安全于一体。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种阻燃面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该阻燃面料及其制备方法具有以下特征:
一种阻燃面料,所述阻燃面料的制作原料包括芳纶原液、高强阻燃粘胶和导电纤维,按质量分数计各组分占面料的百分比为:芳纶原液50%-80%,高强阻燃粘胶18%-50%,导电纤维0.5%-2%;所述阻燃面料由经纱和纬纱沉浮交织而成,其纬纱线为芳纶与粘胶组成的包覆纱,其经纱在包覆纱基础上间隔性加入导电纤维,芳纶为芯纱,导电纤维为内包覆纱,粘胶为外包覆纱。
所述导电纤维和粘胶以S捻对芳纶芯纱进行包缠,芳纶与粘胶双包覆纱的规格为40D-60D。
所述面料为一上一下平纹组织,内包覆纱导电纤维和外包覆纱粘胶的包裹方向相反。
所述面料的拉伸强力≥390N,撕破强力≥30N。
所述面料的经密为120-150,纬密为60-90,克重110-130g/m2
一种阻燃面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)色纺:将原液芳纶、高强阻燃粘胶和导电纤维进行色纺,得到色纺纱线;
(2)织布&染色:将步骤(1)得到的色纺纱线纺织成布匹并染色;
(3)整理:将步骤(2)中染色后的布料在阻燃助剂中整理;
(4)焙干:将步骤(3)中整理后的基体放入焙烘机中进行烘焙,烘焙温度为175-180℃。
(5)定型:将焙烘好的的基体传送至高温定型机上,温度升高至185-195℃进行定型,并将面料冷却至室温即得到阻燃面料成品。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明的阻燃面料采用阻燃性能超优纤维芳纶和阻燃粘胶,芳纶采用原液纤维,大大提高面料的色牢度,特别是日晒牢度,阻燃粘胶的加入,大大改善面料的手感及穿着舒适性;植入导电纤维,使面料具有永久防静电性能,避免灰尘附着。相比行业用传统阻燃面料,该新型阻燃面料更轻薄、更滑爽、更安全、更美观,不仅可替代传统阻燃面料的行业防护用途,更可广泛运用到民用服饰、家纺用品,集美观和安全于一体。
本发明的阻燃面料为高支高密的超薄阻燃性能面料,具有轻薄光洁、手感滑爽、色泽柔和的特点;同时,阻燃性能达到A级、拉伸强力却高达390N,其高密度可有效防止钻绒跑毛现象,织物中加入的导电纤维可有效避免静电产生,大大提高阻燃产品的穿着舒适性及安全性能。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种藏青阻燃面料,采用藏青芳纶原液、进口阻燃粘胶和黑色导电纤维制成,按质量分数计各组分占面料的百分比为:藏青芳纶原液49%,进口高强阻燃粘胶49%,黑色导电纤维2%;面料由经纱和纬纱沉浮交织而成,其纬纱线为芳纶与粘胶组成的包覆纱,经纱在包覆纱基础上间隔性加入导电纤维,芳纶为芯纱,导电纤维为内包覆纱,粘胶为外包覆纱。
黑色导电纤维和粘胶以S捻对芳纶芯纱进行包缠,芳纶与粘胶双包覆纱的规格为50D。面料为一上一下平纹组织,内包覆纱和外包覆纱的包裹方向相反。
一种阻燃面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)色纺:将原液藏青芳纶、进口阻燃粘胶和黑色导电纤维进行色纺,得到色纺纱线;
(2)织布&染色将步骤(1)得到的色纺纱线纺织成布匹并染色;
(3)整理:将步骤(2)中染色后的布料在阻燃助剂中整理;
(4)焙干:将步骤(3)整理后的基体放入到焙烘机中进行烘焙,烘焙温度为175℃;
(5)定型:将焙烘好的的基体传送至高温定型机上,温度升高至185℃进行定型,并将面料冷却至室温即得到阻燃面料成品。
制备得到的成品阻燃面料的断裂强力:径向390N,纬向310N;撕破强力:经向50N,纬向17N。面料的经密为144,纬密为80,克重115g/m2

Claims (6)

1.一种阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃面料的制作原料包括芳纶原液、高强阻燃粘胶和导电纤维,按质量分数计各组分占面料的百分比为:芳纶原液50%-80%,高强阻燃粘胶18%-50%,导电纤维0.5%-2%;所述阻燃面料由经纱和纬纱沉浮交织而成,其纬纱线为芳纶与粘胶组成的包覆纱,其经纱在包覆纱基础上间隔性加入导电纤维,芳纶为芯纱,导电纤维为内包覆纱,粘胶为外包覆纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述导电纤维和粘胶以S捻对芳纶芯纱进行包缠,芳纶与粘胶双包覆纱的规格为40D-60D。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述面料为一上一下平纹组织,内包覆纱导电纤维和外包覆纱粘胶的包裹方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述面料的拉伸强力≥390N,撕破强力≥30N。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项权利要求所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述面料的经密为120-150,纬密为60-90,克重110-130g/m2
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)色纺:将原液芳纶、高强阻燃粘胶和导电纤维进行色纺,得到色纺纱线;
(2)织布&染色:将步骤(1)得到的色纺纱线纺织成布匹并染色;
(3)整理:将步骤(2)中染色后的布料在阻燃助剂中整理;
(4)焙干:将步骤(3)中整理后的基体放入焙烘机中进行烘焙,烘焙温度为175-180℃;
(5)定型:将焙烘好的的基体传送至高温定型机上,温度升高至185-195℃进行定型,并将面料冷却至室温即得到阻燃面料成品。
