Abstract
Description
1.ABモノマー、これは、カルボン酸基(A)およびアミン基(B)の両方を有するモノマーであると理解される。
2.少なくとも1の化合物I、これは、v≧2の官能性を有するカルボン酸(Av)またはw≧2の官能性を有するアミン(Bw)である。
3.少なくとも1の化合物II、これは、v≧3の官能性を有するカルボン酸(Av)またはw≧3の官能性を有するアミン(Bw)であり、化合物IIは、化合物Iがアミンであるならばカルボン酸であり、または化合物Iがカルボン酸であるならばアミンであり、ポリアミド中の全てのカルボン酸およびアミンから誘導される単位の量が、式1を満たすことを特徴とする。
各々100mm直径の環状ダイを有する3つの押出機を備えたバンデラ(Bandera)インフレーションフィルムラインにおいて、60重量%のLLDPE、30重量%のLDPEおよび10重量%のYparex(商標)0H040から成るPE混合物の2つの外層、接着調整剤としてのMZA変性LLDPEおよびポリアミド中間層から成るフィルムバブルをブロー成形した。上記LLDPEはエチレンとブテンとのコポリマーであり、メルトフローインデックス(ASTM D−1238、2.16kg、190℃)2.7g/10分、融点125℃および密度928kg/m3を有していた。押出機のバレル温度は250℃であり、ヘッド温度は260℃であった。ブローアップ比は2.1であった。
比較例Aの方法を繰り返した。ただし、PE層として、90重量%のLLDPEおよび10重量%のYparex 0H040から成る層が使用された。十分な安定性を有するバブルが得られるようにプロセスを制御することはできないことが分かった。
実施例1の方法を繰り返した。ただし、PE層は90重量%のLLDPEおよび接着調整剤としての10重量%のYparex 0H040から成った。実施例1のブローアップ比は2.1であり、実施例2では2.5であった。押出方向に測定されたエルメンドルフ形引裂強さは夫々104kN/mおよび98kN/mであった。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1のポリアミド層および少なくとも1のポリオレフィン層を含む多層フィルムをブロー成形によって製造する方法において、ポリアミドとして、分岐したポリアミドが使用されることを特徴とする方法。
- ポリオレフィン層が本質的にLLDPEから成る、請求項1記載の方法。
- LLDPEが高々5%の別のポリエチレンを含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- ポリオレフィン層が本質的にポリプロピレンから成る、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1のポリアミド層およびそれに直接結合したまたは接着剤層によって結合した少なくとも1のポリオレフィン層を含む多層フィルムにおいて、ポリアミドが、分岐したポリアミドであることを特徴とする多層フィルム。
- 1以上のポリオレフィン層がポリエチレン層であり、接着剤層(存在する場合)以外の該ポリエチレン層が、少なくとも95%が直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンであるポリエチレンのみを含む、請求項5記載の多層フィルム。
- ポリオレフィン層が本質的にポリプロピレンから成る請求項5記載の多層フィルム。
