Claims (2)
- Procédé de commande du dispositif d'entraînement de bande d'une machine de cerclage en cas de perte de bande, dans lequel la machine de cerclage comprend:- une unité de lancement et de retour (8) avec au moins une première paire de rouleaux (13), entre lesquels la bande de cerclage (7) est menée, en pouvant être entraînée, par au moins un des rouleaux (14) dans la direction de lancement (E) de la bande de cerclage (7) et inversement,- un détecteur (16) pour détecter l'extrémité de bande avant (40) à l'extrémité du chemin de lancement, et- une unité de remise sous tension (9) disposée avant l'unité de lancement et de retour (8) par rapport à la direction de lancement (E), avec une seconde paire (17) de rouleaux (18, 19), entre lesquels la bande de cerclage (7) peut être tendue par au moins un des rouleaux (18) contre la direction de lancement (E) autour du produit à cercler (4) dans la machine de cerclage,caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes:- interroger le détecteur (16) quant au lancement régulier de la bande de cerclage (7) dans la direction de lancement (E) jusqu'à l'extrémité du chemin de lancement,- en cas de lancement irrégulier de la bande de cerclage (7), activer l'unité de lancement et de retour (8) pour le retour de la bande de cerclage (7) avec une vitesse de retour définie sur un temps de retour défini, de telle manière que la bande de cerclage (7) soit retirée hors de l'unité de lancement et de retour (8) contre la direction de lancement (E), et- commander l'entraînement de l'unité de remise sous tension (9), de telle manière que l'unité de remise sous tension (9) ramène la bande de cerclage (7) dans la direction de lancement (E) dans l'unité de lancement et de retour (8), dans lequel la vitesse de retour vaut au maximum 50 %, de préférence 10 % à 20 % de la vitesse de lancement, et dans lequel le temps de retour défini est déduit de façon variable par un processus d'auto-apprentissage du temps de lancement de la bande de cerclage (7) d'un ou de plusieurs lancement(s) précédent (s) .
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le retour de la bande de cerclage (7) dans l'unité de lancement et de retour (8) effectué dans la direction de lancement (E) est interrompu, dès que la bande de cerclage (7) est insérée dans la paire de rouleaux d'entraînement (13) de celle-ci.
