Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.正極と、負極と、電解液と、セパレータとを含むリチウムイオン二次電池 であって、前記正極及び負極は電極活物質の約0.1ないし約50重量%の添加 剤を含み、この添加剤は約0.1ないし約25μmの直径及び約4ないし約25 00のアスペクト比を有する繊維形態であるリチウムイオン二次電池。 2.前記添加剤は鉄と、ニッケルと、銅と、亜鉛と、チタニウムと、アルミニ ウムと、銀と、金と、白金と、鉄−クロム合金と、鉄−クロム−ニッケル合金と 、アルミニウム合金とからなる群から選択される物質を含む請求項1に記載のリ チウムイオン二次電池。 3.前記添加剤は人造黒鉛及び活性炭素を基礎とした繊維又はガス相成長ウィ スカータイプ炭素繊維である請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。 4.前記正極は活性化合物として、リチウムイオンと可逆的に反応することが できる化合物と、リチウムイオンがインターカレートされ得る構造を有する化合 物と、有機硫化物及び高分子有機硫化物とからなる群から選択される物質を含む 請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。 5.前記活性化合物は Li1-xAxNi1-yByO2 (ここで、Aはアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土金属、Bは遷移金属、0≦x≦0 .1、0≦y≦1.0)、 LiMn2-yMyO4(ここで、MはFe、Co、NiN0.02≦y≦0.3) 、 Li1-xNi1-yByO2(ここで、Bは遷移金属、0≦x≦0.1、0≦y≦1 .0)、 NbSe3、 LixV2O5、 又は、LixV6O13(ここで、0≦x≦3.0)である活性物質を含む請求 項4に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。 6.前記負極は、活性化合物として、リチウムイオンと可逆的に反応すること ができる化合物と、リチウムイオンと電解液塩又は電解液溶媒との反応生成物が 析出又は沈澱され得る構造を有する化合物と、リチウムイオンがインターカレー トされ得る構造を有する化合物と、リチウム金属と、リチウム合金と、炭素とか らなる群から選択される物質を含む請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。 7.前記添加剤は、 a)鉄、ニッケル、銅、亜鉛、チタニウム、アルミニウム、銀、金又は白金を 含む金属と、 b)鉄−クロム−ニッケル合金と、 c)アルミニウム−銅と、アルミニウム−マンガンと、アルミニウム−マグネ シウムと、アルミニウム−シリコン−マグネシウムとを含むアルミニウム合金と 、 からなる群から選択される物質で製造される金属繊維を含む請求項1に記載の リチウムイオン二次電池。 8.前記電解液はLiPF6と、LiBF4と、LiClO4と、LiAsF6と 、LiSbF6と、LiN(CF3SO2)2と、LiCF3SO2と、LiN(SO2 C2F5)5からなる群から選択されるリチウム塩を含む請求項1に記載のリチウ ムイオン二次電池。 9.前記電解液は、エチレンカーボネートと、プロピレンカーボネートと、ビ ニレンカーボネートと、ジメチルカーボネートと、ブチレンカーボネートと、γ −ブチロラクトンと、ジエチルカーボネートと、エチルメチルカーボネートと、 N,N−ジメチルアセタミドと、ジメトキシエタンと、それらの混合物とからな る群から選択される溶媒を含む請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。 10.前記セパレータは、多孔性高分子膜又は非繊維である請求項1に記載の リチウムイオン二次電池。 11.前記金属繊維は約0.5μmないし約4μmの直径を有し、約4ないし 約2500のアスペクト比を有する請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。 12.前記添加剤は2つ以上の異なる種類の繊維型添加剤の混合物である請求 項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。 13.前記添加剤の含量は電極活物質の約0.1%ないし約10%である請求 項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。 14.a)鉄と、ニッケルと、銅と、亜鉛と、チタニウムと、アルミニウムと 、銀と、金と、白金と、鉄−クロム合金と、鉄−クロム−ニッケル合金と、アル ミニウム合金とからなる群から選択される物質から選択され、約0.5ないし約 25μmの直径及び約4ないし約2500のアスペクト比を有する繊維形状であ る添加剤約0.1%ないし約50%を電極活物質に添加して懸濁液を製造する段 階と、 b)前記懸濁液をコレクタに塗布する段階と、 c)前記b)段階で得られたコレクタを加熱する段階と、 を含むリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。
