Abstract

20,237. Veulle, F. H. de. Sept. 5. Spray carburettors.-A single manuallyactuated piston D controls simultaneously the primary air, the mixture, and the passage over the jet or jets A which are of the type described in Specification 13,372/11. The piston has a skirt G at one or both sides and is also provided with a partition F containing an aperture M. This aperture serves to allow air, admitted by the valve K, to pass to the outlet side of the fuel nozzle when the throttle is nearly closed. The throttle is prevented from rotating by a key J. The air holes may be formed in the side of the casing.
