通过在底布和保暖层之间增设一层防风涂层,提高了防风效果。人造毛皮结构的其中一面为绒毛,另一面为花纹,产品外观美丽,更容易受消费者喜爱。通过剪毛装置将绒毛修剪平整,使产品外观看起来更加美丽大方,进一步提高了产品的外观质量。
作为优选,步骤三中的剪毛装置包括机架,所述机架上设有传动带和壳体,所述壳体置于传动带的上方,所述壳体的左右两侧壁的底部均设有开口,所述壳体的内部安装有刀具组件,所述刀具组件置于两个开口之间且位于传动带的上方,所述壳体的内顶面上固定有静电发生板,所述静电发生板置于刀具组件的上方。其中静电发生板用于产生静电,通过外壳的设计,可以起到静电隔绝作用,保障了工作人员的安全。人造毛皮在传动带的传输下通过其中一个开口进入壳体中,由于静电发生板上的静电对绒毛具有吸附作用,此时人造毛皮上的绒毛会呈立起的状态,方便了刀具组件对绒毛进行修剪,提高了修剪效率,使得修剪后的绒毛美观平整,提高了产品的外观质量。修剪好后的人造皮毛则在传动带传输下通过另一个开口送出壳体,进入下一工序。其中一个开口为进料口,另一个开口为出料口,刀具组件置于靠近出料口的一侧,在人造毛皮经过静电发生板还未到刀具组件的过程中,静电发生板则可以在修剪之前先吸走附着在其上的散毛,进一步提高修剪时的质量。出料口处还安装有吸风机,用于吸走剪下来的绒毛。
作为优选,所述开口内设有压轮,所述压轮的两端均固定有压轮滑块,所述开口两侧的侧壁上均设有与压轮滑块相匹配的压轮滑槽,所述压轮通过压轮滑块和压轮滑槽的配合安装在开口内且与其滑动连接,所述压轮滑槽内设有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧的一端和压轮滑槽的端壁固定连接,所述压缩弹簧的另一端和压轮滑块固定连接。在修剪时,压轮会在压缩弹簧的弹力下压在人造毛皮上,以提高修剪过程中的稳定性,防止人造毛皮发生褶皱现象。
作为优选,所述刀具组件包括刀片总成,所述刀片总成的两端均固定有安装块,所述壳体的前后两侧壁上分别有安装槽和安装口,所述安装槽和安装口对称设置且均与安装块相匹配,所述刀片总成和壳体可拆卸连接,刀片总成通过安装口放入壳体中,其中一个安装块安装在安装槽处,另一个安装块安装在安装口处,对经过的绒毛进行修剪操作,通过这样的设计方便了对刀片总成的更换和保养,有利于提高修剪质量。安装块的侧面上固定有限位块,安装槽的侧壁上和安装口的侧壁上均设有与限位块相匹配的限位滑槽,通过限位块和限位滑槽的设计,起到了刀片总成安装过程中的限位作用,方便了刀片总成安装的安装。安装口处还设有密封门,所述密封门的内侧固定有与安装块的位置相匹配的顶块,刀片总成安装好后,合上密封门,此时密封门上的顶块则会将整个刀片总成顶住,起到了刀片总成的安装固定作用,提高了修剪过程中的稳定性。
作为优选,所述刀片总成包括固定刀片和活动刀片,所述安装块固定在固定刀片的两端,所述固定刀片上设有轴向滑槽,所述活动刀片的底面上固定有与轴向滑槽相匹配的刀片滑块,所述活动刀片通过刀片滑块和轴向滑槽的配合安装在固定刀片上且两者滑动连接,所述活动刀片的侧边上和固定刀片的侧边上均设有条状刀齿,两块刀片上的条状刀齿相互匹配,所述活动刀片的底面和固定刀片相接触,所述活动刀片的顶面上固定有相互平行的前导向板和后导向板,其中一个安装块上固定有齿轮座,所述齿轮座上安装有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮的侧面上固定有偏心杆,所述前导向板和后导向板之间的最短距离与偏心杆的直径相匹配,所述偏心杆置于前导向板和后导向板之间,所述安装槽内安装有与从动齿轮相匹配的主动齿轮。两块刀片的条状刀齿均设置在正对进料开口的一侧,两块刀片上的条状刀齿相互重叠。壳体上固定有与控制主动齿轮进行转动的旋转电机一。当刀片总成在壳体内安装好后,安装槽内的主动齿轮会与安装块上的从动齿轮相互啮合,进行修剪时,主动齿轮带动从动齿轮发生转动,此时偏心杆会在从动齿轮的带动下作圆周运动,同时在前导向板和后导向板之间的间隙中发生相对滑动,进而带动活动刀片在固定刀片上进行前后摆动,通过两块刀片上不停交错的条状刀齿对绒毛进行自动修剪。
