Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια σύνθεση μέσου για την αποδιαφοροποίηση των ενισχυμένων παντοδύναμων βλαστοκυττάρων, η οποία περιέχει ένα κλάσμα φλοροταννίνης, το οποίο εκχυλίστηκε και απομονώθηκε από έναν τύπο καφέ φυκιών που επιλέχθηκε από την ομάδα που αποτελείται από τα Ecklonia cava, Dictyopteris prolifera, Dictyota coriacea, Sargassum homeri, Ishige okamurai και τα παρόμοια. Επιπλέον, η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια μέθοδο για την παρασκευή ενισχυμένων παντοδύναμων βλαστοκυττάρων χρησιμοποιώντας τη σύνθεση μέσου. Τα ενισχυμένα παντοδύναμα βλαστοκύτταρα μπορούν να παρασκευαστούν με ασφάλεια, εύκολα και αποτελεσματικά με τη χρήση μεσεγχυματικών βλαστοκυττάρων με τη χρήση της σύνθεσης μέσου της παρούσας εφεύρεσης, και τα παρασκευασμένα ενισχυμένα παντοδύναμα βλαστοκύτταρα μπορούν να διαφοροποιηθούν σε διάφορα κύτταρα και έτσι μπορούν να είναι χρήσιμα ως ένας κυτταρικός θεραπευτικός παράγοντας.
