Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una composición para medio para la desdiferenciación de células troncales con pluripotencia inducida, que contiene una fracción de florotanina extraída y aislada de un tipo de algas marrones seleccionadas del grupo que consiste de Ecklonia cava, Dictyopteris prolifera, Dictyota coriacea, Sargassum horneri, Ishige okamurai y lo semejante. Además, la presente invención se relaciona con un método para preparar células troncales con pluripotencia inducida al utilizar la composición para medio. Las células troncales con pluripotencia inducida se pueden preparar de manera segura, fácil y efectiva al utilizar células troncales mesenquimatosas utilizando la composición para medio de la presente invención, y las células troncales con pluripotencia inducida preparadas se pueden diferenciar en diversas células, y de esta forma puede ser útil como un agente terapéutico celular.
