使用时,撕下隔膜2,然后将织唛商标的两窄端向背面折弯进行折叠,使双面胶体4撕下隔膜2的粘结面与织唛商标的背面粘结连接形成两个折叠端,然后将两个折叠端与服装缝接连接。由于织唛商标的前后两窄端为折叠层,能够牢固度好,不易散边,并且在缝接连接时不需要人工用手固定折叠端,降低安全隐患。透明硅胶凸起3起到按摩作用。
一种防伪环保织唛商标的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a)织唛:采用经纱和纬纱在织唛机中像织布一样一整匹织出来,得到经纱的密度为:65根/cm,纬纱的密度为:55根/cm织唛预成品6,经纱和纬纱采用本申请的权利要求1至4中任一项所述的经纱和纬纱,所述芯纱I的各组分的质量配比为:竹纤维10~15份、珍珠纤维10~15份、玉米纤维70~80份,包覆纱I的各组分的质量配比为:竹纤维5~10份、亚麻纤维10~15份、玉米纤维60~70份、棉20~30份,所述芯纱线的各组分的质量配比为:竹纤维10~15份、珍珠纤维10~15份、玉米纤维70~80份,包覆纱II的各组分的质量配比为:竹纤维5~10份、亚麻纤维10~15份、玉米纤维60~70份、棉20~30份;
b)裁切处上胶液:将织唛预成品6沿其宽度方向裁切的裁切处通过喷胶装置7进行上胶形成上胶裁切部5,得到裁切处上胶织唛;
c)点胶:通过点胶机对裁切处上胶织唛的正面进行点胶,得到点胶织唛,胶点为透明硅胶凸起3;
d)烘干:对点胶织唛进行烘干,得到烘干织唛,烘干温度为110~130℃;
e)裁切:将烘干织唛沿其宽度方向裁切,得到单排织唛长条,然后对单排织唛长条进行裁切,得到长方形的单个织唛;
f)贴胶:将单个织唛的两窄端的背面贴上双面胶;
j)将纽扣11置入有防伪二维码的硅胶体8上的槽孔10内,然后将该硅胶体8粘合在单个织唛的背面中间。
所述喷胶装置7包括PLC控制器70、第三电磁阀71、龙门架72、气缸73、槽体74、框体75、若干喷胶头76、喷胶管77、进胶口78和进风口710,所述龙门架72的两个立柱之间设有框体75,所述龙门架72的横梁上设有气缸73,所述气缸73的活塞杆的下端设有与框体75相对应且槽口朝下的槽体74,所述龙门架72的横梁上设有可滑动且下端与槽体74固定连接的定位滑杆79,所述槽体74内设有喷胶管77,所述喷胶管77的下端设有均匀分布的喷胶头76,所述槽体74的一侧壁上设有与喷胶管77连通的进胶口78和与第三电磁阀71的输出端连接的进风口710,所述第三电磁阀71的输入端与供气源连接,所述槽体74内设有第一压力传感器716,所述第三电磁阀71、第一压力传感器716和气缸73与PLC控制器70连接,所述槽体74的槽口上设有橡胶垫711,所述进胶口78通过第一电磁阀712与储胶罐713连接,所述储胶罐713内设有第二压力传感器714,所述储胶罐713的进气口通过第二电磁阀715与供气源连接,所述第一电磁阀712、第二电磁阀715和第二压力传感器714与PLC控制器70连接,所述胶液为:液体硅胶。
喷胶装置工作时,PLC控制器70启动气缸73的活塞杆伸出带动槽体74向下运动,槽体74带动橡胶垫711向下运动将织唛预成品6压紧在框体75上,PLC控制器70启动第三电磁阀71和第二电磁阀715打开,气源进入储胶罐713和槽体74内,当第二压力传感器714和第一压力传感器716达到设定值时,PLC控制器70关闭第二电磁阀715,打开第一电磁阀712,储胶罐713内的胶液在压力作用下通过第一电磁阀712、进胶口78、喷胶管77和喷胶头76,最后喷在织唛预成品6上,当第二压力传感器714的压力值降到一定值时,PLC控制器70关闭第一电磁阀712和第三电磁阀71,完成上胶。

