COMPRENDE: A) PREPARACION DE LA CONSTRUCCION DEL PLASMIDO, INCLUYENDO EL GEN O GENES PARA LOS CUALES SE DESEA LA EXPRESION REALZADA EN EL ANFITRION BACILLUS; B) CLONACION DE LA CONSTRUCCION DE PLASMIDO EN UN ANFITRION COMPATIBLE, QUE SE PUEDE UTILIZAR PARA LA FUSION CON LA CEPA INDUSTRIAL BACILLUS; C) FUSIONAR EL ANFITRION, CONTENIENDO LA CONSTRUCCION DEL PLASMIDO, CON LA CEPA INDUSTRIAL DE BACILLUS; Y D) CRECIMIENTO DE LA CEPA EN UN MEDIO NUTRIENTE ADECUADO PARA LA PRODUCCION DEL PRODUCTO DE EXPRESION DEL GEN O GENES DE INTERES, EN GENERAL UNA ALFA-AMILASA TERMOESTABLE O UNA PROTEASA.
