Abstract

Un proceso para producir un gránulo que comprende un principio activo para alimento para animales, comprendiendoel proceso: preparar gránulos estables que tienen un núcleo, al menos un principio activo y al menos unrecubrimiento, en donde el al menos un recubrimiento es un recubrimiento hidrante de humedad que contiene, comomaterial hidratante de humedad, una sal inorgánica que es anhidra o contiene cantidades relativamente bajas deagua libre o ligada de modo que la actividad de agua del gránulo completo es inferior a 0,5; mezclar los gránulosestables juntos con uno o más de a) un diluyente, b) una mezcla de base, c) una premezcla y d) una mezcla dealimento para animales para peletizado.

Claims (10)

  1. REIVINDICACIONES
    1. Un proceso para producir un gránulo que comprende un principio activo para alimento para animales, comprendiendo el proceso: preparar gránulos estables que tienen un núcleo, al menos un principio activo y al menos un
    5 recubrimiento, en donde el al menos un recubrimiento es un recubrimiento hidrante de humedad que contiene, como material hidratante de humedad, una sal inorgánica que es anhidra o contiene cantidades relativamente bajas de agua libre o ligada de modo que la actividad de agua del gránulo completo es inferior a 0,5; mezclar los gránulos estables juntos con uno o más de a) un diluyente, b) una mezcla de base, c) una premezcla y d) una mezcla de alimento para animales para peletizado.
  2. 2. El proceso de la reivindicación 1 que comprende además la etapa de peletizar la mezcla de alimento para animales para el peletizado a una temperatura de 70 °C a 95 °C durante hasta varios minutos.
  3. 3.
    El proceso de la reivindicación 1 ó 2 en el que los gránulos estables se mezclan juntos con una arcilla. 15
  4. 4. El proceso de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-3 en el que los gránulos estables se mezclan juntos con una premezcla que comprende cloruro de colina.
  5. 5.
    El proceso de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-4 en el que la sal inorgánica es sulfato sódico. 20

    El proceso de la reivindicación 1 en el que el principio activo es una fitasa de Citrobacter.
  7. 7.
    El proceso de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores en el que el al menos un recubrimiento comprende
    un recubrimiento hidratante de humedad y un recubrimiento de barrera frente a la humedad. 25
  8. 8. El proceso de la reivindicación 7 en el que el recubrimiento de barrera frente a la humedad comprende una cera, una grasa o aceite, un ácido graso o un polímero hidrófobo.
  9. 9. Una composición de alimento para animales obtenida mediante el proceso de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 30 anteriores.
  10. 10. Una composición de alimento para animales peletizada tratada al vapor obtenida mediante el proceso de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 2-8.
