Claims (8)
1. Katalysatorblandning avsedd för sampolymerisation av etylen, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller en prekursor-blandning med formeln ^m^·*· (O**) nxp/^Q7q där R är en alifatisk eller aromatisk C]_.. .Cj^-kolväteradikal eller en grupp COR', där R' är en alifatisk eller aromatisk C]_.. .C^-kol-väterad ikal, X är vald bland Cl, Br, J eller blandningar av dessa, ED är en elektroner avgivande förening, m är > 0,5.. .< 56 n är 0, 1 eller 2 p är > 2...< 116 och q är 2l 2. . .< 85, vilken prekursorblandning är impregnerad i en porös bärare och är antingen oaktiverad eller är partiellt aktiverad med > 0...£ 10 mol aktivatorförening per Ti-mol i prekursorblandningen, eller full-ständigt aktiverad med > 10...£ 400 mol aktivatorförening per Ti-mol i prekursorbladningen, vilken aktivatorförening har formeln Al(R")cx'dHe 35 66401 i vilken formel X' är Cl eller OR'", R" och R'" är lika eller olika och betecknar mat tad e C]_.. .Cj^-kolväteradikaler, d är 0...1,5, e är 1 eller 0, och c + d + e = 3, vilken elektroner avgivande förening är en organisk vätskeformig förening, i vilken prekursorblandningen löser sig, och som väljes bland alifatiska och aromatiska karboxylsyrors alkylestrar, ali-fatiska etrar, cykliska etrar och alifatiska ketoner.
2. Kataly satorblandning enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a d därav, att den partiellt aktiverade prekursorblandningen är fullständigt aktiverad i en polymeriseringsreaktor med > 10...< 400 mol aktivatorförening per Ti-mol i prekursorblandningen.

Ka talysatorblandning enTigt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a d därav/ att den nämnda partiellt aktiverade prekursorblandningen är fullständigt aktiverad med > 10...£ 400 mol aktivator-förening per Ti-mol i prekursorblandningen, vilken fullständiga aktivering utförs sä, att man fär en torr katalysatorblandning i fast form innan den mätäs tili en polymer iser ingsreaktor, utan att uppvärma katalysatorblandningen tili en temperatur över 50 °C.
4. Förfarande för framställning av en katalysatorblandning, kännetecknat därav, att man A) bildar en förblandning med formeln MgmTi(OR)nXp/ED7q där R är en alifatisk eller aromatisk Cj_.. .Cj^-kolväteradikal eller en grupp COR', där R' är en alifatisk eller aromatisk Cl...C^4-kolväteradikal, X är vald bland Cl, Br, J eller blandningar av dessa, ED är en elektroner avgivande förening, m är 2^ 0,5 .. .< 56 n är 0, 1 eller 2 p är 21 2. . .< 116 och q är 21 2. . .< 85, 36 6 6 4 01 genom att lösa minst en magnesiumförening och minst en titan-förening i minst en elektroner avgivande förening, för att härigenom bilda en lösning av denna prekursorblandning i denna elektroner avgivande förening, och tager tillvara prekursor-blandningen frän lösningen, vilken magnesiumförening har formeln MgX2, vilken titanförening har formeln Ti(OR)aXb, i vilken formel a är 0, 1 eller 2, b är 1...4 och a + b = 3 eller 4, vilken elektroner avgivande förening är en organisk vätskeformig förening, i vilken magnesiumföreningen och titan-föreningen löser sig, och soin väljes bland alifatiska och aro-matiska karboxylsyrors alkylestrar, alifatiska etrar, cykliska etrar och alifatiska ketoner, varvid magneseiumföreningen, titanföreningen och den elektroner avgivande föreningen användes i sädana mängder att man satis-fierar värdena för symbolerna m, n, p och q, B) impregnerar prekursorblandningen i en porös bärare antingen före eller efter tillvar atagandet av prekursorblandningen fr in dess lösning i den elektroner avgivande föreningen, och C) aktiverar partiellt prekursorblandningen med > 0...£ 10 mol aktivatorförening per Ti-mol i prekursorblandningen, vilken aktivatorförening har formeln Al(R")cX'dHe i vilken formel X' är Cl eller OR'", R" och R'" är lika eller olika och betecknar mättade Cj_. . .Cj^-kolväteradikaler, d är 0...1,5, e är 1 eller 0, och c + d + e * 3, vilken aktivering utföres efter tillvaratagandet av den impreg-nerade prekursorblandningen frän dess lösning i den elektroner avgivande föreningen.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknat där-av, att den partiellt aktiverade impregnerade prekursorblandningen aktiveras fullständigt i en polymeriseringsreaktor med > 10...< 400 mol aktivatorförening per mol titanförening i prekursorblandningen. 37 6 64 01

För f arande enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknat där-av, att den nämnda partiellt aktiverade impregnerade prekursorbland-ningen aktiveras fullständigt med > 10...< 400 mol aktivatorförening per Ti-mol i prekursorblandningen, varvid den fullständiga aktiveringen utföres sä att man fär en torr katalysatorblandning i fast form innan denna ledes tili en polyme-riseringsreaktor, utan att vara tvungen att uppvärma katalysator-blandningen tili en temperatur över 50 °C.
7. Katalytiskt förfarande för framställning av etylensampolymerisät med tillhjälp av en Ti-haltig katalysator och en produktivitet om > 50000 kg polymer isat/kg Ti i en reaktor med en gasfas under ett tryck om < 6,89 MPa, vilket polymer isät framställes i granulatform och har en täthet om ca > 0,91...£ 0,94 och ett förhällande mellan smältindex och flyt-barhetsindex > 22...< 32, kännetecknat därav, att man polymeriserar etylen i en fluidiserad bädd med minst en C3...Cg-alfa-olefin vid en temperatur om ca 30...105 °C, genom att bringa monomerblandningen i närvaro av ca 0...2,0 mol väte per mol etylen i reaktionszonen i gasfas i kontakt med partiklar av en katalysatorblandning, som innehäller en prekursorblandning med formeln MgmTi(OR)nXp/ED7q där R är en alifatisk eller aromatisk C^...Cj^-kolväteradikal eller en grupp COR', där R' är en alifatisk eller aromatisk .. .C^-kol-väteradikal, X är vald bland Cl, Br, J eller blandningar av dessa, ED är en elektroner avgivande förening, m är > 0,5...< 56 n är 0, 1 eller 2 p är 21 2.. .< 116 och q är 2l 2. . .< 85, varvid den elektroner avgivande föreningen är en organisk vätske-formig förening, i vilken prekursorblandningen löser sig, och som väljes bland alifatiska och aromatiska karboxylsyrors alkylestrar, alifatiska etrar, cykliska etrar och alifatiska ketoner, vilken prekursorblandning är impregnerad i en porös bärare och
