Claims (6)

1. Uporaba sastava medija koji sadrži 20 do 150 µg / ml frakcije florotanina koja je spoj Biekol predstavljen sljedećom kemijskom formulom 1 ili njegove soli za dediferencijaciju mezenhimalnih matičnih stanica u inducirane pluripotentne matične stanice [image]
2. Uporaba sastava medija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što se frakcija florotanina ekstrahira i izolira iz jedne vrste smeđih algi odabranih iz skupine koja se sastoji od Ecklonia cava, Dictyopteris prolifera Okamura, Dictyota dichotoma Lamouroux, Sargassum horneri C. Agardh, Sargassum patens C Agardh, i Ishige okamurae Yendo, ili umjetno sintetiziran.
3. Uporaba sastava medija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je frakcija florotanina uključena u medij odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od DMEM (Dulbeccov modificirani Eagle medij), MEM (minimalni esencijalni medij), BME (bazni Eagle medij), RPMI 1640, F-10, F-12, DMEM F-12, α-MEM (α-minimalni esencijalni medij), G-MEM (Glasgowov minimalni esencijalni medij), IMDM (Iscoveov modificirani Dulbeccov medij), MacCoyev 5A medij, AminoMax II kompletan medij i MesenCult-XF medij.
4. Uporaba sastava medija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što sastav medija nadalje sadrži 1 do 10 v / v% pročišćene deionizirane vode koja sadrži Si02, Al2O3, TiO3, Fe2O3, CaO, Na2O, K2O i LiO.
5. Postupak za pripremu induciranih pluripotentnih matičnih stanica, postupak sadrži: dodavanje 20 do 150 µg / ml frakcije florotanina koja je spoj Biekol predstavljen sljedećom kemijskom formulom 1 ili njegove soli u mediju stanične kulture; i dediferencijacija mezenhimalnih matičnih stanica u inducirane pluripotentne matične stanice u mediju [image]
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što se frakcija florotanina ekstrahira i izolira iz jedne vrste smeđih algi odabranih iz skupine koja se sastoji od Ecklonia cava, Dictyopteris prolifera Okamura, Dictyota dichotoma Lamouroux, Sargassum horneri C. Agardh, Sargassum patens C. Agardh, i Ishige okamurae Yendo, ili umjetno sintetiziran.
