Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.正電極および負電極を有する電気化学セルにおいて用いられるポリマ・ゲ ル電解質システムであって: 前記正電極と前記負電極との間のイオン移動を促進すべく適応された電解質活 性種;および 前記電解質活性種を吸収するための少なくとも一つのポリマを含む少なくとも 第1相と、ポリマ配合の機械的結着性を向上させるための少なくとも一つのポリ マを含む第2相とを含む2相ポリマ配合ゲル電解質支持構造体; によって構成されることを特徴とするポリマ・ゲル電解質システム。 2.前記電解質活性種は、前記ポリマ配合支持構造体における前記第1相ポリ マによって吸収される液体電解質であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のゲル電 解質システム。 3.前記第1相ポリマは、ポリ弗化ビニリデン(PVDF),ポリウレタン, 酸化ポリエチレン,ポリアクリルニトリル,ポリメチルメタクリエート,ポリア クリルアミド,ポリビニルアセテート,ポリビニルピロリジノン,ポリテトラエ チレン・グリコール・ジアクリレート,上記のいずれかの共重合体およびそれら の組み合わせからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の ゲル電解質システム。 4.前記第2相ポリマは、ポリエチレン,ポリプロピレ ン,ポリテトラフルオロエチレン,ポリスチレン,ポリエチレンテレフタレート ,エチレン・プロピレン・ジエン・モノマー,ナイロンおよびそれらの組み合わ せからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のゲル電解質 システム。 5.プロピレン・カーボネート,エチレン・カーボネート,ジエチル・カーボ ネート,ジメチルカーボネート,ジプロピルカーボネート,ジメチルスルホキシ ド,アセトニトリル,ジメトキシエタン,テトラヒドロフランおよびその組み合 わせからなるグループから選択される溶媒をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴 とする請求項2記載のゲル電解質システム。 6.前記電解質活性種は、化学式M+X-を有するアルカリ金属塩を含み、ここ で M+はLi+,Na+,K+からなるグループから選択されるアルカリ金属陽 イオンであり;および X-はCl-,Br-,I-,ClO4 -,BF4 -,PF6 -,AsF6 -,SbF6 - ,CH3CO2 -,CF3SO3 -,(CF3SO2)2N2 -,(CF3SO2)3C-お よびその組み合わせからなるグループから選択される陰イオンであることを特徴 とする請求項2記載のゲル電解質システム。 7.前記電解質活性種は、プロピレン・カーボネート/エチレンカーボネート 溶媒中のLiPF6であり、前記ポリ マ配合は、ポリ弗化ビニリデンからなる第1相と、ポリエチレンからなる第2相 とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のゲル電解質システム。 8.前記第2相ポリマは、前記2相ポリマ支持構造体の10〜40%を占める ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のゲル電解質システム。 9.前記第2相ポリマは、前記2相ポリマ支持構造体の15〜25%を占める ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のゲル電解質システム。
