Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 支持体上に剥離コーティングを作製する方法であって、 フリーラジカル重合可能なエチレン系不飽和ポリシロキサンを含む重合可能な 組成物を支持体表面に塗布する工程、および ピーク強度が約160ナノメートル〜約240ナノメートルの波長にある単色 光源で前記重合可能な組成物を照射し、剥離コーティングを形成する工程を含む 剥離コーティングを作製する方法。 2. 前記重合可能な組成物が、前記単色光源による照射前に約0.1ミクロ ン〜約500ミクロンの厚さに塗布される請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記重合可能な組成物がさらに光開始剤を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 前記重合可能な組成物が、本質的にフリーラジカル重合可能なエチレン 系不飽和ポリシロキサンからなる請求項1に記載の方法。 5. 前記重合可能な組成物が、本質的にフリーラジカル重合可能なエチレン 系不飽和モノマーからなる請求項1に記載の方法。 6. 前記ピーク強度が約200〜約230ナノメートルの波長にある請求項 1に記載の方法。 7. 前記フリーラジカル重合可能なエチレン系不飽和ポリシロキサンがアク リル化ポリシロキサンを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 8. 前記重合可能な組成物が、一官能性、二官能性および多官能性アクリレ ート、メタクリレートおよびビニルエステルモノマーおよびオリゴマーからなる 群から選択される1個以上のコモノマーをさらに含む請求項に1記載の方法。 9. 前記コモノマーが二官能性および多官能性アクリレートおよびメタクリ レートモノマーおよびオリゴマーからなる群から選択される請求項8に記載の方 法。 10. ピーク強度が約222nmの波長にある単色光源に前記重合可能な組 成物を暴露することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 11. 前記単色光源がエキシマランプを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 12. 前記単色光源が塩化クリプトンエキシマランプを含む請求項11に記 載の方法。 13. 剥離接着によって測定した前記剥離コーティングの熟成剥離値が、前 記剥離コーティングの未熟成剥離値より50%未満だけ大きい請求項1に記載の 方法。 14. 請求項1に記載の方法によって作製された剥離コーティング。 15. 感圧接着剤を生成する方法であって、 フリーラジカル重合可能なエチレン系不飽和モノマーを含む重合可能な組成物 を提供する工程、および ピーク強度が約160ナノメートル〜約240ナノメートルの波長にある単色 光源で前記重合可能な組成物を照射し、感圧接着剤を生成する工程を含む感圧接 着剤を生成する方法。 16. 前記単色光源による照射前に前記重合可能な組成物を約1ミクロン〜 約500ミクロンの厚さで支持体に塗布する工程をさらに含む請求項15に記載 の方法。 17. 前記重合可能な組成物がさらに光開始剤を含む請求項15に記載の方 法。 18. 前記重合可能な組成物が、本質的にフリーラジカル重合可能なエチレ ン系不飽和モノマーからなる請求項15に記載の方法。 19. 前記感圧接着剤が貼り直し可能な接着剤を含む請求項15に記載の方 法。 20. 支持体上にコーティングを作製する方法であって、 フリーラジカル重合可能なエチレン系不飽和モノマーを含む重合可能な組成物 を支持体表面に塗布する工程、および 塩化クリプトンエキシマランプで前記重合可能な組成物を照射し、ポリマーコ ーティングを形成する工程を含むコーティングを作製する方法。 21. 前記ポリマーコーティングが接着剤用のプライマーを含む請求項20 に記載の方法。 22. 前記ポリマーコーティングが感圧接着剤を含む請求項20に記載の方 法。 23. 前記感圧接着剤が貼り直し可能な接着剤を含む請求項22に記載の方 法。 24. 前記ポリマーコーティングが剥離コーティングを含む請求項20に記 載の方法。 25. 本質的にアクリル化ポリシロキサンからなる重合可能な組成物の重合 生成物を含み、剥離力が約1.6ニュートン/デシメータ未満である剥離コーテ ィング。 26. 本質的にフリーラジカル重合可能なエチレン系不飽和モノマーからな る重合可能な組成物の重合生成物を含み、剥離力が約1.6ニュートン/デシメ ータ未満である剥離コーティング。
