Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.0.03cm/秒より短い相関沈降速度を有する不溶性の基体物質、並びに その上にデポジットさせた0.001−10mモル/gのイオン性触媒活性剤か らなる分散可能なイオン性触媒活性剤。 2.活性剤が、触媒にプロトンを供与可能なブレンステッド酸であるカチオン、 触媒からリガンド基を引き抜きうる非プロトン化ルイス酸であるカチオン、又は 触媒を酸化可能な酸化剤であるカチオン、並びに不活性且つ相溶性の非配位性ア ニオンからなる請求項1の分散可能なイオン性触媒活性剤。 3,活性剤が、以下の一般式 [L*−H]+[BQ’4]- (式中、L*は窒素、硫黄又は燐含有ルイス塩基であり; Bは3の酸化状態の硼素であり;そして Q’はフッ素化C1-20ヒドロカルビル基である) により表される請求項1の分散可能なイオン性触媒活性剤。 4.非配位性アニオンがテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレートである 請求項2の分散可能なイオン性触媒活性削。 5.活性剤が、ジメチルアニリニウム テトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル) ボレート及びトリチル テトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレートからな る群から選ばれる請求項1の分散可能なイオン性触媒活性剤。 6.元素周期律表4族の金属錯体及び請求項1の分散可能なイオン性触媒活性剤 からなるα−オレフィンの重合のための触媒系。 7.1種以上のα−オレフィンを重合条件下請求項6の触媒系と接触させること によりポリマーを製造する重合方法。 8.溶液重合である請求項7の重合方法。 9.連続溶液重合である請求項8の重合方法。 10.不溶性基体物質が5.0nm−15μm(5×10-9−1.5×10-5m )の粒子サイズを有する請求項1の重合方法。 11.塩化ビニルモノマーを、重合条件下そして任意にα−オレフィンコモノマ ーの存在下式 M*はNi(II)又はPd(II)であり、 Kはヒドロカルビルであり; Ar*はアリール基、特に2、6−ジインプロピルフェニル、2、6−ジメチル フェニル、2、6−ジ−t−ブチルフェニル又は2、6−ジフェニルフェニルで あり;そして Tはそれぞれの場合独立して水素、C1-4アルキル或いはフェニルであるか、又 は2個のT基は2個の炭素基と一緒になって縮合環系を形成する) に相当する元素周期律表10族ジイミン誘導体;並びに活性化共触媒からなる触 媒組成物と接触させることからなる塩化ビニルモノマーを重合する方法。
