Abstract
Predsklop za formiranje u kalupu puhanjem posude s vrećicom unutar nje, koja sadrži unutarnji sloj (11) i vanjski sloj (12), pri čemu spomenuti predsklop puhanjem u kalupu oblikuje dvoslojnu posudu, i pri čemu se dobiveni unutarnji sloj (21) spomenute posude odvaja od dobivenog vanjskog sloja (22) uvođenjem plina u točki na spoju spomenuta dva sloja; naznačen time da barem jedan od spomenutog unutarnjeg i vanjskog sloja obuhvaća barem jedan aditiv koji omogućava da oba, unutarnji i vanjski sloj njihovim zajedničkim grijanjem u jednoj infracrvenoj peći, u osnovi istovremeno dostignu svoju odgovarajuću temperaturu formiranja u kalupu puhanjem. Patent sadrži još 17 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (18)
1. Predsklop za formiranje u kalupu puhanjem posude s vrećicom unutar nje, koja sadrži unutarnji sloj (11) i vanjski sloj (12), pri čemu spomenuti predsklop puhanjem u kalupu oblikuje dvoslojnu posudu, i pri čemu se dobiveni unutarnji sloj (21) spomenute posude odvaja od dobivenog vanjskog sloja (22) uvođenjem plina u točki na spoju spomenuta dva sloja; naznačen time da barem jedan od spomenutog unutarnjeg i vanjskog sloja obuhvaća barem jedan aditiv koji omogućava da oba, unutarnji i vanjski sloj njihovim zajedničkim grijanjem u jednoj infracrvenoj peći, u osnovi istovremeno dostignu svoju odgovarajuću temperaturu formiranja u kalupu puhanjem.
2. Predsklop prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je barem jedan aditiv izabran iz grupe aditiva koji upijaju energiju i bojila.
3. Predsklop prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da je aditiv koji upija energiju komponenta koja je izabrana iz grupe koja se sastoji od čađe, grafita, dijamantnog praha, diazonijum soli, sulfonijum soli, sulfoksonijum soli i jodonijum soli.
4. Predsklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se unutarnji i vanjski slojevi sastoje od različitih materijala koji su izabrani od PET, PEN, PTT, PA, PP, PE, HDPE, EVOH, PGAc, PLA i kopolimera ili njihovih mješavina.
5. Predsklop prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da se unutarnji ivanjski slojevi sastoje od istih materijala, prvenstveno izabranih od PET, PEN, PTT, PA, PP, PE, HDPE, EVOH, PGAc, PLA i kopolimera ili njihovih mješavina.
6. Predsklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je barem jedna točka spoja otvor (3) u obliku klina sa širom stranom u ravnini s njegovim otvorom i postaje tanji kako se proteže dublje u posudu, dok se unutarnji i vanjski slojevi sastanu formirajući spoj.
7. Predsklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je više od jednog otvora (3) raspoređen oko ruba otvora predsklopa (5).
8. Predsklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su unutrašnji i vanjski slojevi predsklopa spojeni s međuprostorom (14) preko skoro cijele unutrašnje površine vanjskog sloja.
9. Predsklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su unutrašnji i vanjski slojevi predsklopa na značajnom dijelu tijela predsklopa razmaknuti rasporom koji je ispunjen zrakom i koji je u fluidnoj vezi s barem jednim otvorom (3) međuprostora.
10. Predsklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se sastoji od sklopa sa dva odvojena, unutrašnjeg i vanjskog predsklopa postavljenih jedan u drugi.
11. Predsklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da obuhvaća integralni predsklop dobiven brizganjem jednog sloja povrh drugog.
12. Postupak za proizvodnju posude s vrećicom unutar nje obuhvaća slijedeće korake:
- pripremu predsklopa od polimera koji ima unutarnji sloj (11) i vanjski sloj (12), pri čemu spomenuti predsklop tvori dvoslojni spremnik oblikovanjem u kalupu puhanjem, i gdje se dobiveni unutarnji sloj (21) spomenutog spremnika razdvaja od dobivenog vanjskog sloja (22) uvođenjem plina u točki spoja između spomenuta dva sloja; i
- barem jedan od spomenuta unutarnja i vanjska sloja sadržava barem jedan aditiv; i
- zagrijavanje u jednoj peći spomenutog predsklopa do temperature oblikovanja puhanjem u kalupu; i
- oblikovanje u kalupu puhanjem tako zagrijanog predsklopa za formiranje posude s vrećicom u njoj;
naznačen time da su vrsta i količina aditiva u barem jednom od unutarnjeg i vanjskog sloja spomenutog predsklopa takvi da spomenuta dva sloja svoju, odgovarajuću temperaturu oblikovanja u kalupu puhanjem dostižu u osnovi istovremeno spomenutoj infracrvenoj peći.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 12 naznačen time da je barem jedan aditiv izabran iz grupe aditiva koji upijaju energiju i bojila.
14. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 13 naznačen time da je aditiv koji upija energiju član koji je izabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od čađe, grafita, dijamantnog praha, diazonijum soli, sulfonijum soli, sulfoksonijum soli i jodonijum soli.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 14 naznačen time da unutarnji i vanjski slojevi obuhvaćaju iste ili različite materijale svaki izabran od PET, PEN, PTT, PA, PP, PE, HDPE, EVOH, PGAc, PLA i kopolimera ili njihovih mješavina.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 15 naznačen time da peć podrazumijeva infracrvenu peć.
17. Posuda s vrećicom u njoj napravljena postupkom koji obuhvaća:
- pripremu predsklopa od polimera koji ima unutarnji sloj (11) i vanjski sloj (12), pri čemu spomenuti predsklop tvori dvoslojni spremnik oblikovanjem u kalupu puhanjem, i gdje se dobiveni unutarnji sloj (21) spomenutog spremnika razdvaja od dobivenog vanjskog sloja (22) uvođenjem plina u točki spoja između spomenuta dva sloja; i
- barem jedan od spomenuta unutarnja i vanjska sloja sadržava barem jedan aditiv; i
- zagrijavanje u jednoj peći spomenutog predsklopa do temperature oblikovanja puhanjem u kalupu; i
- oblikovanje u kalupu puhanjem tako zagrijanog predsklopa za formiranje posude s vrećicom u njoj;
naznačen time da su vrsta i količina aditiva u barem jednom od unutarnjeg i vanjskog sloja spomenutog predsklopa takvi da spomenuta dva sloja svoju, odgovarajuću temperaturu oblikovanja u kalupu puhanjem dostižu u osnovi istovremeno spomenutoj infracrvenoj peći.
18. Korištenje aditiva naznačeno time da upijaju energiju ili bojila za u osnovi istovremeno zagrijavanje do odgovarajuće temperature oblikovanja u kalupu puhanjem unutarnjih (11) i vanjskih (12) slojeva predsklopa za oblikovanje u kalupu puhanjem posude sa vrećicom u njoj.
