Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.金属で被覆した反応器系でハライド化白金L−ゼオライト触媒を使用する接 触改質方法であって、触媒の装入及び改質の前に触媒から揮発性ハライド酸を除 去する、以下の工程を含む方法: a)金属被覆を有する改質反応器系を提供する工程; b)揮発性ハライド酸の除去を含む方法で製造したハライド化PtL−ゼオ ライト触媒を提供する工程; c)触媒を反応器系に装入する工程;及び d)炭化水素を接触的に改質して芳香族とする工程。 2.工程(b)で揮発性ハライド酸を固定する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.工程(b)で揮発性ハライド酸を洗浄溶液との接触又は固形物への吸着によ り固定する、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.揮発性ハライド酸を白金−含浸触媒から還元により除去する、請求項1に記 載の方法。 5.工程(b)で揮発性ハライド酸をハライド化触媒と水素ガスを500°F及び10 00°Fの間の温度での接触により除去する、請求項1に記載の方法。 6.揮発性ハライド酸がHClを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 7.金属被覆がスズ−、ゲルマニウム−、アンチモン−、及びアルミニウム−含 有組成物から選択される金属を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.金属被覆が金属スズ、スズ化合物又はスズ合金を含む、請求項1に記載の方 法。 9.金属被覆が少なくとも反応器系の一部に新たに使用されたものである、請求 項1に記載の方法。 10.金属で被覆した反応器系でハライド化ゼオライト触媒を使用する接触改質 方法であって、以下の工程を含む方法: a)金属−被覆改質反応器系を提供する工程; b)水素で前処理してHClを除去した白金を含むハライド化ゼオライト触 媒を提供する工程; c)処理したハライド化ゼオライト触媒を反応器系に装入する工程;及び d)炭化水素を芳香族に改質する工程。 11.金属がスズである、請求項10に記載の接触改質方法。 12.HClを洗浄溶液との接触又は固形物への吸着により固定する、請求項10に 記載の方法。 13.ハライド化白金L−ゼオライト触媒を使用する接触改質方法であって、以 下の工程を含む方法: a)改質反応器系をスズ−含有塗料で被覆し、塗布した反応器系を水素−含 有ガスと800−1150°Fで接触させてスタニドを生成する工程; b)触媒をNH4Cl及びNH4Fで含浸し、ハライド化触媒を水素で処理して 揮発性ハライド酸を除去することを含む方法で製造したハライド化PtL −ゼオライト触媒を提供する工程; c)処理したハライド化PtL−ゼオライト触媒を反応器系に装入する工程; 及び d)10ppb硫黄より少ない超−低硫黄改質条件下で炭化水素を芳香族に改質す る工程。 14.実質的に全ての揮発性ハライド酸を除去する、請求項13に記載の方法。 15.揮発性ハライド酸を洗浄溶液との接触又は固形物への吸着によって固定す る、請求項13に記載の方法。 16.ハライド化触媒を水素−含有ガスと約300°Fより高い温度で揮発性ハラ イド酸を除去するのに十分な時間接触させ、触媒を金属で被覆した反応器系に装 入し、炭化水素をコンバージョンすることを含む、金属で被覆した反応器系の金 属が触媒を非活性化しない、反応器系の被覆に使用する金属からの触媒の汚染を 減少する方法。 17.金属がスズを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 18.方法を新たに金属で被覆した反応器系に使用する、請求項16に記載の方法 。 19.ハライド酸を洗浄溶液との接触又は固形物への吸着によって固定する、請 求項16に記載の方法。
