Claims (33)
1. Smjesa za premaz radi kontrole obraštanja naznačena time da sadrži sustav veziva na bazi polisiloksana, 0,01-20% suhe mase jednog ili više hidrofilno modificiranih polisiloksana, te jednog ili više biocida, pri čemu je maseni omjer između jednog ili više hidrofilno modificiranih polisiloksana i jednog ili više biocida u rasponu od 1:0,2 do 1:6, i pri čemu jedan ili više hidrofilno modificiranih polisiloksana ne sadrže skupine koje mogu reagirati s vezivom ili bilo kojim sredstvom za poprečno povezivanje.
2. Smjesa za premaz prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je relativni maseni omjer između jednog ili više hidrofilno modificiranih polisiloksana i jednog ili više biocida od 1:0,2 do 1:4.
3. Smjesa za premaz prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačena time da je relativni maseni omjer između jednog ili više hidrofilno modificiranih polisiloksana i jednog ili više biocida 1:0,25 do 1:4.
4. Smjesa za premaz prema bilo kojem od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da jedan ili više hidrofilno modificiranih polisiloksana čine 0,05-10% suhe mase smjese za premaz.
5. Smjesa za premaz prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačena time da jedan ili više hidrofilno modificiranih polisiloksana čine 2-7% suhe mase smjese za premaz.
6. Smjesa za premaz prema bilo kojem od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da jedan ili više biocida čine 0.1-10% suhe mase smjese za premaz.
7. Smjesa za premaz prema bilo kojem od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je najmanje jedan biocid organski biocid.
8. Smjesa za premaz prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačena time da je jedan ili više biocida odabrano iz 3-(3,4-diklorfenil)-1,1-dimetilureje (diurona), N2-terc-butil-N4-ciklopropil-6-metiltio-1,3,5-triazin-2,4-diamina (cibutrina), 4,5-dikloro-2-n-oktil-4-izotiazolin-3-ona (DCOIT, Sea-Nine® 211N), bis(1-hidroksi-2(1H)-piridinetionato-O,S)-(T-4) cinka (cinkovog piridinetionata, cinkovog piritiona), bis(1-hidroksi-2(1H)- piridinetionata-O, S)-T-4) bakra (bakrovog piridinetiona, bakrovog piritiona) i cinkovog etilen-1,2-bis-ditiokarbamata (cink-etilen-N-N'-ditiokarbamata, zineba).
9. Smjesa za premaz prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačena time da je jedan ili više biocida odabrano iz cinkovog piritiona, bakrovog piritiona i 4,5-diklor-2-n-oktil-4-izotiazolin-3-ona (DCOIT, Sea-Nine® 211N).
10. Smjesa za premaz prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 7-9, naznačena time da je barem jedan biocid pirition kompleks.
11. Smjesa za premaz prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 7-10, naznačena time da je jedan ili više biocida pirition kompleks.
12. Smjesa za premaz prema jednom od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da hidrofilne skupine imaju prosječnu brojčanu molekulsku masu (Mn) u rasponu od 400-10.000 g/mol.
13. Smjesa za premaz prema jednom od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da hidrofilno modificirani polisiloksan ima prosječnu brojčanu molekulsku masu (Mn) u rasponu od 500-50.000 g/mol.
14. Smjesa za premaz prema jednom od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je relativna masa hidrofilnih dijelova iz jednog ili više hidrofilno modificiranih polisiloksana 10-70% ukupne mase hidrofilno modificiranog polisiloksana.
15. Smjesa za premaz prema jednom od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da sustav veziva na bazi polisiloksana čini najmanje 40% suhe mase smjese za premaz.
16. Smjesa za premaz prema patentnom zahtjevu 15, naznačena time da sustav veziva na bazi polisiloksana čini 50-90% suhe mase smjese za premaz.
17. Smjesa za premaz prema jednom od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da sustav veziva na bazi polisiloksana čini najmanje 40% suhe mase smjese za premaz, pri čemu hidrofilno modificirani polisiloksani čine 0,05-10% suhe mase smjese za premaz pri čemu je navedeni hidrofilno modificirani polisiloksan poli(oksialkilen)-modificirani polisiloksan i pri čemu jedan ili više biocida čine 0.1-10% suhe mase smjese za premaz, pri čemu navedena smjesa za premaz ima viskoznost u rasponu od 200-4.000 mPa·s mjereno na 25 °C u skladu s normom ISO 2555:1989, te pri čemu navedena smjesa za premaz sadrži i pigmente i/ili punila u količini od 0-35% suhe mase smjese za premaz.
18. Smjesa za premaz prema jednom od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da sadrži:
(i) 40-70% mokre mase ukupne smjese za vanjski premaz polidiorganosiloksana koji završava sa silanol skupinama i sredstva za poprečno povezivanje;
(ii) 0.1-10 % mokre mase ukupne smjese za vanjski premaz jednog ili više biocida, poželjno odabranih iz organskih biocida; i
(iii) 0.1-10 % mokre mase ukupne smjese za vanjski premaz jednog ili više hidrofilno modificiranih polisiloksana odabranih iz poli(oksialkilen)-modificiranih polisiloksana.
19. Smjesa za premaz prema jednom od prethodno navedenih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je vezivo na bazi polisiloksana funkcionalni organopolisiloksan s terminalnom i/ili postojećom funkcionalnošću, pri čemu je navedena funkcionalnost hidrolizirajuća skupina ili silanolna skupina.
20. Smjesa za premaz prema jednom od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da vezivni sustav na bazi polisiloksana sadrži (i), vezivo te (ii) sredstvo za poprečno povezivanje, pri čemu vezivo (i) čini 20-90% suhe mase smjese za premaz, te je diorganopolisiloksan koji se upotrebljava u liječenju i koji je predstavljen općom formulom (1):

pri čemu je
svaki A1 nezavisno odabran iz hidroksilne skupine, hidrolizirajuće skupine, amino skupine i epoksi skupine;
svaki A2 nezavisno odabran između alkilne, arilne, alkenilne i hidrolizirajuće skupine;
svaki A3 i A4 nezavisno odabran između alkilnog i arilnog alkenila; i pri čemu je a= 1-25.000, b = 1-2.500, te je a + b najmanje 30.
21. Smjesa za premaz prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 19-20, naznačena time da organopolisiloksan ima terminalne ili epoksi ili amino skupine, kao i postojeće hidrolizirajuće skupine s alkoksi funkcionalnošću.
22. Smjesa za premaz prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 19-21, naznačena time da je navedena hidrolizirajuća skupina odabrana iz alkoksi skupine ili ketoksim skupine.
23. Smjesa za premaz prema bilo kojem od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da vezivo na bazi polisiloksana sadrži vezivo na bazi polidimetilsiloksana.

Smjesa za premaz prema bilo kojem od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se hidrofilni karakter jednog ili više hidrofilno modificiranih polisiloksana dobiva dodavanjem oligomernih ili polimernih skupina odabranih iz amida, kiselina, alkohola, ketona, aldehida, amina, estera, etera i imida, uključujući njihove kopolimere.
26. Smjesa za premaz prema bilo kojem od prethodno navedenih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je hidrofilno modificirani polisiloksan zapravo poli(oksialkilen)-modificirani polisiloksan.
27. Smjesa za premaz prema patentnom zahtjevu 26, naznačena time da je poli(oksialkilen)-modificirani polisiloksan zapravo polisiloksan koji sadrži poli(oksialkilenske) lance.