作为优选,所述壳体的内部安装有滚动轴,所述滚动轴置于静电发生板的下方且其外侧套接有粘毛筒,所述壳体的左侧壁上设有横向开口,所述壳体的表面且位于横向开口的上下两侧设有相互平行的滑轨,两根滑轨之间安装有滚动轴滑块,所述滚动轴的左端穿过横向开口安装在滚动轴滑块上且与其转动连接,所述横向开口内固定有与滑轨平行的导向齿条,所述滚动轴上固定有与导向齿条相匹配的导向齿轮。滚动轴滑块上固定有控制滚动轴进行转动的旋转电机二。粘毛筒的外表面设置有胶水。当静电发生板上吸附的绒毛过多时,滚动轴滑块上的滚动轴会自动旋转,通过导向齿轮和导向齿条的配合,滚动轴沿着横向开口在壳体内来回滚动,进而带动粘毛筒在静电发生板上来回滚动,将静电发生板上的绒毛都粘到粘毛筒上,防止由于静电发生板上绒毛过多而导致吸附效果降低,保证了静电发生板良好的吸附效果。
作为优选,所述滚动轴上固定有粘毛筒限位板一,所述滚动轴的右端螺纹连接有粘毛筒限位板二,所述粘毛筒置于粘毛筒限位板一和粘毛筒限位板二之间且与滚动轴可拆卸连接,所述壳体的右侧壁上设有与滚动轴的位置相匹配的侧开口。滚动轴未工作时的位置正对侧开口的位置。当粘毛筒上粘的绒毛过多时,工作人员可以通过侧开口伸入壳体中,旋下滚动轴上的粘毛筒限位板二,然后对滚动轴上的粘毛筒进行更换。
本发明的有益效果是:提高了防风效果;产品外观美丽,更容易受消费者喜爱;防风效果好;提高了修剪效率,使得修剪后的绒毛美观平整,提高了产品的外观质量;提高了修剪过程中的稳定性;保证了静电发生板良好的吸附效果。

实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
如图1所述的实施例中,一种防风型人造毛皮结构,包括底布1,底布1的其中一面设有绒毛2,底布1的另一面设有防风涂层3和保暖层4,防风涂层3固定在底布1和保暖层4之间,保暖层4的表面设有花纹。
防风涂层3的材料为聚氨酯,防风涂层3涂覆在底布1的另一面上,防风涂层3和保暖层4之间通过粘合剂固定连接。
保暖层4由棉纤维和羊毛纤维经纬编织而成。
本发明还提供一种防风型人造毛皮结构的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将羊毛、聚酯纤维和粘胶纤维以4:3:3的比例放入在制条机中进行混合制条,然后以腈纶作为底纱,在针织机上织造出人造毛皮底布1;
步骤二,在人造毛皮底布1的底面涂覆上防风涂层3,待防风涂层3固结后,再在防风涂层3的表面刷一层粘合剂,之后通过粘合剂将保暖层4与防风涂层3进行粘合,粘合之后烘干定型,形成人造皮毛坯布;
步骤三,将人造皮毛坯布送入剪毛装置中进行修剪,将人造皮毛坯布上的绒毛2修剪平整;
步骤四,对修剪好后的人造皮毛坯布依次进行刷毛、烫光和拉幅定型,最后包装出货。
如图2、图3和图4所示,步骤三中的剪毛装置包括机架5,机架5上设有传动带6和壳体7,壳体7置于传动带6的上方,壳体7的左右两侧壁的底部均设有开口8,壳体7的内部安装有刀具组件,刀具组件置于两个开口8之间且位于传动带6的上方,壳体7的内顶面上固定有静电发生板9,静电发生板9置于刀具组件的上方。
如图3和图4所示,开口8内设有压轮10,压轮10的两端均固定有压轮滑块11,开口8两侧的侧壁上均设有与压轮滑块11相匹配的压轮滑槽12,压轮10通过压轮滑块11和压轮滑槽12的配合安装在开口8内且与其滑动连接,压轮滑槽12内设有压缩弹簧13,压缩弹簧13的一端和压轮滑槽12的端壁固定连接,压缩弹簧13的另一端和压轮滑块11固定连接。
如图5、图6、图7和图8所示,刀具组件包括刀片总成,刀片总成的两端均固定有安装块15,壳体7的前后两侧壁上分别有安装槽16和安装口17,安装槽16和安装口17对称设置且均与安装块15相匹配,刀片总成和壳体7可拆卸连接,安装块15的侧面上固定有限位块18,安装槽16的侧壁上和安装口17的侧壁上均设有与限位块18相匹配的限位滑槽19,安装口17处还设有密封门20,密封门20的内侧固定有与安装块15的位置相匹配的顶块21。
