Claims (7)
1. Postupak za diferencijaciju matičnih stanica mezenhima u osteoblast, koji obuhvaća korake:
(a) dodavanje ekstrakta Ecklonia cava u medij stanične kulture;
(b) dediferenciranje mezenhimalnih matičnih stanica u inducirane pluripotentne matične stanice u mediju; i
(c) diferenciranje induciranih pluripotentnih matičnih stanica u osteoblaste.
2. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je ekstrakt Ecklonia cava dodan u skupinu koja se sastoji od DMEM (Dulbeccov modificirani Eagle medij), MEM (minimalni esencijalni medij), BME (osnovni medij Eagle), RPMI 1640, F-10, F-12, DMEM-F12, α-MEM (α-minimalni osnovni medij), G-MEM (Glasgow minimalni osnovni medij), IMDM (Iscove modificirani Dulbecco medij), Mac-Coyev 5A medij, AmnioMax kompletni medij, AminoMax II kompletni medij, Changov medij i MesemCult-XF medij.
3. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je ekstrakt Ecklonia cava dodan mediju u količini od 100-400 µg/ml.
4. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu medij nadalje sadrži 0.01-10 % v/v pročišćene deionizirane vode koja sadrži SiO2, Al2O3, TiO3, Fe2O3, CaO, Na2O, K2O, i LiO.
5. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je korak c) izveden pomoću medija koji sadrži deksametazon, ß-glicerol fosfat, askorbinsku kiselinu i koštani morfogeni protein (BMP).
6. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 5, pri čemu je medij odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od DMEM (Dulbeccov modificirani Eagle medij), MEM (minimalni esencijalni medij), BME (osnovni medij Eagle), RPMI 1640, F-10, F-12, DMEM-F12, α-MEM (α-minimalni esencijalni medij), G-MEM (Glasgow minimalni esencijalni medij), IMDM (Iscove modificirani Dulbeccov medij), MacCoyev 5A medij, AmnioMax kompletni medij, AminoMax II kompletni medij, Changov medij i MesemCult-XF medij.
7. Uporaba pripravka medija koji obuhvaća ekstrakt Ecklonia cava za dediferencijaciju mezenhimalnih matičnih stanica u inducirane pluripotentne matične stanice, naznačena time što se matične stanice inducirane pluripotencije mogu diferencirati u osteoblaste.
