Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR NUEVAS 1-BENCIL-AMINOALQUIL-PIRROLIDONONAS. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON UNA FTALIMIDA, O UNA SAL DE METAL ALCALINO DE LA FTALIMIDA, EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE, COMO ACETONITRILO, A UNA TEMPERATURA IGUAL A LA DEL PUNTO DE EBULLICION DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION, Y DESDOBLAR EL COMPUESTO 4-FTALIMIDOMETILICO OBTENIDO, CON HIDRAZINA UTILIZANDO COMO DISOLVENTES ALCOHOLES, PARA OBTENER COMPUESTOS DE FORMULA (I) Y SUS SALES POR ADICION DE ACIDOS.
