Abstract
【解決手段】プライマリプーリと、セカンダリプーリ60と、このプライマリプーリおよびセカンダリプーリ60とを巻き掛けるベルト100と、セカンダリプーリ60のセカンダリシャフト61と同一軸線を中心に配置される最終減速機90にセカンダリシャフト61に伝達された内燃機関10からの出力トルクが伝達される減速機80と、セカンダリシャフト61と減速機80の入力軸81との間に設けられる緩衝用油室70とを備える。入力時に伝達された減速機80から発生するスラスト力(矢印D)は、緩衝用油室70内の作動油に伝達され、緩衝される。プライマリプーリとセカンダリプーリ60との軸線方向における相対位置のずれを抑制する。

Claims (4)
- 駆動源からの駆動力が伝達される入力側プーリ軸と、当該入力側プーリ軸上を軸線方向に摺動する入力側可動シーブと、当該入力側可動シーブに当該軸線方向に対向するとともに当該入力側可動シーブとの間で入力側溝を形成する入力側固定シーブと、からなる入力側プーリと、
前記入力側プーリ軸と平行に配置される出力側プーリ軸と、当該出力側プーリ軸上を軸線方向に摺動する出力側可動シーブと、当該出力側可動シーブに当該軸線方向に対向するとともに当該出力側可動シーブとの間で出力側溝を形成する出力側固定シーブと、からなる出力側プーリと、
前記入力側溝と前記出力側溝との間に巻き掛けられるベルトと、
前記出力側プーリ軸と同一の軸線を中心に配置される差動歯車装置に前記出力側プーリから伝達された前記駆動力を伝達する遊星歯車装置と、
前記出力側プーリと前記遊星歯車装置との間に設けられる緩衝手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記遊星歯車装置は、前記出力側プーリから伝達される前記駆動力が伝達され、かつ前記出力側プーリ軸の軸線上を軸線方向に摺動可能な入力軸を備え、
前記緩衝手段は、前記出力側プーリ軸と前記入力軸との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記緩衝手段は、前記入力軸の摺動に応じて容積が変化する緩衝用油室であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記遊星歯車装置は、相互に噛み合う複数のヘリカルギヤにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のベルト式無段変速機。
