Abstract
A találmány tárgya záróhatású anyagból készült bevonattal ellátotttárolóedény, eljárás és berendezés annak előállítására. A találmányszerinti eljárás során a hordozót, például egy palack vagy flakonnyersdarabját képező polimer anyagot egy polimer amorf szénanyagottartalmazó záróhatású anyaggal vonják be a következő lépésekvégrehajtásával: - egy zárt térbe, amelyben előzetesen nagy vákuumothoznak létre, bevezetnek egy, a hordozót képező polimer anyagbólkialakított tárolóedény-nyersdarabját (18), - egy reakciókamrába(legalább egy széntartalmú) prekurzort fecskendeznek be gázállapotban, nagyon kis nyomással, amely prekurzort az alkánok,alkénok, alkinok, az aromások vagy ezeknek bizonyos kombinációi közülválasztják ki, és - egyidejűleg a reakciókamrában egy, az UHFtartományba eső és viszonylag kis teljesítményű mikrohullámúelektromágneses gerjesztést hoznak létre, amely alkalmas plazmaelőállítására, olyan hőmérsékleti feltételek mellett, amelyek egyrészta polimert annak üvegesedési hőmérséklete alatti hőmérsékletentartják, és amelyek másrészt a polimer hajlamú amorf széntartalmúanyag lerakódását váltják ki.
