Abstract

Système chirurgical robotisé (200) comprenant : un bras manipulateur (204) comprenant une entrée à ressort et un poussoir à ressort ; et un adaptateur stérile (300) comprenant : un boîtier ; un contact électrique ; un ensemble de plaques de rétraction comportant une plaque de rétraction supérieure et une plaque de rétraction inférieure, l'ensemble de plaques de rétraction étant disposé déplaçable par rapport au boîtier et adapté pour engager le poussoir à ressort ; et un disque capturé entre et pivotant par rapport à la plaque de rétraction supérieure et la plaque de rétraction inférieure, le disque ayant une première surface adaptée pour engager l'entrée à ressort et une deuxième surface pouvant tourner adaptée pour engager un instrument chirurgical dans un champ stérile.