1.一种防伪环保织唛商标,其特征在于:包括织唛商标主体(1)、硅胶体(8)和遮蔽层(9),所述织唛商标主体(1)的背面设有硅胶体(8),所述硅胶体(8)远离织唛商标主体(1)的一表面设有防伪二维码和覆盖防伪二维码的遮蔽层(9),所述织唛商标主体(1)由经纱和纬纱平织而成,所述经纱由芯纱I和以螺旋的方式对芯纱I进行包覆的包覆纱I构成,所述芯纱I由竹纤维、珍珠纤维和玉米纤维混纺而成,所述包覆纱I由竹纤维、亚麻纤维、玉米纤维和棉混纺而成,所述纬纱由芯纱II和以螺旋的方式对芯纱II进行包覆的包覆纱II构成,所述芯纱II由两根芯纱线捻合而成,所述芯纱线由竹纤维、珍珠纤维和玉米纤维混纺而成,所述包覆纱II由竹纤维、亚麻纤维、玉米纤维和棉混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为:60~70根/cm,所述纬纱的密度为:50~60根/cm,所述织唛商标主体(1)为长方形形状,所述织唛商标主体(1)的相对应的两个宽端载有防散边硅胶,所述织唛商标主体(1)的前后两窄端的背面均设有双面胶体(4),所述双面胶体(4)的一粘结面与织唛商标主体(1)的背面粘结连接,另一粘结面设有隔膜(2),所述硅胶体(8)上设有槽孔(10),所述槽孔(10)内设有纽扣(11),所述槽孔(10)的上下两端为与纽扣(11)相配合的弧面,所述织唛商标主体(1)的正面设有透明硅胶凸起(3)。
2.一种防伪环保织唛商标的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a)织唛:采用经纱和纬纱在织唛机中像织布一样一整匹织出来,得到经纱的密度为:65根/cm,纬纱的密度为:55根/cm织唛预成品(6),经纱和纬纱采用权利要求1所述的经纱和纬纱,所述芯纱I的各组分的质量配比为:竹纤维10~15份、珍珠纤维10~15份、玉米纤维70~80份,包覆纱I的各组分的质量配比为:竹纤维5~10份、亚麻纤维10~15份、玉米纤维60~70份、棉20~30份,所述芯纱II的各组分的质量配比为:竹纤维10~15份、珍珠纤维10~15份、玉米纤维70~80份,包覆纱II的各组分的质量配比为:竹纤维5~10份、亚麻纤维10~15份、玉米纤维60~70份、棉20~30份;
b)裁切处上胶液:将织唛预成品(6)沿其宽度方向裁切的裁切处通过喷胶装置(7)进行上胶形成上胶裁切部(5),得到裁切处上胶织唛,所述喷胶装置(7)包括PLC控制器(70)、第三电磁阀(71)、龙门架(72)、气缸(73)、槽体(74)、框体(75)、若干喷胶头(76)、喷胶管(77)、进胶口(78)和进风口(710),所述龙门架(72)的两个立柱之间设有框体(75),所述龙门架(72)的横梁上设有气缸(73),所述气缸(73)的活塞杆的下端设有与框体(75)相对应且槽口朝下的槽体(74),所述龙门架(72)的横梁上设有可滑动且下端与槽体(74)固定连接的定位滑杆(79),所述槽体(74)内设有喷胶管(77),所述喷胶管(77)的下端设有均匀分布的喷胶头(76),所述槽体(74)的一侧壁上设有与喷胶管(77)连通的进胶口(78)和与第三电磁阀(71)的输出端连接的进风口(710),所述第三电磁阀(71)的输入端与供气源连接,所述槽体(74)内设有第一压力传感器(716),所述第三电磁阀(71)、第一压力传感器(716)和气缸(73)与PLC控制器(70)连接;
c)点胶:通过点胶机对裁切处上胶织唛的正面进行点胶,得到点胶织唛,胶点为透明硅胶凸起(3);
d)烘干:对点胶织唛进行烘干,得到烘干织唛,烘干温度为110~130℃;
e)裁切:将烘干织唛沿其宽度方向裁切,得到单排织唛长条,然后对单排织唛长条进行裁切,得到长方形的单个织唛;
f)贴胶:将单个织唛的两窄端的背面贴上双面胶;
j)将纽扣(11)置入有防伪二维码的硅胶体(8)上的槽孔(10)内,然后将该硅胶体(8)粘合在单个织唛的背面中间。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种防伪环保织唛商标的生产方法,其特征在于:所述槽体(74)的槽口上设有橡胶垫(711)。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种防伪环保织唛商标的生产方法,其特征在于:所述进胶口(78)通过第一电磁阀(712)与储胶罐(713)连接,所述储胶罐(713)内设有第二压力传感器(714),所述储胶罐(713)的进气口通过第二电磁阀(715)与供气源连接,所述第一电磁阀(712)、第二电磁阀(715)和第二压力传感器(714)与PLC控制器(70)连接。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种防伪环保织唛商标的生产方法,其特征在于:所述胶液为:液体硅胶。
