Claims (7)
1. Postupak za razlikovanje mezenhimalnih matičnih stanica u kondrocit, koji obuhvaća korake:
(a) dodavanje ekstrakta Ecklonia cava u medij stanične kulture;
(b) izdvajanje mezenhimalnih matičnih stanica u inducirane pluripotentne matične stanice u mediju;
i
(c) razlikovanje induciranih pluripotentnih matičnih stanica u kondrocit.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se Ecklonia cava ekstrakt dodaje mediju izabranom iz grupe koji se sastoji od DMEM (Dulbeccov modificirani Eagle medij), MEM (minimalni esencijalni medij), BME (bazni medij Eagle), RPMI 1640, F-10, F-12, DMEM-F12, α-MEM (α-minimalni esencijalni medij), G-MEM (Glasgowski minimalni esencijalni medij), IMDM (Iscove modificirani Dulbeccov medij), Mac-Coy je 5A medij, AmnioMax potpuni medij, AminoMax II potpuni medij, Changov medij i MesemCult-XF medij.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se Ecklonia cava ekstrakt dodaje mediju u količini od 100-400 µg/ml.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što medij dalje sadrži 0.01-10% v/v pročišćene deionizirane vode koja sadrži SiO2, Al2O3, TiO3, Fe2O3, CaO, Na2O, K2O i LiO.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time šte se korak c) provodi uporabom medija koji sadrži deksametazon, askorbinsku kiselinu (AsA), natrijev piruvat, prolin, inzulin-transferin-selen (ITS) i TGF.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što je medij odabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od DMEM (Dulbeccov modificirani Eagle medij), MEM (minimalni esencijalni medij), BME (bazni medij Eagle), RPMI 1640, F-10, F-12, DMEM-F12, α-MEM (a-minimalni esencijalni medij), G-MEM (Glasgowski minimalni esencijalni medij), IMDM (Iscove modificirani Dulbeccov medij), Mac-Coy je 5A medij, AmnioMax potpuni medij, AminoMax II potpuni medij, Changov medij i MesemCult-XF medij.
7. Uporaba pripravka medija koji sadrži Ecklonia cava ekstrakt za izdvajanje mezenhimalnih matičnih stanica u inducirane pluripotentne matične stanice, naznačen time što su inducirane pluripotentne matične stanice sposobne diferencirati se u kondrocit.
