Description
− 上記の基材を形成するポリマー材料からなる容器のブランクがエンクロージャ内に配置されるステップと、
− 少なくとも1つの炭素前駆体が、10mbrよりも低い非常に低い圧力で気体状態で反応チャンバ内に注入され、アルカン、アルケン、アルキンおよび芳香族化合物またはそれらのいくつかの組み合わせから選択されるステップと、
− ガラス転移温度下の温度でポリマーを維持しながら、ポリマー傾向を有するアモルファス炭素材料を堆積させる温度条件下で、プラズマを発生させるのに十分な比較的低い電力で、UHF帯域のマイクロ波が反応チャンバ内で同時に電磁励起されるステップとからなることを特徴とする方法に関する。
気体前駆体を注入する手段と電磁励起手段を取り付けたエンクロージャを有するプラズマ発生装置を備える装置であって、基材を形成するポリマーを、ポリマー傾向を有するアモルファス炭素材料からなるバリヤ効果を有する材料で被覆するために、前駆体を注入する手段は、アルカン、アルケン、アルキンおよび芳香族化合物かまたはそれらのいくつかの組み合わせから選択される気体状態の前駆体を発生する手段に接続され、基材を形成するポリマー材料をポリマー傾向を有するアモルファス炭素材料からなるバリヤ効果を有する材料で被覆するために、注入手段は、エンクロージャに開いたもので、10mbarよりも低い非常に低い圧力で気体前駆体を送出するように設計され、電磁励起手段は、UHF帯域のマイクロ波を発生させる十分な定格のものであることを特徴とする装置である。
Claims (6)
- 電磁波によって励起されたプラズマを使用して、バリヤ効果を有する材料と、製造する容器の形状に一致した基材を形成するポリマー材料から形成された異なる材料からなる容器を形成する方法であって、基材を形成する前記ポリマー材料が、ポリマー傾向を有するアモルファス炭素材料を含むバリヤ効果を有する材料で被覆され、
− 前記基材を形成するポリマー材料からなる容器ブランク(18)をエンクロージャ(2)内に配置するステップであって、エンクロージャ中には真空が作り出される、前記配置するステップと、
− 少なくとも1つの炭素前駆体を、前記ブランクの内側に真空が作り出されるのと同時に、反応チャンバ(18)を構成する容器ブランク(18)内に注入するステップであって、ブランクの内側と外側との間の圧力差を減少させるために、真空が同時にエンクロージャ内へと作り出され、前記炭素前躯体は、10mbarより低い圧力で気体状態で注入され、炭素前躯体は、アルカン化合物、アルケン化合物、アルキン化合物および芳香族化合物またはそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせからなるグループから選択される、前記注入するステップと、
− ブランクの内側だけにプラズマを発生させるのに十分な比較的低い電力で、UHF帯域のマイクロ波を容器ブランク内で同時に電磁励起するステップであって、プラズマは、ガラス転移温度より低い温度に基材を形成するポリマーを維持しながら、ポリマー傾向を有するアモルファス炭素材料を容器ブランクの内側表面に堆積させる温度条件下にある、前記電磁励起するステップとを備え、
前記ポリマー傾向を有するアモルファス炭素材料が、CH 3 、CH 2 、CH結合が、それぞれ25、60および15の比率であり、且つ電子状態sp 3 、sp 2 、spの比率がそれぞれ53、45および2である材料である、方法。 - 前記エンクロージャ(2)の横方向の寸法が、前記容器ブランクと密接に一致するように前記容器ブランク(18)の本体の寸法に近似しているため、前記エンクロージャに真空を作りやすくなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記気体炭素前駆体が、1mbarよりも低い圧力で注入される、請求項1記載の方法。
- ポリマー傾向を有するアモルファス炭素材料の内側の被覆が形成される前に、自然酸素を発生させるために酸素プラズマが前記容器ブランク(18)内に形成されることによって、前記容器ブランクを清浄する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリマー傾向を有するアモルファス炭素材料の内側の被覆が形成される前に、殺菌剤が前記容器ブランク(18)内で霧状にされ、その後酸素プラズマが形成されることによって、バクテリア汚染を減少させるために高度に還元性の媒質を生成させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 容器が、ボトルまたはフラスコである、請求項1に記載の方法。