如图9和图10所示,刀片总成包括固定刀片22和活动刀片23,安装块15固定在固定刀片22的两端,固定刀片22上设有轴向滑槽24,活动刀片23的底面上固定有与轴向滑槽24相匹配的刀片滑块25,活动刀片23通过刀片滑块25和轴向滑槽24的配合安装在固定刀片22上且两者滑动连接,活动刀片23的侧边上和固定刀片22的侧边上均设有条状刀齿26,两块刀片上的条状刀齿26相互匹配,活动刀片23的底面和固定刀片22相接触,活动刀片23的顶面上固定有相互平行的前导向板27和后导向板28,其中一个安装块15上固定有齿轮座29,齿轮座29上安装有从动齿轮30,从动齿轮30的侧面上固定有偏心杆31,前导向板27和后导向板28之间的最短距离与偏心杆31的直径相匹配,偏心杆31置于前导向板27和后导向板28之间,安装槽16内安装有与从动齿轮30相匹配的主动齿轮42。
如图3和图4所示,壳体7的内部安装有滚动轴32,滚动轴32置于静电发生板9的下方且其外侧套接有粘毛筒33,壳体7的左侧壁上设有横向开口34,壳体7的表面且位于横向开口34的上下两侧设有相互平行的滑轨35,两根滑轨35之间安装有滚动轴滑块36,滚动轴32的左端穿过横向开口34安装在滚动轴滑块36上且与其转动连接,横向开口34内固定有与滑轨35平行的导向齿条37,滚动轴32上固定有与导向齿条37相匹配的导向齿轮38。
如图3和图4所示,滚动轴32上固定有粘毛筒限位板一39,滚动轴32的右端螺纹连接有粘毛筒限位板二40,粘毛筒33置于粘毛筒限位板一39和粘毛筒限位板二40之间且与滚动轴32可拆卸连接,壳体7的右侧壁上设有与滚动轴32的位置相匹配的侧开口41。
剪毛装置的工作原理:人造毛皮在传动带6的传输下通过其中一个开口8进入壳体7中,由于静电发生板9上的静电对绒毛2具有吸附作用,此时人造毛皮上的绒毛2会呈立起的状态。于此同时,壳体7内的主动齿轮42会带动安装块15上的从动齿轮30发生转动,此时偏心杆31会在从动齿轮30的带动下作圆周运动,同时在前导向板27和后导向板28之间的间隙中发生相对滑动,进而带动活动刀片23在固定刀片22上进行前后摆动,通过两块刀片上不停交错的条状刀齿26对绒毛2进行自动修剪,修剪好后的人造皮毛继续在传动带6传输下通过另一个开口8送出壳体7,进入下一工序。

Claims (6)

1.一种防风型人造毛皮结构,其特征是,包括底布(1),所述底布(1)的其中一面设有绒毛(2),所述底布(1)的另一面设有防风涂层(3)和保暖层(4),所述防风涂层(3)固定在底布(1)和保暖层(4)之间,所述保暖层(4)的表面设有花纹;
一种防风型人造毛皮结构的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将羊毛、聚酯纤维和粘胶纤维以4:3:3的比例放入在制条机中进行混合制条,然后以腈纶作为底纱,在针织机上织造出人造毛皮底布(1);
步骤二,在人造毛皮底布(1)的底面涂覆上防风涂层(3),待防风涂层(3)固结后,再在防风涂层(3)的表面刷一层粘合剂,之后通过粘合剂将保暖层(4)与防风涂层(3)进行粘合,粘合之后烘干定型,形成人造皮毛坯布;
步骤三,将人造皮毛坯布送入剪毛装置中进行修剪,将人造皮毛坯布上的绒毛(2)修剪平整;
步骤四,对修剪好后的人造皮毛坯布依次进行刷毛、烫光和拉幅定型,最后包装出货;
