Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά σε μια σύνθεση μέσου το οποίο περιέχει εκχύλισμα Εcklonia cava για τη διαφοροποίηση ενός επαγόμενου πλειοδύναμου βλαστικού κυττάρου. Επίσης, η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με μια μέθοδο τη διαφοροποίηση ενός επαγόμενου πλειοδύναμου βλαστικού κυττάρου, που παράγεται με τη χρήση ενός μέσου σύνθεσης προς έναν νευρώνα. Κατά τη χρήση της σύνθεσης του μέσου σύμφωνα με την παρούσα εφεύρεση, τα επαγόμενα πλειοδύναμα βλαστικά κύτταρα με τη χρήση των μεσεγχυματικών βλαστικών κυττάρων μπορούν να παραχθούν αποτελεσματικά, και τα πλειοδύναμα βλαστικά κύτταρα που παράχθηκαν μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν ως κυτταρικός θεραπευτικός παράγοντας λόγω της ικανότητας τους να διαφοροποιούνται σε νευρώνες.
