Abstract
【課題】 広範囲の照度の光信号に対し電気信号に変換出力したパルスの幅変動を抑えることができる光受信装置の提供。
【解決手段】 この光受信装置1は、光信号を受信して電流IPDに変換する受光素子12と、受光素子12が変換した電流の一部I1を流すバイパス素子15と、受光素子12が変換した電流の残部I2を検出して電圧信号に変換するインピーダンス素子10と、インピーダンス素子10と受光素子12との間に介装され、両側の電圧を分離する電圧分離素子14と、インピーダンス素子10が変換した電圧信号を入力し、その電圧信号に応じてバイパス素子15に流れる電流を制御する自動利得制御(AGC)回路16と、を備える。

Claims (2)
- 光信号を受信して電流に変換する受光素子と、
受光素子が変換した電流の一部を流すバイパス素子と、
受光素子が変換した電流の残部を検出して電圧信号に変換するインピーダンス素子と、
インピーダンス素子と受光素子との間に介装され、両側の電圧を分離する電圧分離素子と、
インピーダンス素子が変換した電圧信号を入力し、その電圧信号に応じてバイパス素子に流れる電流を制御する自動利得制御回路と、
を備えることを特徴とする光受信装置。 - 請求項1に記載の光受信装置を備えるデータ通信装置であって、
前記光信号は赤外線であることを特徴とするデータ通信装置。
