Abstract

Comprende un 2do.paso de molienda de los cereales seleccionados y un 3er.paso donde se procede al mezclado del cereal molido juntamente con minerales, pellets y fibra por espacio de entre 3 y 7 minutos hasta obtener una masa homogénea. Elprocedimiento comprende también un 4to.paso donde se adiciona una materia grasa y un 6to. paso donde se adiciona una fuente de proteínas. Comprende asimismo un 8vo.paso de secado con aire caliente de los trozos de alimento integral obtenidos y un9no.paso de adicionado de una cobertura líquida que incorpora una fuente de nitrogeno no proteico y aminoácidos. Los pasos finales del procedimiento consisten en un 10mo.paso de adicionado de una cobertura solida que incluye antibioticos y mineralesy un 11mo.paso de enfriado con soplado de aire frío de los trozos de alimento integral para obtener un producto final con una temperatura que no debe superar en mas de 5°C la temperatura ambiente y una humedad residual no mayor al 11%.
