Claims (33)
- 中央開口を有するガントリ・リングと、
画像化する対象物が前記リングの半径方向に進入および退出できる開口を前記ガントリ・リングに設ける、前記ガントリの取外し可能部分と、
前記ガントリ・リングの内側周りに360°回転でき、前記対象物に放射線を照射する放射源と、
前記照射された放射線を検出するように位置する検出器と、を備えているイメージング装置。 - 請求項1において、さらに、前記ガントリの一部分を取付けおよび取外しするためのラッチ機構を備えたガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記ガントリの一部分が前記ガントリ・リングから完全に取り外し可能であるガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記ガントリの一部分が、ヒンジによって前記ガントリ・リングに取り付けられているガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記ガントリの一部分が前記ガントリ・リングにはまり込むことにより、前記開口を設けているガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記放射源がX線源であるガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記ガントリが、さらに、前記放射源を前記ガントリの内側周りに回転させるためのモータを備えているガントリ装置。
- 請求項7において、前記モータが外部の電源に接続されているガントリ装置。
- 請求項8において、前記モータが摺動リングを介して外部の電源に接続されているガントリ装置。
- 請求項8において、前記モータがケーブルを介して外部の電源に接続されているガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、さらに、前記放射源が前記ガントリの内側周りを回転するように案内するための軸受機構を備えているガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記検出器が、前記放射源の回転と連係して前記ガントリの内側周り回転するガントリ装置。
- 請求項12において、前記放射源および前記検出器が、モータ駆動ロータ上で回転するガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記ガントリが移動式支持構造体に固定されているガントリ装置。
- 請求項14において、前記移動式支持構造体が台車を有するガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記ガントリが支持構造体に片持ち方式で固定されているガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記ガントリが、少なくとも一軸に沿って移動または少なくとも一軸を中心として回転でき、前記放射源の回転が、前記ガントリの移動と独立であるガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記ガントリが、実質的に回転可能に取り付けられているガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、さらに、前記検出器から検出した放射データを受け取り、このデータを処理して前記対象物の画像を生成するプロセッサを備えているガントリ装置。
- 請求項19において、前記プロセッサが、コンピュータ断層撮影を利用して前記対象物の三次元再現画像を生成するガントリ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記画像化する対象物が人間の患者を含んでいるガントリ装置。
- 中央開口を有するガントリ・リングと、
画像化する対象物が前記リングの半径方向に進入および退出できる開口を前記ガントリ・リングに設ける、前記ガントリの取外し可能部分と、
前記ガントリ・リングの内側周りを360°回転して、前記対象物からの放射線を検出する検出器と、を備えているイメージング装置。 - 放射線を用いて対象物を画像化する方法であって、
ガントリ・リングの半径方向の開口を通して、対象物をガントリ・リング内に配置し、
少なくとも1つの放射源および放射線検出器を、前記ガントリ・リングの内側周りに回転させて前記対象物を画像化することを含む方法。 - 請求項23において、さらに、前記ガントリ・リングの一部分を少なくとも部分的に取り外して前記半径方向の開口を設けることを含む方法。
- 請求項23において、さらに、前記ガントリ・リングの一部分を取り付けて前記半径方向の開口を閉じることを含む方法。
- 請求項23において、前記対象物のガントリ・リング内への配置が、前記対象物を前記ガントリ・リング方向に移動する、および前記ガントリ・リングを前記対象物方向に移動する、うちの少なくとも1つを含む方法。
- 請求項23において、さらに、前記放射源から前記対象物に放射線を照射することを含む方法。
- 請求項27において、前記放射がX線放射を含む方法。
- 請求項23において、さらに、前記対象物からの放射線を検出することを含む方法。
- 請求項29において、さらに、検出した放射線に対応するデータを処理して前記対象物の画像を生成することを含む方法。
- 請求項30において、前記データが、コンピュータ断層撮影を用いて処理され、前記物体の三次元再現画像が生成される方法。
- 請求項23において、画像化する対象物が人間の患者を含んでいる方法。
- 請求項23において、さらに、前記ガントリを1つの軸に沿ってまたは1つの軸の周りに動かすことを含み、このガントリの運動が、前記放射源および/または前記検出器の回転と独立である方法。
