Claims (3)
- 口部、肩部、胴部及び底部からなり、少なくとも、肩部、胴部及び底部の内面に、アモルファスカーボン被膜を成膜した合成樹脂製ボトルにおいて、
前記アモルファスカーボン被膜は、前記口部及び肩部に形成される当該アモルファスカーボン被膜が、前記肩部の内径が最大となる肩部最大内径部分での膜厚を基準に、当該膜厚に対して1.8倍以下の膜厚であるとともに、
前記肩部最大内径部分から前記口部に向かって延在するボトル軸線に沿った高さ寸法が前記肩部最大内径部分から前記口部と前記肩部との繋ぎ位置までのボトル軸線に沿った高さ寸法の80%となる位置において、当該位置での膜厚が前記肩部最大内径部分の膜厚の80%以下に成膜されてなることを特徴とする、合成樹脂製ボトル。 - 請求項1において、前記アモルファスカーボン被膜は、前記肩部の内径が最大となる部分からボトル軸線に沿って前記口部に向かう前記肩部の高さ位置が、ボトル軸線に沿った前記肩部の高さ寸法の70%となる高さ位置までの範囲において、当該高さ位置までの範囲の肩部に形成される前記アモルファスカーボン被膜が、前記肩部の内径が最大となる部分での膜厚を基準に、当該膜厚に対して1.2倍以下の膜厚で成膜されてなることを特徴とする、合成樹脂製ボトル。
- 請求項2において、前記高さ位置までの範囲の肩部に形成される前記アモルファスカーボン被膜は、前記肩部の内径が最大となる部分での膜厚を基準に、当該膜厚に対して0.9倍以上、且つ、1.1倍以下の膜厚で成膜されてなることを特徴とする、合成樹脂製ボトル。
