Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 独占的な所有権あるいは特権が要求される実施例は次のように定義される: 1.(1)有機ボランアミン錯体と(2)少なくとも一つの無水物基を含有す るデコンプレキサーを含有するアクリルモノマーの重合を開始することができる 開始剤系。 2.前記デコンプレキサーが少なくとも1つの遊離基重合性基を含有する請求 項1記載の開始剤系。 3.前記デコンプレキサーが少なくとも1つの遊離基重合性基を含有し、前記 の有機ボランアミン錯体が少なくとも2つのアミン基を含有する請求項1記載の 開始剤系。 4.前記デコンプレキサーが構造式 (式中、R1とR2はそれぞれ脂肪族、脂環族、および芳香族基から成る群から独 立して選択される) で表されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の開始剤系。 5.前記デコンプレキサーが下記の構造式: (式中、R3は二価の有機基である) を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の開始剤系。 6.前記デコンプレキサーが、メタクリル酸無水物、イタコン酸無水物、マレ イン酸無水物およびイソブテニルコハク酸無水物から成る群から選択されること を特徴とする請求項1記載の開始剤系。 7.前記有機ボランアミン錯体が少なくとも2つのアミン基を含有することを 特徴とする請求項1記載の開始剤系。 8.前記錯体が構造式: (式中、R8は炭素原子数1から10のアルキル基からなる群から独立して選択 され、R9とR10は1から10個の炭素原子を持つアルキル基とフェニル含有基 からなる群から独立して選択され、vの値は錯体中のホウ素原子に対する第一ま たは第二アミン窒素原子の比が0.5:1から4:1となるように選択され、か つAmがアミンである) で表されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の開始剤系。 9.a)少なくとも一つのアクリルモノマー; b)有効量の有機ボランアミン錯体;および c)少なくとも一つの無水物基 を含有し、前記アミンと反応し、有機ボランを遊離して少なくとも1つのアクリ ルモノマーの重合を開始する有効量のデコンプレキサーを含有することを特徴と する重合性アクリル組成物。 10.前記デコンプレキサーが少なくとも一つの遊離基重合性基を含有し、前 記の有機ボランアミン錯体が少なくとも二つのアミン基を含有することを特徴と する請求項9記載の重合性アクリル組成物。 11.前記のデコンプレキサーが構造式: (式中、R1とR2はそれぞれ脂肪族、脂環族、および芳香族基から成る群から独 立して選択される) で表されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の重合性アクリル組成物。 12.前記デコンプレキサーが下記の構造式:(式中、R3が二価の有機基である) を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の重合性アクリル組成物。 13.請求項9記載の重合アクリル接着剤組成物。 14.第一の基板と、第二の基板とさらに、第一と第二の基板を接着する請求 項9記載の重合アクリル接着剤組成物とを含有する接着複合物。 15.a)少なくとも1つのアクリルモノマーを供給するステップと、 b)少なくとも1つのアクリルモノマーと i)有機ボランアミン錯体と、 ii)少なくとも一つの無水物基を含有し、アミンと反応して有機ボランを遊 離し、少なくとも一つのアクリルモノマーの重合を開始する有効量のデコンプレ キサーとを含有する、重合開始剤系成分とを混合するステップと、 c)少なくとも1つのアクリルモノマーの重合を開始するステップと を含有する、少なくとも一つのアクリルモノマーの重合を開始する方法。 16.a)少なくとも一つのアクリルモノマーを提供するステップと、 b)少なくとも二つのアミン基を含有する有機ボランアミン錯体を提供するス テップと、 c)少なくとも一つの無水物基と少なくとも一つの遊離基重合性基を含有する デコンプレキサーを提供するステップと、 d)成分a)、b)およびc)を混合するステップと、さらに e)少なくとも一つのアクリルモノマーの重合を開始するステップと、耐溶媒 性アクリル接着剤組成物が得られるまで重合を継続するステップと、 を含有する、有機ボランによって開始したアクリルモノマーの重合により得られ る重合アクリル接着剤組成物の耐溶媒性を増加させる方法。
