Claims (7)

1. Metoda za diferencijaciju matičnih stanica mezenhima u neurone, koja obuhvaća korake: (a) dodavanje ekstrakta Ecklonia cava medij stanične kulture; (b) dediferenciranje mezenhimalnih matičnih stanica u inducirane pluripotentne matične stanice u mediju; i (c) diferenciranje induciranih pluripotentnih matičnih stanica u neurone.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se ekstrakt Ecklonia cava dodaje mediju izabranom iz skupine koja se sastoji od DMEM (Dulbeccov modificirani Eagle medij), MEM (minimalni esencijalni medij), BME (bazni Eagle medij), RPMI 1640, F- 10, F-12, DMEM-F12, α-MEM (α-minimalni esencijalni medij), G-MEM (Glasgowski minimalni esencijalni medij), IMDM (Iscove modificirani Dulbeccov medij), Mac-CoyeV 5A medij, AmnioMax kompletni medij, AminoMax II kompletni medij, Changov medij i MesemCult-XF Medium.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se ekstrakt Ecklonia cava dodaje mediju u količini od 100-400 µg/ml.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da medij nadalje sadrži 0.01-10% v/v pročišćene deionizirane vode koja sadrži SiO2, Al2O3, TiO3, Fe2O3, CaO, Na2O, K2O i LiO.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se korak c) provodi kultiviranjem induciranih pluripotentnih matičnih stanica u prvom mediju za diferencijaciju koji sadrži dodatak B-27, L-glutamin, EGF i bFGF, a zatim ih kultivira u drugom mediju za diferencijaciju koji sadrži fetalni serum teleta (FCS), bFGF i neurotrofni faktor (BDNF).
6. Metoda iz patentnog zahtjeva 5, naznačena time što je prvi i/ili drugi medij odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od DMEM (Dulbeccov modificirani Eagle medij), MEM (minimalni esencijalni medij), BME (bazni Eagle medij), RPMI 1640, F- 10, F-12, DMEM-F12, α-MEM (α-minimalni esencijalni medij), G-MEM (Glasgow minimalni esencijalni medij), IMDM (Iscoveov modificirani Dulbeccov medij), MacCoyev 5A medij, AmnioMax kompletni medij, AminoMax II kompletni medij, Chang's Medium i Mesem-Cult-XF medij.
7. Uporaba medija pripravka koji sadrži ekstrakt Ecklonia cava za izdvajanje diferencijala mezenhimskih matičnih stanica u inducirane matične stanice pluripotencije, naznačene matičnim stanicama inducirane pluripotencije, koje se mogu diferencirati u neurone.
