Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 反応性金属を含む金属被覆リアクター系の少なくとも一部をゲッターと接触 させて移動可能な金属を生成し、移動可能な金属、ゲッター、またはその両方 を固定することを特徴とする金属被覆リアクター系からの反応性金属の除去方 法。 2. 移動可能な金属を固定する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 前記ゲッターがガス状のハロゲン含有化合物を含み、またはそれから誘導さ れる請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4. 前記ガス状のハロゲン含有化合物が有機ハロゲン化物、無機ハロゲン化物、 ハロゲン化担体材料及びハロゲン化水素からなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第 3項に記載の方法。 5. 前記ガス状のハロゲン含有化合物がHClを含む請求の範囲第4項に記載の方 法。 6. 移動可能な金属の固定が固体収着剤への吸着によるものであり、または固体 収着剤と反応される請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 7. スズを含む組成物、ゲルマニウムを含む組成物、アンチモンを含む組成物、 及びアルミニウムを含む組成物から選ばれた被覆金属を使用して、金属被覆リ アクター系を調製する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 8. 前記被覆金属が金属スズ、スズ化合物またはスズ合金を含む請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 9. 炭化水素変換触媒をリアクター系に装填し、炭化水素を変換することを更に 含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 10.ハロゲン化された白金を含む炭化水素変換触媒をリアクター系に装填し、炭 化水素を変換することを更に含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 11.リフォーミング触媒をリアクター系に装填し、芳香族化合物を製造すること を更に含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 12.新たにスタニド処理した表面を有するリアクター系の少なくとも一部からの 反応性スズの除去方法であって、前記方法が a)スズメッキ、塗料、クラッディングまたはその他の被覆物をリアクター系の 鉄を含むベース支持体部分に適用する工程、 b)被覆された支持体を、好ましくは水素の存在下で、800°Fより高い温度で 加熱して新たにスタニド処理された表面を有し、かつ反応性スズを含むリアク ター系を製造する工程、 c)反応性スズをゲッターと接触させて移動可能なスズを生成することにより反 応性スズの少なくとも一部をリアクター系から除去する工程、及び d)移動可能なスズを収着または反応させる工程 を含むことを特徴とする上記除去方法。 13.スタニド処理したリアクター系をハロゲンを含むガスで処理することにより 反応性スズの少なくとも一部を除去する請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 14.前記ハロゲンを含むガスがHClを含む請求の範囲第13項に記載の方法。 15.炭化水素変換触媒をリアクター系に装填し、炭化水素を変換することを更に 含む請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 16.工程(d)で移動可能な金属を収着するために使用される収着剤を触媒床の前 に配置し、ゲッターを触媒床の後に添加する請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 17.工程(d)で移動可能な金属を収着するために使用される収着剤を最後のリア クター中または供給原料流出熱交換器の前に配置する請求の範囲第12項に記載 の方法。 18.リアクター系を被覆するのに使用された金属からの触媒汚染の低減方法であ って、その方法が触媒装填の前に金属被覆リアクター系をガス状のハロゲン含 有化合物を含むゲッターと接触させて移動可能な金属を生成し、移動可能な金 属をリアクター系から除去し、変換触媒をリアクター系に装填し、そして供給 原料をリアクター系中で生成物に変換することを特徴とする触媒汚染の低減方 法。 19.金属がスズである請求の範囲第18項に記載の方法。 20. 触媒装填及びリフォーミングの前に、反応性金属が金属被覆リフォーミン グリアクター系から除去されるハロゲン化白金L−ゼオライト触媒を使用する 接触リフォーミング方法であって、前記方法が a)金属被覆リフォーミングリアクターをハロゲン化水素を含むゲッターと接触 させて移動可能な金属を生成することにより反応性金属を金属被覆リフォーミ ングリアクター系から除去し、 b)前記移動可能な金属を移動し、収着し、 c)ハロゲン化PtL−ゼオライト触媒をリアクター系に装填し、そして d)炭化水素を芳香族化合物にリフォーミングすることを特徴とする接触リフォ ーミング方法。 21.移動可能な金属をアルミナを含む収着剤に収着する請求の範囲第20項に記載 の接触リフォーミング方法。 22.収着剤を流出物熱交換器の前に配置する請求の範囲第20項に記載の接触リフ ォーミング方法。 23.金属がスズである請求の範囲第20項に記載の接触リフォーミング方法。 24.触媒装填及びリフォーミングの前に、反応性スズがスズ被覆リフォーミング リアクター系から除去されるハロゲン化白金L−ゼオライト触媒を使用する接 触リフォーミング方法であって、前記方法が a)リフォーミングリアクター系をスズを含む塗料で被覆し、 b)塗装されたリアクター系を800-1150°Fで水素を含むガスと接触させてスタ ニドを生成し、 c)リアクター系をハロゲン化水素を含むゲッターと接触させて移動可能なスズ を生成することにより反応性スズを前記リフォーミングリアクター系から除去 し、 d)移動可能なスズを吸着により固体収着剤に固定し、 e)ハロゲン化PtL−ゼオライト触媒をリアクター系に装填し、そして f)炭化水素を10ppb未満の硫黄の超-低硫黄リフォーミング条件下で芳香族化 合物に接触リフォーミングすることを特徴とする接触リフォーミング方法。 25.HClを含む前記ガスの流れをハロゲン含有化合物及び水素から白金またはニ ッケルを含む触媒との反応により生成する請求の範囲第24項に記載の接触リフ ォーミング方法。
