Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(I): [式中、JはOまたはSであり; Tは置換または未置換アリール基であり、T1はOまたはSである]で示され る化合物またはその互変異性体またはその医薬上許容される塩またはその医薬上 許容される溶媒和物の製造方法であって、式(II): [式中、TおよびT1は式(I)に関する定義と同じ]で示される化合物または その互変異性体またはその塩またはその溶媒和物を還元し、ついで、必要ならば 、式(I)の化合物またはその互変異性体の医薬上許容される塩または医薬上許 容される溶媒和物を得ることを含む方法。 2.水素化錯体還元剤が水素化ホウ素還元剤または水素化アルミニウム還元剤 である請求項1記載の方法。 3.水素化ホウ素還元剤がジボランまたは水素化ホウ素金属である請求項2記 載の方法。 4.水素化ホウ素金属が水素化ホウ素アルカリ金属である請求項3記載の方法 。 5.水素化ホウ素金属が水素化ホウ素リチウム、ナトリウムまたはカリウムで ある請求項3または4記載の方法。 6.水素化ホウ素金属が未置換であるか、あるいはアルキルおよびフェニルか ら 選択される3個までの置換基でホウ素が置換されている水素化ホウ素化合物であ る請求項3ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.水素化ホウ素金属が、水素化トリ−sec−ブチルホウ素リチウム、水素 化トリ−sec−ブチルホウ素カリウム、水素化トリ−sec−ブチルホウ素ナ トリウム、水素化トリフェニルホウ素カリウム、水素化トリエチルホウ素リチウ ム、水素化ホウ素リチウムおよび水素化ホウ素ナトリウムからなるリストから選 択される請求項3ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.水素化錯体還元剤が未置換水素化ホウ素化合物であり、塩基の存在下で反 応が行われる請求項2記載の方法。 9.塩基がピリジン、置換ピリジン、キノリン、置換キノリン、第2級もしく は第3級アミンまたはホスフィンである請求項8記載の方法。 10.塩基が反応のための溶媒または共溶媒として用いられる請求項8または 9記載の方法。 11.塩基がピリジンである請求項8ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。 12.水素化アルミニウム還元剤が水素化リチウムアルミニウムである請求項 2記載の方法。 13.Tが(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f)(g)(h)(i)および (j): からなるリストから選択される部分である請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。 14.T1がSであり、JがOである請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項に記 載の方法。 15.式(IA):[式中、A1は置換または未置換芳香族ヘテロサイクリル基であり; R1は水素原子、アルキル基、アシル基、アラルキル基(アリール部分は置換さ れていても置換されていなくてもよい)であるか、あるいは置換または未置換ア リール基であり; A2は合計5個までの置換基を有するベンゼン環であり; nは2ないし6の範囲の整数である]で示される化合物またはその互変異性体 またはその医薬上許容される塩、またはその医薬上許容される溶媒和物の製造方 法であって、式(IIB): [式中、A1、A2、R1およびnは式(IA)に関する定義と同じ]で示される 化合物またはその互変異性体またはその塩、またはその溶媒和物を水素化錯体還 元剤または水素化錯体還元剤の源、例えば水素化ホウ素還元剤または水素化ホウ 素還元剤の源で処理し、ついで、必要ならば式(IA)の化合物またはその互変 異性体の医薬上許容される塩または医薬上許容される溶媒和物を得ることを含む 方法。 16.(IA)が5−{4−[2−(N−メチル−N−(2−ピリジル)アミ ノ)エトキシ]ベンジル}−2,4−チアゾリジンジオン、またはその互変異性 体またはその塩、またはその溶媒和物であり、(IIB)が5−{4−[2− (N−メチル−N−(2−ピリジル)アミノ)エトキシ]ベンジリデン}−2, 4−チアゾリジンジオンまたはその互変異性体またはその塩、またはその溶媒和 物である請求項15記載の方法。 17.式(III): [JおよびTは請求項1の式(I)に関する定義と同じ]で示される化合物また はその互変異性体、またはその塩、またはその溶媒和物。 18.5−{4−[2−(N−メチル−N−(2−ピリジル)アミノ)エトキ シ]ベンジル}−5−{1−[2,4−ジオキソチアゾリジン−5−イル]−1 −[4−(2−(N−メチル−N−(2−ピリジル)アミノ)エトキシ)フェニ ル]メチル}−2,4−チアゾリジンジオンである請求項17記載の化合物。 19.中間体として使用される請求項17または18記載の化合物。 20.請求項1記載の式(I)の化合物の製造方法であって、 (a)低温において水素化金属還元剤を用いて請求項2記載の式(II)の化 合物を還元し、ついで、所望により式(III)の化合物を単離すること; および/または (b)式(III)の化合物を加熱して式(I)の化合物を得て、ついで、必 要ならば式(I)の化合物の医薬上許容される塩または医薬上許容される溶媒和 物を得ること を含む方法。
