Claims (11)
1. Specifik bindningsanalysmetod för bestämning av en ligand i ett flytande medium, vilken metod omfattar följande steg: (a) man bringar det flytande mediet i beröring med ett reagens-medel, som innehäller ett konjugat av ett märkningsmedel och ett specifikt bindande medel, varvid reagensmedlet och liganden bildar ett bindningsreaktionssystem, som bildar (i) en bunden fas av det märkta konjugatet, väri det specifikt bindande mediet är bundet därvid med ett specifikt bindningspar och (ii) en fri fas av det märkta konjugatet, väri det specifikt bindande mediet ej är bundet därvid med ett specifikt bindningspar, och (b) man bestämmer märkningsmedlet antingen i den bundna eller den fria fasen som ett mätt för liganden i det flytande mediet, kännetecknad av att märkningsmedlet är ett koenzym och att metoden är av homogen typ, varvid den bundna fasen och den fria fasen av det koenzym-märkta konjugatet ej skiljs fysi-kaliskt frän varandra och varvid koenzymets aktivitet i den flytande bulkreaktionsblandningen mäts och ställs i relation till mängden ligand närvarande i det testade mediet.
2. Metod enligt patentkravet 1,kännetecknad av att koenzymet är ett nukleotidiskt Icoenzym.
3. Metod enligt patentkravet 1,kännetecknad av att koenzymet är ett adenosinfosfat, nikotinamid-adenin-dinuk-leotid eller en reducerad form därav, eller nikotinamid-adenin-dinukleotidfosfat eller en reducerad form därav. h. Metod enligt patentkravet 1,kännetecknad av att koenzymet är adenosintrifosfat.
5. Metod enligt ptatentkravet 1, kännet ecknad av att koenzymet är flavinadenin-dinukleotid.
