Abstract

Spray carburettors. - The fuel nozzle 10 intended more particularly for slow running, extends into the admission pipe with its outlet orifice some distance from the wall thereof, and is so arranged that, during slow running of the engine, it discharges into a notch A<1> formed in the throttle valve. In a modification, the nozzle discharges into a notch on the air-inlet side of the valve.
