Abstract
【解決手段】プリアンプ13は、トランジスタ21、及び該トランジスタ21と電源電位線18との間において出力信号を提供するノードAを有し、光電流Iinを受ける信号入力端13aにトランジスタ21のエミッタが接続され、ノードAにトランジスタ21のコレクタが接続されたベース接地回路20と、ノードAに接続され、出力電圧Voutの平均レベルから利得制御信号Vagcを生成する検知回路50と、ベース接地回路20に対して並列に接続されたトランジスタ31を有し、そのベースに利得制御信号Vagcを受ける分流回路30とを備える。検知回路50は、平均レベルの上昇に応じてトランジスタ31を流れる電流が大きくなるように利得制御信号Vagcを生成する。

Claims (5)
- ベース接地回路、利得制御回路及び分流回路を備える信号増幅回路であって、
前記ベース接地回路は、入力信号電流を受ける信号入力端と、出力信号端と、該信号入力端及び該出力信号端にそれぞれの電流端子が接続されており固定バイアスで駆動される第一のトランジスタとを有し、
前記利得制御回路は、前記出力信号端に現れる出力信号から利得制御信号を生成し、
前記分流回路は、前記信号入力端に一方の電流端子が接続され、前記利得制御信号を受ける制御端子を有し、前記ベース接地回路に並列に接続された第二のトランジスタを含み、
前記利得制御回路は、前記出力信号に依存して前記第一のトランジスタを流れる電流を増減させる、
ことを特徴とする信号増幅回路。 - 一方の電流端子が前記信号出力端に接続され、前記利得制御信号を受ける制御端子を有し、前記利得制御信号に従って前記信号出力端から電流を流入させる第三のトランジスタを更に備える、
請求項1に記載の信号増幅回路。 - 入力信号電流を受ける信号入力端と、出力信号端と、該信号入力端及び該出力信号端にそれぞれ電流端子が接続されており制御端子に固定バイアスが入力される第一のトランジスタを備えたベース接地回路と、
前記出力信号端に現れる出力信号から利得制御信号を生成する利得制御回路と、
前記信号入力端に一方の電流端子が接続され、前記利得制御信号を受ける制御端子を有し、前記ベース接地回路に並列に接続され、前記利得制御信号に従って前記第一のトランジスタを流れる電流を増減させる第二のトランジスタを含む分流回路と、
一方の電流端子が前記信号出力端に接続され、前記利得制御信号を受ける制御端子を有し、前記利得制御信号に従って前記信号出力端子から電流を流入させる第三のトランジスタと、
前記信号出力端子に接続された負荷抵抗と、
前記信号入力端子に接続され、前記第一及び第二のトランジスタに流れる電流の総和を決定する第一の定電流源と、
を有する電流電圧変換回路。 - 前記固定バイアスを制御端子に受け、一方の電流端子が前記第三のトランジスタの他方の電流端子に接続された第四のトランジスタと、
前記第三のトランジスタと前記第四のトランジスタに流れる電流の総和を決定する第二の定電流源と
を更に有する請求項3に記載の電流電圧変換回路。 - 請求項3及び4のいずれか一項に記載の電流電圧変換回路と、
光信号を入力し、該光信号の強度に応じた大きさの信号電流を前記入力信号電流として前記信号入力端に提供するフォトダイオードと
を備えることを特徴とする、光受信器。
