Claims (4)

1. Postupak za stvaranje inducirane pluripotentne matične stanice, postupak sadrži: dodavanje ekstrakta Ecklonia cava mediju stanične kulture; i dediferenciranje mezenhimske matične stanice u induciranu pluripotentnu matičnu stanicu u mediju.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što medij stanične kulture sadrži Dulbeccov modificirani Eagle medij (DMEM), minimalni esencijalni medij (MEM), bazni Eagle medij (BME), RPMI 1640, F-10, F-12, DMEM-F12, α-minimalni esencijalni medij (a-MEM), Glasgowov minimalni esencijalni medij (GMEM), Iscove modificirani Dulbeccov medij (IMDM), Mac-Coyev 5A medij, AMINOMAX kompletni medij, AMINOMAX II kompletni medij, CHANGov medij i MESEMCULT-XF medij.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se ekstrakt Ecklonia cava nalazi u mediju u količini od 100 do 400mg/mL u odnosu na sastav medija.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što medij nadalje sadrži 0.01 do 10 v/v% energetske vode, pri čemu se energetska voda sastoji od pročišćene deionizirane vode koja sadrži SiO2, Al2O3, TiO3, Fe2O3, CaO, Na2O, K2O i LiO.