步骤三中的剪毛装置包括机架(5),所述机架(5)上设有传动带(6)和壳体(7),所述壳体(7)置于传动带(6)的上方,所述壳体(7)的左右两侧壁的底部均设有开口(8),所述壳体(7)的内部安装有刀具组件,所述刀具组件置于两个开口(8)之间且位于传动带(6)的上方,所述壳体(7)的内顶面上固定有静电发生板(9),所述静电发生板(9)置于刀具组件的上方,所述刀具组件包括刀片总成,所述刀片总成的两端均固定有安装块(15),所述壳体(7)的前后两侧壁上分别有安装槽(16)和安装口(17),所述安装槽(16)和安装口(17)对称设置且均与安装块(15)相匹配,所述刀片总成和壳体(7)可拆卸连接,所述安装块(15)的侧面上固定有限位块(18),所述安装槽(16)的侧壁上和安装口(17)的侧壁上均设有与限位块(18)相匹配的限位滑槽(19),所述安装口(17)处还设有密封门(20),所述密封门(20)的内侧固定有与安装块(15)的位置相匹配的顶块(21),所述刀片总成包括固定刀片(22)和活动刀片(23),所述安装块(15)固定在固定刀片(22)的两端,所述固定刀片(22)上设有轴向滑槽(24),所述活动刀片(23)的底面上固定有与轴向滑槽(24)相匹配的刀片滑块(25),所述活动刀片(23)通过刀片滑块(25)和轴向滑槽(24)的配合安装在固定刀片(22)上且两者滑动连接,所述活动刀片(23)的侧边上和固定刀片(22)的侧边上均设有条状刀齿(26),两块刀片上的条状刀齿(26)相互匹配,所述活动刀片(23)的底面和固定刀片(22)相接触,所述活动刀片(23)的顶面上固定有相互平行的前导向板(27)和后导向板(28),其中一个安装块(15)上固定有齿轮座(29),所述齿轮座(29)上安装有从动齿轮(30),所述从动齿轮(30)的侧面上固定有偏心杆(31),所述前导向板(27)和后导向板(28)之间的最短距离与偏心杆(31)的直径相匹配,所述偏心杆(31)置于前导向板(27)和后导向板(28)之间,所述安装槽(16)内安装有与从动齿轮(30)相匹配的主动齿轮(42)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防风型人造毛皮结构,其特征是,所述防风涂层(3)的材料为聚氨酯,所述防风涂层(3)涂覆在底布(1)的另一面上,所述防风涂层(3)和保暖层(4)之间通过粘合剂固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防风型人造毛皮结构,其特征是,所述保暖层(4)由棉纤维和羊毛纤维经纬编织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防风型人造毛皮结构的制备方法,其特征是,所述开口(8)内设有压轮(10),所述压轮(10)的两端均固定有压轮滑块(11),所述开口(8)两侧的侧壁上均设有与压轮滑块(11)相匹配的压轮滑槽(12),所述压轮(10)通过压轮滑块(11)和压轮滑槽(12)的配合安装在开口(8)内且与其滑动连接,所述压轮滑槽(12)内设有压缩弹簧(13),所述压缩弹簧(13)的一端和压轮滑槽(12)的端壁固定连接,所述压缩弹簧(13)的另一端和压轮滑块(11)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防风型人造毛皮结构的制备方法,其特征是,所述壳体(7)的内部安装有滚动轴(32),所述滚动轴(32)置于静电发生板(9)的下方且其外侧套接有粘毛筒(33),所述壳体(7)的左侧壁上设有横向开口(34),所述壳体(7)的表面且位于横向开口(34)的上下两侧设有相互平行的滑轨(35),两根滑轨(35)之间安装有滚动轴滑块(36),所述滚动轴(32)的左端穿过横向开口(34)安装在滚动轴滑块(36)上且与其转动连接,所述横向开口(34)内固定有与滑轨(35)平行的导向齿条(37),所述滚动轴(32)上固定有与导向齿条(37)相匹配的导向齿轮(38)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防风型人造毛皮结构的制备方法,其特征是,所述滚动轴(32)上固定有粘毛筒限位板一(39),所述滚动轴(32)的右端螺纹连接有粘毛筒限位板二(40),所述粘毛筒(33)置于粘毛筒限位板一(39)和粘毛筒限位板二(40)之间且与滚动轴(32)可拆卸连接,所述壳体(7)的右侧壁上设有与滚动轴(32)的位置相匹配的侧开口(41)。
